New Column with repeating data

Question

I have normalized data that is in an oracle table.
example____________________________
[State] [City] [     Line         ] [Amount]
KY Knox $ Paid 12
KY Knox $ Owed 13
KY Knox #ofCustomers 3
CA Nott $ Paid 12
CA Nott $ Owed 15
CA Nott #ofCustomers 3
I need to pull out #ofCustomers into its own column. I can't write to the table it all must be done using SQL queries
