It seems Apple is having some issues at their end. There have been hundreds of posts on the forum with the same problem.

I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues with your iPhone. I also apologize, I'm a bit unclear what issues you were having that led up to the attempted Erase All, and/or exactly what behavior you are seeing now (restarting, not responding at all, etc). If you are seeing an Apple Logo screen and your iPhone does not appear to be starting correctly, you may find the following articles helpful:

You must have a valid form of payment for the app store in the country you are using. Most app stores are separate legal entities to comply with local laws. It is possible to have an account without a credit card, however; see: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2534

Have you tried using a different connecting cable? Sometimes those or their connectors fail.
If that doesn't work, have you tried connecting to iTunes and see if it is recognized?
If not, might be time to visit an Apple Retail genius bar and have it checked out.

Did you try to connect in recovery mode, as explained in this article?

I bought a refurbished HP P2-1013W and it will show some blue lines on the screen and lock up.

I purchased this pc in April but did not take it out of the box until recently. Set it up for my parents and it keep getting the blue lines and locking up. There is no particular situation that causes it to freeze. I did the system restore to factor defaults, worked fine for a couple of days and now it is doing it again.

To rule out the monitor as being the issue we need to first test it on another machine. If the problem persists there we know the monitor is the cause. If the monitor works fine then we know we have the issue with the system.
Are you using an integrated video card or are you using a video card that has been added to a PCI slot?
Open the computer up check the fans and ensure all fans are working properly and that there is adequate air flow within the machine.
If it's dirty inside clean it out with a can of compressed air. Pay particular attention to the heat sink and any fans that may be attached or around the video card.

My big brother gave me an ipod, just today. i let it charge until the battery was showing full on itunes, then i tried to turn it on but the screen won't power on. Th ipod even makes the little jingle when I plug it in. Are there any solutions what so ever?

Try the following:
- A reset. Nothing is lost
Reset iPod touch: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Restore from backup
- Restore to factory settings/new iPod.
If you still have the problem that indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order

thats tough man, yeah exchanging it is the best option. But why do people always leave a message saying" i'll probably just by an ipod" and it's usually followed by, "even though i don't like apple or ipod" . I mean fine, if u feel like giving up on the zen micro thats fine, i personally don't care if you're going to buy an ipod. for god sakes ipod isn't even the next alternati've mp3 players, theres plenty. Try a reset: Simultaneously hold down the Home and On buttons until the device shuts down. Ignore the off slider if it appears. Once shut down is complete, if it doesn't restart on it own, turn the device back on using the On button. In some cases it also helps to double click the Home button and close all apps from the tray BEFORE doing the reset.
