Need to Block ME47 After the Quotation Deadline Corssed

Hi,
I have a user requirement to block the user for maintaining quotation after the deadline is crossed.
currently everyone can able to edit the quotation evenif deadline is crossed.
Say : 30/09/2011 is the quotation deadline,now on that day user will able to maintain the Quotation received from
           all the vendors, say user forgot to maintain the vendor quote on that day 30/09/2011 then after that this user
           will not be authorized to maintain thin in ME47..instead anyupper level user will have only authority to
           maintain this quote after deadline..
Is this possible in standard setting or I need to go for development for the same,
if yes then any user Exit for this development will be helpfull.

Hi,
This can be acheived by giving authorizations to ME47. G o to SE80 and find authorization object for quotation and in PFCG transaction create a role by giving this authorization object. Assign this role containing authorization object to the respective user in SU01. Hence the respective person only can do changes. Hope it works. Thanking you.

My Firefox is blocking (crushing) after the last update, which happened few days ago i think or maybe sooner. Error in ME9A print after changing quotation deadline date.

Dear Experts,
When we change the quotation deadline date in a RFQ and save it, we are not able to generate output in ME9A. The error is :No print-relevant changes to document XXXXXXXXXX exist. I have checked the config and Print relevant Purchasing Document Change is checked for the field EKKO-ANGDT (quotation deadline date). I went through the other threads but was not able to understand as to why this error is occurring. Please suggest.

   Ensure that the condition records are maintained correctly and the output is triggered automatically while creating RFQ. If its triggered, then proceed with the below config:
   Go to the path: OLME - Messages - Output Control - Message Types - Define Message Types for Request for Quotation - Fine-Tuned Control: Request for Quotation. Here, maintain the operation 2 along with your output type as shown below.
    Test the scenario again with a new RFQ. Check whether the output type is triggered once you change the RFQ. Test the scenario and revert back.

I need help with problems after the April 2015 update

In December 2015 I purchased an LG G3. It started out great. Then often people couldn't hear me..sometimes with the speaker on, sometimes with it off, sometimes on bluetooth with my car,.or my voice faded in and out, or sounded muffled or garbled. After over a month of these frequent audio problems and several calls to Verizon during which they boosted my signal and guided me through a factory reset which took all of my photos out of their albums, the final suggestion a few days ago (April 21, 2015) was to download the new software update. I did and I'm not happy with some of the changes e.g. I wish I could have the old home touch buttons back,The jury is still out on sounds quality, but now I have two new annoying problems.
The first is that my car and phone used to bluetooth (connect) as soon as I put my engine on. Now, every time I get in my car I have to go into settings and give the phone permission to have other devices find my phone. Then after one or two tries the bluetooth eventually connects them. I am a Realtor and I need my phone and car to connect automatically every time I get in. I can give the phone permission to connect for up to an hour, but then it goes off. How do I get the opton to stay on?
The second is that I often turn my data off, and I used to do it from the notification panel that I can pull down. I just pulled it down and tapped "data" and the light would go off if the data was off and on if it was on. Now when I tap "data" I can turn it on or off, but the data button stays lit so when the data is off the light is still on. No more quickly glancing to see the data status...I have to tap it and read the notice to find out. Yes, 3G or 4G light up in tiny letters at the top, but data is the only button that stays lit when it is turned off.
Am I missing the steps that would fix these issues?

I am sorry to hear of the issues with your device before and after the update. We want to restore the love back to your device. Please keep us posted on the audio issues to see if the update did assist with that issues.
In regards to the two new problems, we want to make sure we get this worked out. Do you have issues with the device only auto connecting to your car or all bluetooths? Do you receive and error message when the device doesn't auto connect and you attempt to connect manually but it fails? As for the data icon, when you tab on the data icon from the notification tab does the 4G actually disappear even thought the data icon is still lit?

