Neuer PC fürs Schneiden, VFX

Hallo,
ich brauche einen neuen PC für meine Videos, denn mein PC ist sehr langsam und stoppt doch zu oft beim schneiden.
Was soll er können?
Mein Pc soll solide und schnell sein. Er soll Programme wie Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Blender und Davinci lite flüssig händeln können. Ich möchte also meine Videos schneiden, bearbeiten, mit Effekten bestücken und die Farbe verändern. Nebenbei will ich auch ein bisschen zocken, allerdings ist das eher Nebensache.
Was haltet ihr von diesen Komponenten:

Mainboard: Asus P8Z77-V Deluxe
GPU: GTX 570
OS: Windows 7 HP 64 bit

Denkt ihr das es ein solides System ist ? Habt ihr Verbesserungsvorschläge ?

Buch als PDF Datei erstellen / Bild schneiden

Hallo,
ich habe folgende Frage:
Ich scanne eine Buchdoppelseite mit einem normalen Tischscanner und 300 dpi Auflösung.
Ich starte eine Scansoftware, wie z.B.
Finereader 8.0.
Bevor die Software den Text als OCR auslesen kann, definiert sie erstmal den Bereich auf einer Seite (Textblock), indem der Text steht. Dieser Bereich wird dann farbig umrandet.
Jetzt kann man den Text z.B. nach Word exportieren.
Wenn ich eine PDF Datei erstelle, wird der Hintergrund der PDF Datei aus dem gescannten Bild gebildet. Bei gescannten Buchvorlagen, die nicht zerschnitten sind, ist dieser aber schief, d. h. da sich das Buch in der Mitte (da, wo der Buchdeckel ist) hebt, ist der linke Rand einer Seite z.B. 3 cm breit und der rechte Rand neben dem Textblock nur 2 cm breit.
Jetzt möchte ich aber einen einheitlichen Hintergrund in einer PDF Datei haben. Könnte man den beim scannen mit Finereader erkannten und farbig umrandeten Textblock einfach als Bild exportieren, den Rest des Bildes automatisch wegschneiden und dieses Bild mit dem Text in einer PDF Datei immer gleich ausrichten lassen, sähe die PDF Datei ordentlich aus. Da aber FineReader eine solche Funktion nicht hat, würde ich gerne wissen, ob dies mit einem Adobe Produkt oder einer anderen Software geht.
Das Erkennen des relevanten Text/Bildbreiches sollte (meistens) immer automatisch gehen. Bei 500 Seiten soll keine große Eigenarbeit nötig sein.
Kann man dies mit Adobe Capture machen?
Oder gibt es in Photoshop die Möglichkeit, daß man ein Bild läd und dann einen Bereich (den Textblock) des Bildes immer gleich definiert ud alle Seiten dann zusammen schneiden läßt?

du hast selbst die Ursache für die Unmöglichkeit der PDF-Konvertierung
beschrieben. Es hat etwas mit den Nutzungsrechten der installierten Software
(Acrobat) auf User-Ebene zu tun. Z. B. tritt der Fehler nicht auf, wenn
Acrobat auf User-Ebene installiert wird - das wird aber in eurem Fall nicht
so vorgenommen worden sein. Oder?
Ich empfehle, die Hierarchien der NT-Umgebung zu checken und entsprechend
der Konventionen für User in NT-Umgebungen Software-Installationen neu
vorzunehmen.
Das kann natürlich sehr zeitaufwendig werden.

Verlustfrei schneiden in Premiere Elements?

Wie kann ich ein DV.AVI File 'hart' schneiden und ohne Qualitätsverlust (d.h. kein rendern) in Premiere Elements abspeichern?

Das ist ein Ding der Unmöglichkeit, egal in welchem Schnittprogramm. Jeder Schnitt, der nicht genau auf einer GOP Grenze liegt verändert die zugrundeliegende Binärstruktur des Streams und erfordert damit dessen Neuberechnung. Die meisten Programme machen das schon adaptiv und lassen das Quellmaterial unberührt und kopieren den Source Stream 1:1 rüber, aber in den Schnittbereichen wird fast imemr neu berechnet und je nach Platzierung und Bildinhalt kan ndas eben mal mehr, meal weniger drastisch ausfallen. Natürlich gibt's auch Tools die nur die Streams neu zusammensetzen, aber da kann man eben nicht bildgenau schneiden. Es ist halt ein Kompromiss so oder so...

