Need queries to fix ORA-02292

Hi,
When i tried to delete a record form the parent record got the below error.
Error starting at line 1 in command:
delete from DR_REVIEW where REVIEW_ID = 'THERM-R0016327'
Error report:
SQL Error: ORA-02292: integrity constraint (EDR.DR_REVIEW_USER_FK2) violated - child record found
+02292. 00000 - "integrity constraint (%s.%s) violated - child record found"+
*Cause: attempted to delete a parent key value that had a foreign+
dependency.
*Action: delete dependencies first then parent or disable constraint.+
Please provide me all the queries that can fix this issue ASAP.

Oracle is telling you exactly what the problem is.
Cause:    attempted to delete a parent key value that had a foreign dependency.
Which part about that would you like us to elaborate on, exactly? Keywords: Parent, child, dependency. There will be a foreign key constraint between the tables in question. Don't mess with it. That is not the path you're looking for \*waving my hand past your face\*
As to why you are trying to delete the parent but leave the dependent records, either you have a desire to totally screw up your database or you don't have any idea what you are doing. If you really want to delete that record then you first need to find all of its children and delete them. Whether that's a good idea or not I have no idea. Hopefully you do. I have my doubts.
So look at the schema and see what tables have foreign keys into the one that you are trying to delete a record from and delete the proper rows from those dependent tables (if you think that's wise) before trying to delete the record from the parent table.

There is another post stating this error, but since the source is different, I think is okay to make a different post as well.
Our database was working fine until the other day, when suddenly power went off, UPS was damaged and didn't hold, and when we restarted the database this is what happens:
Using Enterprise Manager Console, we can make a succesful connection in the same machine, but if we choose Schema, the following error appears:
ora-01219 database not open; only queries on fixed tables and views.
When accesing from a different machine:

I'm trying to write a trigger that will allow me to ignore an ORA-02292 but allow all others to be raised. Ex:

OK. That's sort of what I expected when I wrote

I dont know if there is any direct way of doing so, but ican suggest a turn around solution.
declare 2 global tables 1. ITAB_10 type ITAB (in which there is ur data)
2. IT_ROW inwhich 2 cloumn (start_pos & end_pos type i)
Now in intialization.
Caluculate no of rows in ITAB.
Say there are 56 rows, then fill table it_row as 1(start_pos) - 10(end_pos), 11-20,...51-56.
Then in main Window, Create a loop on IT_ROW.
in that create a CODE under this loop in which fill ur ITAB_10 from ITAB as per start_pos& end_pos in IT_ROW.
Then create TABLE under the loop, for ITAB_10.

Okay, Even if i remove the scene numbers from Story and export the file to Final Draft 8. The format in incorrect. The "transitions" ex. CUT TO: are not in the correct allignment. Also there are numbers on each of the dialogues
Pretty much alot of the formatting is not the same. Spaces that break dialouge and action which are there in Story, are not converted over to Final Draft.
Please fix this as soon as possible.

I have my cod which needs some bug fixing. This is a drag and drop application where the user will drap the correct answer on corresponding targets. My problem here is, when one target is already occupied by an object i can still drop another object there, which shouldn't. can you please help me fix this?

Look, I understand I still need a card attached to the account. The problem is, it won't accept my card because I only have 87 cents in my bank account right now.
If I had known there would be so much trouble with the iTunes card, I would have just put the cash in my bank account in the morning instead of buying an iTunes card (I didn't expect the banks to be open on Thanksgiving of course).
Apple will only accept cards that have a balance. The balance is so small in my account that it won't accept it as a valid card.
I'm going to have to contact Apple anyway to reset the security questions. That's obvious. Your answers were not exactly helpful. You didn't tell me anything I don't already know, but thanks for trying to be helpful.

Besides, I get DCP watchdog violation Error each time I disconnect the tablet and reconnet it. I also get another error message: DCP_DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE. Can somebody help me out?

Thank you for visiting the HP Support Forums and Welcome. I have read your thread on your and getting an error message. The HDD that are you using, I would need the model number. Have you looked in the device manager to see if there is a conflict with the driver installed? It might be listed under the USB devices? Have you tried a different port on the Notebook? Right clicking an updating the driver might be all that is needed.
As per the description of the issue you get error DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION.
Is the issue confined to any particular game or a certain function you are choosing on the Notebook?
The First thing you need to try is disable any firewalls or virus protection and restart the Notebook.
If that does not helps try these steps from Microsoft.
Boot the computer using the Windows 8 bootable DVD.
On the Install Now screen click on Repair your computer.
You will then see a blue screen and an option to choose.
Click on Advanced Options and then click on Troubleshoot.
Click on Automatic Repair and follow the prompted instructions.

N70 problems that need to be fixed in next FW

Since there's been a time since Nokia released a new FW for the N70, maybe they need to know what need to be fixed, and ASAP, since these are severe problems.
1. The Music Player: It starts slow, very slow. In the v2 and v3 FW it used to open in a second, now it takes almost a minute. It displays the "Opening" sequence, and then "Processing" sequence, and only after that you enter the Music Menu. Also, veru important issue: If you go to All Songs -> select a song, and then hold a button from the joystick, the Music Player crashes. But the opening is the MOST IMPORTANT. Make it quicker.
2. The Gallery has to be faster. We have to wait a lot of time for the Gallery to open, then we select Pictures & Videos. Here we find a "Opening" sequence of about a minute, and then we wait a lot until the pictures are loaded (if they're newly added).
3. Speaking of pictures, when N70 owners make a picture/video, they don't really have time to view the picture/video, since the viewing time is very limited (about 3 seconds). How about making a BACK button, so that we'll go back to the viewfinder when we're done viewing newly captured moments?
4. When in Messaging -> Delivery reports, you can't use the C button to delete delivery reports.
5. No information about Radio in Active Standby, when Radio is on and playing.
These are only a few of the problems that the N70 continues to have. Please, other N70 users, post your issues/bugs here, so that Nokia will try (hopefully) to improve the N70. I know the N70 is not an important product anymore, but it does not mean it has to have serious issues.

1. It's video capture problem - microphone sensitivity is too high (only on mp4 and only on 5.xx firmware). Also refresh rate during videocapture is very slow. It's not possible to make nice mp4 video capture! Interesting is that 3gp capture is nice, fast with clear sound, only mp4 capture have a problem...
2. I don't know why it's not possible to make clean reboot now. (e.g. on FExplorer, reboot). N70 with last firmware during reboot freezes (white screen)
3. Should be possible to turn off the Nokia sound during N70 starting? I have little childrens and every morning when I turn on my N70 they all awake...
NOKIA, please, is it possible to prepare new fw?

Apple Enterprise Support is aware of this issue. They have specific instructions which attempt to remediate the issue, however, attempting on two different MBP laptops, so far has not succeeded.
The problem to be specific is - hang at login. The Filevaulted user account gets its password entered, then the "progress bar" mid screen will be seen to halt, never resuming. NVRAM resets dont necessarily cure this issue, but turning off FV2 definitely does.
We are seeing this with 10.10.2 fully Apple-SUS updated machines.
Feedback has been sent to Apple over this as well.
Im recommending:
a. turn off FV2 until such time as a Apple provided update cures it
b. consider the Sophos WDE solution if WDE is absolutely required (disclosure: I havent attempted this, not sure about its workability)
