Need to seperate data aray into samples of 100 at a time to run through kurtosis and plot

Hello,
I am trying to build a vi that will take in a file and build an array (this part done) from it. from the array, I need to take samples of 100 and run kurtosis on and build an array of results for entire data set and possibly plot kurtosis values. any ideas? I have attached what i have so far. I keep getting errors for the kurtosis VI, not sure what the problem is.

Your program does not make a lot of sense. Why use a while loop that chops through your data in nanoseconds (=way before you have a chance to press the stop button!) and runs out of data equally quickly, leaving you nothing at the output tunnel. Why is your kurtosis indicator EXT datatype???
The number of segments is exactly known, so the loop must stop after a known number of iterations. Since the number of iterations is size/100 (possibly rounded up), you need a FOR loop, or even easier, reshape the 1D array to a 2D array where each row is size 100 (see attached).
Now simply loop through your segments and built an array of results at the output tunnel.
Here's a quick draft example (LV 9.0), modify as needed. Since you did not include the subVIs, I skipped them and faked some data instead. I added some extra graphs for troubleshooting. Delete them once you are happy with the code.

Input needed for writing data back into BW/ECC data

Hello Everyone,
Can anyone please let me know an example or process you have used for writing data back into BW (DSO/Cubes) or ECC systems.
We do not have integrated planning in our current system configuration currently.
So, any sample code for using any of the BAPI/RFC for writing data would be appreciated.
Also, I am trying to find out if there is any way to schedule the models developed in VC 7.1 in background to automate certain type of data processing which goes across multiple systems.

Can anyone please help me out on this one....
I am aware of few BAPI's such as RSDRI_ODSO_INSERT_RFC but I am not aware of what action has to be used to transfer the data from the table within VC to this BAPI and how to define the parameters as the one's available for the BAPI I mentioned do not fit into the data I have in the table within VC.
The following are the columns I have in the table within VC,
1. GL Account
2. Credit Amount
3. Debit Amount
4. Sales Amount
I have defined the DSO with the same where G/L Account is the keyfield and the rest being data fields.
Any help would be really appreciated.

Data Load into 0FIAP_C03 - InfoCube consuming very long time

Hi,
I'm loading data into the InfoCube - 0FIAP_C03 from the DSO - 0FIAP_O03. On a daily basis I delete the contents of this InfoCube and reload full data.
In the DTP monitor I can see that the step 'Overlapping check with archived data areas for InfoProvider 0FIAP_C03' under 'Updating to InfoCube 0FIAP_C03 : 50000 -> 50000 Data Records' for each Data Package is taking the most amount of time. It is generally true that the step 'Overlapping check with archived data areas for InfoProvider <Cube_Name>' takes the most time. But is there any specific reason for this? Also, is there any thing that can be done to reduce the time taken to execute this step?

Hi Sri,
Ideally it should not take much time-
I think the reasons would be:
1) Volume of data in Source DSO
2) Complex logic in Srart/Field/End routine
3) Cube Index (Delete cube index before load)
Also check the dimension design of your infocube --> SE38 --> SAP_INFOCUBE_DESIGNS

NEED HELP - - Inputting data files into a table, Selecting from previous to put in new table, Saving new table

I am trying to import data characters from a tab delimited file into a table in labview. After I import the strings, I want to be able to select individual strings from the table and put into another table. I want the item that I am selecting to appear in a text box labeled 'selected step'. After I put all of the selected data in the new table, I want to be able to save that table in another tab delimited file (spreadsheet). This is what I have so far. Any help given will be GREATLY appreciated.

Here are modifications to your vi to do what you are describing. It helps, when trying to work through issues like these on this forum to not start a new thread with each iteration of your question. Those of us that are trying to help can follow it better if you just "Reply" to your previous thread with the new, related question. If the question is for a totally new issue then a new thread is best, but when you are working through the details of essentially the same problem it really helps us follow it if you stay in one thread, and that usually means faster answers.

I need to seperate my picture into 3 pieces in perfect size order pls help?

I have been trying to modify my theme for my website but having no luck because the readme file said I need to use the psd file and edit the text then save it as a jpg which was fairly easy but then it said I will need to cut new jpegs for the header...there are 3 pieces I need to make and I think it doesn't show up on the web site after I have uploaded it because the sizes aren't correct so I need to know how to make my 3 pieces in perfect size order so I can make them work. please help?

So if you need the size in pixels, you just need to specify px after your values in the widht and height boxes on the top and then the crop will be done as per the pixels you have specified.
In you case it would be Widht 780 px Height 89 px
But in this case you would be only able to crop in the specific proportion.
Incase you want to confirm or change the size, you can do so from Image->Resize->Image Size

I was going to cancel after my first year but rep offered great deal via chat on another year for just photoshop. That is great but i can't access my photoshop through my adobe id after they did the renewal. Plus they cut me off from my last month of the full deal when they made the switch. I am being charged monthly but using my long term adobe CC id only shows my products as trials. Support interface keeps sending me to these forums - saying I can't access real support. Next option is to cancel that credit card and let them charge a dead card. Anyone else run into this problem? Perhaps take it to Twitter?