What version of Premiere Elements are you going to install and activate on your new computer (what is your new operating system)?
Before you do anything, how many of your computers now have the same Premiere Elements purchased/activated serial number installed on them - just that one old one?
The answers to the above might help us to help you so that you do not have to contact Adobe.

Pc neu aufgesetzt - Abo von Photoshop ging bis dahin - nach Neuinstallation klappt es nicht mehr

Ich habe mir Anfang des jahres ein Jahresabo von Adobe Photoshop bei Amazon gekauft. Das hat auch alles prima funktioniert bisher. Nur leider musste ich meinen PC plattmachen, Windows neu installieren etc. Somit natürlich auch Photoshop. Habe mir wieder die Creative Cloud geladen und auch Photoshop installiert. Nun öffnet sich die Testversion und auch ein Feld mit Software lizensieren. Also öffne ich meine Mail mit der Seriennummer und versuche sie reinzukopieren. Geht aber nicht, da dort nur Zahlen und keine Buchstaben verwendet werden können?!
Bin total hilflos, brauche das Programm unbedingt, weil ich beruflich damit arbeite.
Mitarbeiter erreiche ich telefonisch auch nicht.
Wäre so dankbar für Hilfe!

Der Code mit den Buchstaben ist ein Einlösecode und wenn du den schon verwendet hast, macht es keinen Sinn, den nochmal irgendwo einzugeben. Dein Abo ist eben schon aktiv. Der Rest hat damit nix zu tun, aber Lesen bildet ja bekanntlich:

Wie stellt sich Adobe das neue Creative Cloud Modell vor?

Wenn ich mir zum Beispiel als Privatanwender einen Photoshop CS6 kaufe, dann kostet mich das einmalig knapp 900 Euro. Wenn ich aber beim neuen Modell einsteige zahle ich monatlich knapp 25 Euro. Das heißt nach ziemlich genau 3 Jahren zahle ich drauf oder ich habe keine Software mehr. (falls ich nicht verlängere) Nicht jeder User (und vor allem Privatpersonen oder kleine Unternehmen) braucht jedes Update.
Ich kann mir nicht vorstellen daß das neue Modell erfolgreich sein wird. Schon gar nicht zu den meiner Meinung nach gerade für Privatpersonen doch erschreckend hohen Preisen.
Die Konkurenz wird sich freuen.

Bisher habe ich Adobe in höchsten Tönen gelobt: Eine innovative Arbeitsumgebung, in der alle Programme wunderbar zusammenarbeiten. Als freier Filmschaffender kann ich mir keinen besseren Workflow vorstellen. Vom Schnitt, über die Titelanimation, bis hin zur Postergestaltung und vielem mehr. Alles in einer Programmfamilie vereint! Wow! Dafür habe ich auch gerne etwas tiefer in die Tasche gegriffen und mir jeweils die aktuelle Version gekauft, sobald die vorherige veraltet war. Ich konnte gut mit älteren Versionen arbeiten, so lange ich mit diesen meine Vorstellungen umsetzen konnte.
Aber was passiert jetzt?!
Liebes Adobe, ich möchte Sie hiermit darauf aufmerksam machen, dass ich mich wohl oder übel von einer meiner Lieblingsmarken abwenden MUSS, weil es mir wahnsinnig ungeheuer ist, für ein Programm Geld zu bezahlen, um dann, sobald ich nicht mehr bezahlen kann/möchte, mit leeren Händen dazustehen. Wenn ich mehrere hundert oder gar tausend Euro in Ihre Produkte investiere, möchte ich auch sicher sein können, dass ich die Programme benutzen kann, auch wenn sie vielleicht veraltet sind. Ich sehe es nicht ein, permanent Geld auszugeben und (das ist der Punkt) sobald ich nicht mehr bezahle auch nicht mehr mit den Programmen arbeiten kann, OBWOHL ich bereits mehrere tausend Euro investiert habe.
Alle Dinge dieser Welt, die ich kaufen kann, gehören mir dann auch. Warum macht Adobe dort eine Ausnahme? Häuser kann man mieten, aber auch kaufen. Autos kann man leasen, aber auch kaufen. Kameras kann man mieten, aber auch kaufen. Warum kann man die (wunderbaren) Adobe-Produkte nun mehr lediglich mieten? Es scheint mir, dass Ihre Firma den Bezug zum Kunden verloren hat und heimlich nach dem steigenden Kontostand schielt. Eine wahrlich bedauernswerte Entwicklung!
Photoshop ist DAS Bildbearbeitungsprogramm schlechthin, warum riskieren Sie Ihre Monopolstellung?
Dieser Schritt möchte sich mir nicht erschließen und deshalb bitte ich Sie insbrünstig die Programmfamilie (nicht nur CS6, sondern alle folgenden Updates) weiterhin als Paket anzubieten. Ich möchte meine Programme benutzen können, wenn ich schon so viel Geld investiere.