This is what you need to do:
1> In the tables->details section define two line types LT1 and LT2.
2> Come back to tables section pressing the table painter button.
3> Select a line type for which you want to have an underline(say LT2).
     a] If the anchor cursor does not come click the draw lines and columns button( the pencil icon nutton)
     b] select the line type ( it will become black after selection. Press and hold down ctrl to select
         multiple cells.
     c] after selection click the lower 'frame button' ( which is right at the top of box and shading).
4> Now goto data section where you have given your internal table name and work area.
     a] in the sort criteria put your field POSNR and check the Event on Sort end chk box.
     b] you will see an extra node under the main area of the table.
     c] Create a table line with the line type LT2 in the node.
     d]Also in the Main area add another table line with LT1 as the line type.
5> If POSNR remains unchnged LT1 will be triggered.
6> if Posnr changes then LT2 will be triggered with the underline.
This will suffice your requirement.

Need to call FM after the updation of the table

Hi Experts,
In the user exit 'Exit_sapllmde_006' of l_idoc_input_wmmbxy am using function module WFMC_MESSAGE_SINGLE for triggering orders05 idoc. The function module l_idoc_input_wmmbxy updates the table EKBE. But this update takes place only after the complete execution of the function module l_idoc_input_wmmbxy . In the user exit of orders 'Exit_sapleinm_002' am fetching value from ekbe table and populating. But since this table is getting updated later only this segments filled by fetching value from ekbe table are empty.
I tried using commit work and wait. But it didnt work. Tried copying WFMC_MESSAGE_SINGLE to Zfunction module and calling that in update task but this is also not working.
Is there any way to make the table get updated before calling the function module for triggering orders.

I checked the flow of the program...the flow is like this
L_IDOC_INPUT_WMMBXY->PERFORM WMMBID01_VERARBEITEN USING IDOC_NUMMER->MB_CREATE_GOODS_MOVEMENT->Exit_SAPLLMDE_006
I guess the EKBE update is happening in the function module MB_CREATE_GOODS_MOVEMENT(Correct me if am wrong)..if that is the case then you cannot put an explicit commit in the user exit cause then you would loose the whole concept of SAP LUW...
My suggestion would be to use a perform routine on commit..
PERFORM WFMC_MESSAGE_SINGLE ON COMMIT and within this you can call the funtion module WFMC_MESSAGE_SINGLE...My guess is since the MB_CREATE_GOODS_MOVEMENT would commit first your ORDERS IDoc exit should be able to read the data from EKBE...
Furthermore, your update task funda might not work here becuase all the MB update function modules are normal function modules and the moment you called WFMC_MESSAGE_SINGLE in update task, a nes update session would be created..you would not have a control on when this update session is executed and hence you may or may not find the data in EKBE...

HT2559 Help with setting raid block size after the fact

I screwed up and created my raid 1 with block size set at 32. I need 256....it won't let me change it? What do I do? Do I delete and re-configure it?

thanks for the reply. I am editing huge photo files (HDR Pano's) off the drive. Doesn't that mean I need 256? Anyway, when I go to erase it, it says "Deleting a mirrored RAID set changes each of its slices into a partition that contains a complete copy of the data from the deleted RAID set". Is that a problem?

Need help with mail after the "import" please

Hello.
I recently upgraded to 10.4. Since I did that, my copy of Entourage has been acting up, so I decided to start using Mail instead. I love it so far, but I imported all my folders and old e-mail into Mail, now it still continues to import e-mail from Entourage every time the program checks for e-mail. So, some gets put into the import file, and some of it goes into the inbox of the Mail program. I have three e-mail addresses setup in Mail, just like I did in Entourage, but it only seems to import one account. The rest seems to go into my inbox. I want that to stop, but I also want to make sure all my mail is being picked up by Mail and not Entourage. I haven't opened Entourage since I have set up Mail. What do I do to correct this. It's pretty annoying. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

you just go to file, import mailboxes and then select the program you want to have imported. i think you have to have that application opened. i don't know where the address files are stored, though. sorry about that.

Did you need to reinstall FCS after upgrading from Tiger to Leopard?