Sql Loader loading separate date parts into a date

I'm having a question on SQL Loader.
Suppose I have a flat file with a format:
"John Jackson", 2007, 12, 31, 23, 59, 01
"William Smith", 2007, 12, 31, 23, 59, 02
"Tracy vanDijk", 2007, 12, 31, 23, 59, 03
And I like to put it in a table TEST with (name varchar(20), mydate date).
The problem is: how to create a control file for sqlLoader that converts the seperate date-elements into a date field?
load data
infile 'mydata.csv'
badfile 'badfile.log'
discardfile 'discardfile.log'
append
into table TEST
fields terminated by "," optionally enclosed by '"'
( name, mydate ????)
I'd like to put it in one step into a date field, and not using seperate tables, stored procedures, triggers and such. I think it must be possible, but I wasn't able to find a working example thus far.

Then you need a PreparedStatement object.

Hello all, it's been awhile since I've posted here, so I hope everyone has been doing well.
I have cross posted this here java - Need to POST data from a client application to my server - Stack Overflow but no answers, and since SO has been extremely slow for the questions I've been asking I am posting here.
Here is the post:
I know the title is probably a common question, but I am a bit confused on everything I'm trying to do, so I am trying to piece it together, and figured a common title would be better than a confusing one.
I am basically developing a web application and one part of that is a file uploader. I am using Apache Commons File Upload via the Streaming API, and that all works fine, except I need to access the file I'm uploading, because that contains data to additional files to upload. I.e., Read File A, get paths to images, upload images with File A to server and save on server. The API can be found here http://commons.apache.org/proper/commons-fileupload/streaming.html
I was told there is a security risk via the web and would be impossible via a browser, since the user needs to select all files to upload, i cannot tell the browser to upload additional files, so I am left with a client side option.
I am confused if there is a special library I need, or as I have been seeing threads that talk about using the built in UrlConnection Class or http://hc.apache.org/
I basically need to be able to read the file, which technically gives me a path to a Database on the user's system which I then read to get the additional images. After I get all of that I then need to post the data as a multipart form as that is what the FileUpload requires.

This is the example found in the Overview section of the Fileupload which can be accessed from the link above.
There wouldn't be an issue if the users uploaded all of the data themselves, but since I have to do some of it automatically it causes some "concerns/issues."
Basically these files are created and packaged from another application, so the images, and the db will always be in the same place, and that file that they are uploading is a file the other program creates, so everything will always be known, I just need to upload it, and then POST it as enctype="multipart/form-data" So that my servlet can read it and save it on my server.
So I would appreciate it if anyone had any suggestions on where to begin my journey with this. I have heard of a few applications like curl and wget that are used for this, but those seem to be more C based. As mentioned earlier it seeems the httpcomponets from apache might work well, but I want to make sure.

It's not possible to read from a file without using classes from the core API*. You'll have to get clarification from your instructor as to which classes are and are not allowed.

If you want the job to be created automatically, you can create a master job which checks every few minutes and creates another job on the fly if needed.
I don't understand the part about "sending the messages to the admin" but the body of the job can certainly send e-mail or AQ messages.

I have a profile that has 2 email accounts in it - I need to seperate them into two distinct profiles, how can I do this?

I had a single laptop and several email accounts - a personal gmail account, a work gmail account (freelance writing) and a non-gmail account for my day-job.
Until recently, my two gmail accounts were under a single profile and the job email in another.
A month ago, I purchased a new computer so now I have a computer at home and at work and need to set up my emails at home.
When taking a backup from thunderbird on my existing/old computer, it has it all saved as one profile - BUT I need to seperate them at home into seperate profiles.
A friend suggested 1) putting it back as it is 2) then renaming the profile folder and 3) deleting the second account, 4) putting back the whole original backup folder so it creates a second profile and then 5) deleting the other email from this new profile, thus leaving two profiles.
However, this sounded strange to me - possible, but strange - so I've elected to ask for help here before I try anything.
Any advice in this regard is greatly appreciated.

The file format should be same as you want to upload. The sequence of File format should be same communication structure.
Like,
Initial columns with Characteristics (ex: plant,location,customer,product)
date column (check for data format) (ex: calander)
Last columsn with Key figures (history qty)

I am looking for help regarding SRM DataSource Extraction to BW. I am working on BW project and need to extract data from SRM Data Source 0BBP_TD_CONTR_2 and 0SRM_TD_PRO. I need to know about the extraction process from SRM. Is there a tool available like LO Cockpit in SRM for extraction and how can we manage the delta in it. Or i can use the T-code RSA5 for that and follow the normal process.