Das neue Premiere Pro crashed beim laden des Projekts von der vorigen Version

wie der Titel sagt....
why? soll ich jetzt angst haben den cloudupdater zu verwenden weil dann alles instable wird? why? warum hat vor dem letzten update alles funktioniert und jetzt stürzt premiere pro beim laden des projekts ab. was soll ich nun denken? ist das genauso scheiße softwarephilosophie wie von unterweltklitschen? was ist da los? könnt ihr mir bitte helfen?
ps; bis vor dem letzten cloudupdate hat alles funktioniert. jetzt crasht es!
pps; wie argwöhnisch kann man werden wenn man mietsoftware anbietet. dass die software überhaupt crashed ist schon ein armutszeugnis für adobe.
ppps: soll ich lieber die updates bleiben lassen? wenns mal stable läuft blos nicht mehr den adobe cloud updater laufen lassen? argh! +

Habe leider die gleichen leidvollen Erfahrungen gemacht, allerdings auf einem komplett neuen Rechner mit Aususboard. Dualcore CPU und alles was neu ist und Geld kostet.
Ich findes es sehr bedauerlich, dass Matrox so viele Leute werkeln lässt nur um festzustellen, dass es nicht geht. Soviel Negativmarketing sollte man sich als renomierter Hersteller nicht leisten.
Ein laufendes System kann nicht durch ein noch so tolles (auf dem Papier) neues nicht funktionierendes System ersetzt werden. Leider falle ich immer wieder darauf rein, andere wohl auch.
In der Summe der verbrauchten Zeit ist das laufende System sicher besser.
Wir Anwender sind da viel zu nachsichtig mit den Herstellern.
Schade ist auch, dass Matrox keine Informationen gibt, wann denn 6153 durch ein wirklich funtionierendes Build ersetzt wird.

Error "You cannot enter a partner function for output NEU"

Hi Experts,
I'm having these error "You cannot enter a partner function for output NEU" (message VN041) when I tried to assign a partner function (e.g OA) in the conditions records for application "EV" (Purchase outline agreement). The system do not allow me to do this for any doc type (LP, LPA, MK, OA, etc). I'm using t-code NACE or MN08.
I want to assign partner for key combination "Document Type". The conditions is already there but with no value, so I want to assign partner function "OA" or "VR".
I already check all the configuration and looks fine. For example, define possible partner functions for output type "NEU" for application "EV" (Purc outline agree).
Hope you can help me to find the problem.

I have the error in NACE or using tcode MN08.
As soon I executed those transaction the system shows the condition records created for varios Doc Type (e.g LP, LPA, MK, etc) but with no partner function assigned. For example:

Then when I press enter, the system give me the error "You cannot enter a partner function for output NEU", message no. VN041. Do not allow me to continue, so I have to leave this field blank, with no change.

Scheduling Agreement Output NEU

Hello Friends,
We have used the standard SAP output type NEU for SA( Scheduling Agreement ) output. And we are sending the output via email to vendor in PDF format. Now the issue is as per standard SAP whenever SA is generated SAP is sending the entire SA. But later if we change only header data, it is only sending the header information by wiping out all line item information.
Do we need to have Zoutput type for the same of is there any other solution.
Please guide..

After installing Helvetica Neue font onto my PC (Win7) it now appears almost everywhere online in the interface of websites?