Need to upgrade from Tiger to Leopard mid FCP/Motion3 project and without FCS2 discs handy...I can't access them til after the project deadline.
I've read in a KB article that 'most' of the apps are ok after the upgrade-what's your experience?

Don't even think about it unless
#1 You MUST have a new OS to complete the project (i.e. new plug-in only works in 10.5)
AND
#2 You'll have a lot of extra time on your hands to reinstall everything when FCS doesn't quite work the way you need it to.
Of course you're familiar with the recommendation to clone your system before ANY upgrade.

TS4391 aperture after the update ...

i cannot open it anymore - it says library is damaged and needs repair but even after the repair, it does not open
it also mentions the old library will no longer work so how do i get all my photos back ???

Everything that I had installed previously on the gear S still works.
Everthing while in the gear manager seems to be working okay also. I can make changes in the Gear manager on the note 4 and they show up on the gear S. I have an app called watch styler , it let me create a new watch on the Note 4 and that showed up on the Gear S.
The only thing that seems to be not working is installing new apps.
When trying to get a new app it looks like it is working as normal , the dowload shows it is working but it errors out when it goes to install it.

Number blocks discrepancy after import

To elminate fragmentation in our database, I exported all blocks, cleared all data and then re-imported the export text file. It corrected the fragmentation problem but I noticed that the number of blocks was significantly reduced both at level-0 and upper level. Should I be worried or is it normal for a heavily fragmented database and it was just "phantom" blocks being removed?

It's typically not a problem if your data is correct. If you had run calculations that caused some blocks to contain only #missing, before the export thay would exist. Importing will not bring in empty blocks, so after the import, your count could be lower

After the latest update to Photoshop 2014, something went wrong and started spray-like black oil on canvas. I have deadline with cover. Can you help me please?

How do I undo whatever went wrong after installing the latest update to Photoshop 2014 and suddenly when I tried to paint or touch up my illustration (book cover I'd drawn and painted, then scanned in and continued painting, changing. It's mostly done but I needed to send it like yesterday!!) OR touch up a photograph, black-like oily smudge-like substance sprayed around the point of the brush. I tried to fix by resetting but really didn't know what to do and probably made it worse. However, the problem happened after I updated the Photoshop Creative Cloud 2014 on my desktop 8.1 Windows and after a Tech helped update the regular CC Photoshop on my laptop 2007, 64 bit Windows to 2014. He promised to call back after giving it time to install but didn't for whatever reason on Friday. That happened to go up to the same update I did on my Windows 8.1 Windows. I have this deadline and really stressed. COULD IT BE THE UPDATE OR BOTH. REGARDLESS, CAN SOME EXPERT HELP ME UNDO WHATEVER THE UPDATE AND/OR I DID? I'm a God-gifted artist but only started using Photoshop CC, then updated to 2014--which, again, I like even better--when I began my monthly membership January or February 2014, although I had paid version 2002 and updated to paid version 2004 (ownership, not paid subscription like now). I've learned so much, including transforming, moving, stretching, with layers--all in the painting area with my illustrations--a little touch ups with photography. Credit Block is activated after the delivery is posted. How to avoid?

Need help from all you experts. I have the following scenario. There is a credit block after the delivery has been processed. I have checked with FD32, OVA8. There are open items well within limits. Also the system is customized to skip the credit check if the payment is being made thru Cards. And inspite of entering the card details, the system is checking for credit after the delivery is processed.
Can you plz tell what could be the problem and how to overcome it????

Else go to Servise.SAP.com, there you can get all the details regarding the OSS Note.
2.Under FD32 : Goto -- Genral Data -- Central Data
Chech their the Value of Toatal Amount and Individual Limit.If any of the limit Crosses.There will be block to your Document.
3. To Relese Your doc from credit block : Go to Tr- VKM5. to remove your credit block for particular documnet.After executing the particular document .
Check the document and release it and save it.By doing this you can proceed your document further.
