Need to split the document in 950 line iteam record in LSMW

HI ALL,
I am posting documents using LSMW for Tcode FB01. But some documents having more no of line items like 1000.
But SAP will allow only 950 line tems for each documents. In this sistuvation we need to split the data as 950 and 50. we need to post 2 different documents with same header data.

There are a couple of things you can do:
instead of posting the individual line itame detail, post summary items.
Create a dummy offset account. Total the first 950 items and post the remainder to the offset. Then do the same for the remaining items. The total to the offset will be zero.

JS CS4 splitting the document path

I'm trying to split the document file path so I may navigate up one or two folders and then into a specific subfolder.
When I try to split the "myDoc.filePath" it errors. If I split "myDoc.name" it works correctly.

Document path: ~desktop/N123456/working/N123456_01
Note: the last folder name does not always exist. Often the "working" folder is the last folder. Working folder and N123456pdf reside on the same level.
Goal is to change the save to document path: ~desktop/N123456/N123456pdf

Here's some code I wrote recently to find a folder named "Snippets" starting from the location of a document. It first looks in the same folder and then its parent and on up until it reaches the top of the file hierarchy:

Hi All,
I have designed a 50 pages catalog in Indesign and want to send the pdf file to the printer, Our printer recommends PDF-X:1a files with trapping. I have made the X-1a pdf (includes all 50 pages) but our printer needs 1 page or spread per pdf for imposition. if I split the document in Acrobat 9 Pro, a warning dialogue box appears which says you will be not longer with PDF-X1A after split, is there any option to stay with X-1a standard after split...otherwise I have to make pdf manually for per page to maintain the X-1a standard. I am using postscript for trapping and using Distiller with PDF-X:1a setting with that Postscript file.

You can use preflighting to bring the file/page back into compliance. But I think the printer is being unreasonable. If you give him a pdf file that is in compliance, he/she should be able lot use the file for imposition purposes---even if it means he/she has to split the file pages. Who is working for whom?

CO-PA will only store values in either operating concern currency or company code currency (if active). The fields FRWAE and KURSF are just for the line item display in transaction KE24 when pressing 'entry/op currency'. COPA does not store values in the document ccy.
The 'foreign currency' in the PA line item always contains the currency that was used for the conversion, but does not contain the document currency of the original document. So only in case the document currency was used for the translation of the PA values the foreign currency will be equal document currency.
In case of SD documents, CO-PA always uses the document currency as base of the conversion in order to transfer values of statistic condition types consistently.
In case of FI/MM documents system uses the company code ccy as the base for conversion into operating concern ccy (foreign ccy).

Grapher.app in OS X Utilities is excellent for that : entering data from Numbers Excel etc. into a Grapher "Point Set", plotting all your data, computing and plotting a regression curve linear or exponential or polynomial.
Unfortunately there is not a single word about point sets and regression in the Grapher Help.
So, suggest you download (free) "Instruction for Use - Grapher on web site
http://y.barois.free.fr/grapher/Documentation.html
and go to page 31 to 37, "Initiation > Lesson 6 : Treating a point set (Regression curve), and also page 68, "Appendix 1. Points sets : from speadsheets to Grapher".
If you try Grapher's regression curves, please tell us about the manual above : useful or not, too easy or difficult, readable or not etc.

You have many options.
Network the two Macs
Use a Thunderbolt or FireWire cable and use FireWire Target Disk Mode
Use Setup Assistant when you first set up a new Mac, or Migration Assistant at any time thereafter
Use an inexpensive USB flash drive
Email documents and files to yourself
Use Dropbox or similar service
Those are just a few. If you explain further or reply with the model of your "older" Mac and which OS version it is using, more specific information can be provided.

I need to create the status profile for Q-Info record under the status profile MP NOM (Non Original Mfgr MP), so that when I am creating the Q-Info record I can select the status profile which is under the MP NOM.