I installed Helvetica Neue recently onto my PC and ever since that font is being used on most websites I visit, and even in the google website's troubleshooting settings. Ive also noticed the font used for the number of likes on a likebox on my website has changed and is all being displayed in Helvetica. It is very annoying and I have no idea how to resolve this issue. Here are a few examples:

Unless a web page uses a “web font” that it supplies itself, web pages typically provide a list of fonts, in priority order, of fonts to be used to render text. Typically, this list of fonts represents “system fonts” of MacOS, Windows, iOS, and Android - fonts that can be counted on being installed. Helvetica Neue is a MacOS system font that is not typically found on Windows systems. And even if a user licenses recent versions of Helvetica Neue OpenType fonts and installs same on Windows systems, they are in the “Helvetica Neue Std” family which would not match “Helvetica Neue” which is native to MacOS. Thus, I suspect that the Helvetica Neue you have installed on Windows is an older font offering.
There are three issues here:
The first is that web pages provide a priority list for font usage. I suspect that the web pages you are seeing Helvetica Neue actually used on your system are requesting fonts in the order of Helvetica Neue and then Arial. The typical MacOS system would display the content with Helvetica Neue and the typical Windows system would display the content with Arial. Since you have Helvetica Neue on your system, you are getting rendering similar to what a MacOS system would have.
The second issue is that there is no way to force a web page to reverse the order of priority of the fonts it lists.
And finally, the third issue is that there is no way to hide a font selectively by application.
The only way you can avoid Helvetica Neue being used on web pages preferring Helvetica Neue to let's say Arial or any other font on its list for particular text rendering is to uninstall Helvetica Neue.
That having been said, other than perhaps personal type design preferences, are there any other issues with regards to use of Helvetica Neue for display of these web pages?

I am having trouble getting access to fonts on hard drive. In particular Helvetica Neue Black. It seems that since HelveNeu.dfont is a system font Font Book does not give me the option to activate HelveticaNeuBlack.

We recently started using Font Book instead of Suitcase Fusion for our font management program. We are unable to activate our postscript type 1 font (Helvetica Neue Black) It seems since hel neu is a system dfont that Font Book thinks we already have it activated but HelvNeueBlack is not part of dfont. So even though I have it in my fonts folder the font is grayed out and am unable to activate. I might add that HelveBlack is also a problem. I've read the article by Kurt Lang on Font Management. I followed his directions on how to remove dfonts from system but caused more problems than it solved. I would appreciate a certified way to handle these particular fonts. Do I need to purchase the Open Type fonts to solve problem.

What I did to fix was remove Helv Fractions that cleared up the problem.
It's been quite a while since I've seen that one come up. When you mentioned that some of the type looked like jumbled fractions, that should have jogged my memory. Yes, Helvetica Fractions is long known to be a bad font. Delete it from the hard drive and never reinstall it.
The HelvNeuBlack and HelvBlack fonts you sent are indeed creating conflicts. Here are screen shots of their internal names. HelvBlack first, and HelvNeuBlack second.
In Helvetica Black, the menu name is just Helvetica, which leaves nowhere for the regular Helvetica font to display in your font lists. It also then creates a cross reference between the two fonts. It is also reporting two other different names to the OS for the same font. Helvetica Black, and Helvetica-Black. You can technically get away with doing that, but it's bad practice.
Helvetica Neue Black is the same type of bad naming. The menu name is just Helvetica Neue, which leaves nowhere for the real Helvetica Neue to go in your menu lists. Then they rather oddly threw in Helvetica 95 Black for the full name, as opposed to HelveticaNeue-Black for the other two spots.
Just some really sloppy work here by someone for what I would guess were Type 1 PostScript fonts converted to Mac legacy TrueType. If you don't have the software to fix the names, the only good suggestion is to throw these fonts out and purchase new ones from a vendor who builds fonts correctly. And while they're kind of pricey, that means either Adobe or Linotype.

