Need to fix my câmera, but my iPhone only can be fixed in China

I bought my IPhone 5 in the Apple Store of Hong Kong. My camera is not working properly. Apple told me my phone can only be fixed in Hong Kong.
I have tried formatting it but it didn t work.
Need help to know can I fix my iPhone

I have tried formatting it:
I have erased everything from the phone and I installed iOS again.
Then I sent it to an Apple authorized store. They identified the problem and told they couldn t fix it because the model I have cannot be fixed here in Brasil. Only in China.

Try going into your settings and 'reset all settings'
You will need to retweak your device but it's been said to help with sound issues.

Did the iPod get wet by the hair product and probably cause a problem due to the liquid or is there some thing on the front camera lens that prevents the camera from seeing? How does the camera not work?
If liquid damage I doubt YOU can fix it but you can have Apple fix it or a third-party place. If lens is obstructed you may be able to polish the area.

You can sort your library by adding a Sorting info in the File Info. Select a file in iTunes U, press cmd + i, choose Sorting Tab. For example add a Sort Name. For each file you have to put a value into that field, I did it with 01, 02, 03 .. 12. I do not know if this works if you select multiple files, but I did not try.
The next time you sync your device, your files will be in order. It' ve tested it on an iPad2.
If you ask me, there must be a better solution for that problem as the files have a track number saved in the info as well, and it is quite annoying to add the sorting order manually.