Getting the documents in open line items for t-code f-53

Hello gurus,
In one scenario i want to get the document numbers against which the accounting document number is created after posting(saving) in t-code F-53. I am using BTE event -00001030 (posting of standard data). In this function module i am getting the tables t_bkpf and t_bseg etc.. in which the newly generated document number (Belnr) is present in the table. But the field AUGBL is blank. I want to get the document for which this clearing is being done. How can i get the open line items?

Need to split the output into files

Hi,
I have a query regarding splitting the output into different files. Please help to resolve that.
I have have select query query...
SELECT INDEX_NAME FROM DBA_INDEXES WHERE TABLE_NAME=<Table Name>;
If it returns less than 4 indexes then we have create one table and have to move those into the files.
For example...
File_1.sql
====
index1
index2
index3
If select statement returns more than 4 indexes then we have create 4 files and have to splict those indexes and has to move to those 4 files.
For example....
If select statement returns 13 records then...
File_1.sql File_2.sql File_3.sql File_4.sql
===== ====== ======= =======
index1 index4 index7 index10
index2 index5 index8 index11
index3 index6 index9 index12
index13
Index no need to be in order in any file and any file can I extra index in it.
Can be ok if we have any procedure or shell script. Please help me on this?
We are using 10.2.0.1 oracle db. Please let me know if you need any thing else?

Are you trying to put the output from SQL reports in different files?
Some reporting tools can do this.
You have a couple of options to do this.
Some reporting tools support the functinality to write to different files.
Another way is to write a PL/SQL procedure using UTL_FILE, which can open multiple files based on your conditions and to write to them as you need to.
An older, less elegant solution is to write nested SQL*PLUS scripts spooling to different files with the queries you need. A top level script would invoke the others, something like (untested)
--in first script
@subscript1
@subscript2
--in subscript1.sql
spool whatever.lst
select *
from dual;
...

Iam checking with document number , document type, document part, document version... it is throwing error message as
error while checking in and storing: version number(25).
Please advice whether it is correct approach?

Mac extended desktop mirroring needing to 'split' the sound

The setup is that I am using my iMac in one room (the study), and I am using airplay to extend the desktop so that my apple TV in the living room is used to play a movie for my parents to watch.
The sound and video transfers just fine to the apple TV on 'desktop 2', but I was wanting to be able to play a seperate video on my imac, in the study. I can't seperate the sound. Even though the video is on 'desktop 1' on my iMac any video's sound on either screen will be played through the TV speakers as my System preferences only allow me to select 'iMac' or 'apple TV'
Is there any way to 'split' the sound?

Hi,
of course you can use it!
The behaviour is the same than with the other characteristics: you will have as many records as DISTINCT ocurrences of the combination of all CHARS you have included in your aggregate.
I suggest to first create your aggregate with a fixed value on another characteristic so you can have a feeling about how many records it will have and how long it will take to create it.
In general if you have flagged your char in a line itm DIM it means that this CHAR has very high cardinality (nearly the same number of records than the fact table itself) therefore it wouldn't make sense to include it in a ggregate except if your filter it for particluar fixed value.
The only difference you have with this line itm DIM is that there is no DIM table as such; the chars is accessed firectly from the cube fact(s) table. This will be the same for your aggregate (no aggr dim table created, access form your aggr fact(s) tables).

F-22, Need to upload the document using BAPI

we have requirement to use BAPI for uploading document to f-22,
For the BAPI when we input data all the data are correctly posted except posting keys,
Our requirement is to use the customized posting for crediting customer and standard posting key for debiting GL account,
We have input the required posting key in BAPI but still its not picking the posting key, its taking the standard posting key,
Document type used is DC and DB,
so is there any relation between document type and posting key, any idea from where BAPI is picking Posting key?

it was originally not intended to use the BAPI to post
payment documnents. For simplicity the posting keys are not
at the BAPI's interface, instead they are defaulted with
the standard posting keys depending on account type and debit/credit
indicator.
Please see note 487722 which explains how to pass addditional data
to the BAPI in parameter EXTENSION1. You can implement the
Business Transaction Event (BTE) RWBAPI01 to populate the posting
key (t_accit-bschl) from EXTENSION1 parameter.
