Need Transactions to have TImestamp of their Country

Hi,
We have a requirement to have each and every transaction should record its own Timestamp as its country's TimeZone. Like if a person is recording AP invoice in Australia, the record history should not pickup the time from Server, it should be Australia Time Zone.
Any Help will be appreciable.

I have gotten to the point where I prefer each iDevce to have it's own iCloud account.  This allows each deivce to have it's own Calendar and/or address book.  If you happen to have any items you want to share across multiple devices, you have a couple of options.  For Calendars & reminders, you can go to the web nterface at https://icloud.com and share the calendars or reminders with any other iCloud account you choose.  If you want to share items like the address book, or notes, then on each idevice, you can create another "mal account", then choose type "iCloud" and enter the id for the account which has the shared item you want.  You can also share calendars & reminders this way too.  I use this latter option to keep all my devices on a single "Find My..." account/instance.
For you, it sounds like you want each of your kids to have their own adderss books, etc, but a central "Find My iPhone" option for you to locate their devices.  This should work for you.  Now, if you have them all setup using a single shared iCloud account, you can still change this.  Go to "Settins"->"iCloud"->"Delete Account" and remove the current iCloud account from their device, then create a new iCloud account for each of them.