Steps to send a clip to AE to utilize Warp Stabilizer VFX then back to Premiere Pro CC

So I use Warp Stabilizer for about 200 clips per project. It's effectiveness has shaped how I shoot. It's awesome. Now there's VFX in AE...Can someone layout the steps involved in the following:
a) Taking a clip from Premiere Pro CC and sending it to After Effects CC (I'm not that versed in using AE having not used it in quite a while)
b) Then how to apply the new Warp Stabilizer VFX (I assume just go to effects>distort>WarpStabilizerVFX ???) ... (if there are tutorials on how exactly to use it, especially detailing exactly how to utilize the new feature of isolating what in the frame is to be stabilized that would be great too)
c) Then how to send it back to Premiere Pro CC. (I'm guessing I just save it and let dynamic link take care of the rest?)
I've tried right-clicking on a clip and selecting "replace with AE composition" (is that what I should do?), then applying the effect but I get a "warp stabilizer VFX analysis doesn't work with Collapse Transformations" message so I stopped. If it makes any difference, the majority of my footage is shot at 60p and then interpreted and edited at 23.976fps. Thanks!
NOTE TO STAFF: I've said it before and I'll say it again as someone who uses warp stabilizer several hundred times per week, I still think the default "method" in the settings should be "Position, Scale, Rotation" instead of Subspace Warp because it works FAR better (less wobble and less scaling about 90% of the time). Can't help myself I had to bring that up again here.

a) Select a clip in PrPro timeline, right-click and choose 'Replace With After Effects Composition'. Take care of handles if you might need them (that's rather general tip).
Warning about Collapse Transformation switch indicates that you have 'Scale to Frame Size' option enabled for your clips in PrPro timeline. If that was done intentionally, you can simply toggle the Collapse Transformation switch (small sun icon) off. If not, rather disable 'Scale to Frame Size' for your clips in PrPro timeline.
b) Quite a boring but covering almost all necessary details tutorial on basic work with Warp Stabilizer in AE CC from Adobe TV:

c) When you're happy with your work in AE and going to lock it, render a digital intermediate out of AE, import it into PrPro and replace your dynamically linked composition in the timeline with that DI (see this good old thread on Dynamic Link workflow, pay attention to Todd's comments).
If you leave the 'Include Project Link' checkbox in the Output Module Settings dialog enabled while rendering your DI, you can easily get back to appropriate AE project so as to maybe tweak some settings: just select your DI in PrPro timeline, right-click and choose 'Edit Original'.
Mind the bloating issue, keep the amount of applied Warp Stabilizer instances in a single AE project reasonable.

Adobe Bridge CS6 separat neu installieren?

ich habe meine CS6 auf einem 64-bit-System (Win 8.1) neu installiert und das lief auch ne Zeit lang gut.
Seit einiger Zeit jedoch treten gehäuft Probleme mit der Bridge-Komponente auf:
1. Wenn man die CS6 installiert, werden sowohl Bridge (32-bit) als auch die 64-bit-Version installiert
2. Beim Start von Bridge (egal, welche Version) bleibt die Anwendung sfort hängen, d.h. reagiert ewig nicht, Neustart bringt gar nichts.
3. Eine separate Deinstallation von Bridge ist nicht vorgesehen (und der Fehler tritt immer wieder auf) und jedes mal eine Neuinstallation der gesamten CS6 nervt so langsam, da auch jedes Mal die Updates wieder runtergeladen und installiert werden müssen. Alle anderen Komponenten laufen ohne Probleme!
4. Wo kann ich das CleanerTool für CS6 herunterladen, was bringt es und behebt es mein Problem nach einer erneuten Installation?
Vielleicht kann mir ja jemand helfen???

Adobe Premiere Elements 10 kann kein neues Projekt anlegen. Es stürzt sofort ab.

Adobe Premiere Elements 10 konnte erfolgreich installiert werden. Doch beim anlegen eines neuen Projektes kann zwar noch der Name eingegeben werden, aber wenn bei „Speichern in:“ auf „Durchsuchen“ geklickt wird, öffnet sich ein Fenster: „Adobe Premiere Elements wird beendet, da ein schwerwiegender Fehler aufgetreten ist. Es wird versucht das aktuelle Projekt zu speichern.“ Dazu kommt es aber leider nicht, denn es war ja noch nicht einmal eines angelegt.
Das Kombiprodukt Adobe Photoshop Elements 10 funktioniert hingegen einwandfrei.
