New Document Address Number
Hi All-
We are on SRM 5.0, SP6 Ext classic scenario. Every time we create a Shopping cart with an existing Ship to Address number, the system generates a new document address number in SRM even though the address number and the address already exist in SRM.
I am not sure if this happens standard in SRM 5.0 or is it due to some custom development on our system. I am aware that this was an old Issue and there were OSS notes related to it:
Note 570543 - Creation of document addresses
Note 718206 - Copy template: New address number for delivery address
Can somebody confirm if they are seeing the same behaviour on their SRM 5.0 system? If yes, i can go ahead and create an OSS message and keep you guys updated.

We are using SRM 5.0 , SP7 and it is not creating new address number whenever we create new shopping cart.
But it is creating new address numbers whenever some changes were made to the business partners.

Whenever I create a Purchase Order, I can see that in EKKO there is a new address number updated which is unique for every PO. This address is copy of the vendor address but the address number is different. The effect of this is that my PO is blocked in GTS since the Flag for manipulated in the partner of the API.
Now my question is why does the system create a new address number for every Purchase order. For some Purchase order this is not happening.

Good to know this. But then how does GTS (SPL check) system identify this dynamically created address. Must this not be passed to the GTS system by writing it in the user exit or is there some other standard way of doing this.
But we are not entering the address manually in these POs.
Also some POs that are not for One time Vendor is also having an address entry in the EKKO table. SO it is not only for OTV POs.

How can I create accurate decimal dimensions when creating a new document or using the art board in Illustrator CS6? When I type in a number with a decimal, it automatically rounds the number up.

Unfortunately, the uncertainty arising from the rounding has been up several times here in this forum.
I just came to remember a warning that needs to be given:
The rounding of the representation of a numerical value may be harmless in itself, but if you use it for any operation that changes the value, such as multiplication or whatever, things will go wrong because the operation will be made on the basis of the rounded value instead of the true value. So, as in your first case in post #2, 39.625 rounded to 39.63 will become 79.26 instead of 79.25. -
Unbale to create new document part with same document number
Number range assigned to the X Document Type is internal. I have created new document (0001) with Document Part 000 & Version 00. For same Document Number when i tried to create New Document part by mentioning Document Numner 0001, Document Part 001 and Version 00, it says Document Type X can be assigned to internal number range only.
Even I tried with following selection....
Document Number = Blank
Document Part = 001
Document Version = 00
Template:
Document = 0001
Document Part = 000
Document Version = 00
Now system is creating document with new number i.e. 0002. But we want to create another document part with same Document Number. What is the problem with internal number range for Document Number?Hi Pradeep,

New document type can be configured in SPRO - SAP IMG- Material management - Purchasing - Purchase order - Define number rabges / define document types.
With out service master straightaway you can create the Service PO with account assigment.
AC03 - Create service master record.
ML10 - Model service specifications
Then Service conditions ML33 or ML39 or ML45
Create the PO and then do the service entry in ML81N

How to Add new Manual address in ADRC?

My requirement is, I want to add new address in ADRC table, once I insert new address, I will get the new ADRNR number fot that address.
I want that ADRNR to link with vendor address in delivery document. Means wants to update VBPA table
ADRDA = u2018Eu2019 and ADRNR = new address number for VBELN = <input>
I tried to use FM ADDR_INSERTu2026 but itu2019s not returning me anything
Do have know how to use these FMu2026 please provide me the sample code.
Or do you have nay other alternative to do this.

F.61 error "Specify either address number or address handle"
Hi,
I'm trying to trigger A/R correspondence with F.61 and am getting the error "_Specify either address number or address handle_" on some of our customers. Some work, some don't - and I can't see what the difference is. I'll get the error on an existing line item, but can create a new test document, and the correspondence is triggered with no problems.
Can someone explain this error message?

i want to create a new document via a function or method in the inbox of a receiver. I already looked for SO_DOCUMENT_SEND_API1 or SO_DOCUMENT_INSERT but it seems that these function are just for creating a email to an external partner.
I also try to use the method "cl_bcs=>short_message" but with this thing i have problems creating the right receiver table, because it is a deep structure.

I recently changed my email address and have changed my Apple ID to reflect that. My itunes account will work on my PC with that new ID but my iCloud will not. Also, my iPhone will not use my new email address for either itunes or icloud. I don't know how to change it.
I read that if, on your iPhone you delete your iCloud account, you just open a new one with your new email address. Is that true, and, if you do that, do you lose your photos on your iPhone. AND, if you lose your photos on your iPhone, will they be pushed back to your iPhone if you manually sync your phone and PC?

Thank you.If you only changed the name of your ID rather than creating a new ID, just go to Settins>iCloud and tap Delete Account then sign back in with the new name. (Deleting the account from your phone does not delete it from iCloud. Your data will be synced back to your phone when you sign back in.)
If you created a new ID, you'll have to go to Settings>iCloud on your phone and turn all data you are syncing with iCloud (contacts, calendars, etc.) to Off. When prompted choose to keep the data on your iPhone. (If you are syncing iWork documents with iCloud, also open your iWork apps and turn off iCloud syncing and choose to keep the documents on your phone.) After everything is turned off, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account. Next, set up a new iCloud account using your other ID, then turn syncing for your data (contacts, etc.) back to On. When prompted, choose Merge. This will upload the data to your new account.
You won't lose any photos in your camera roll or photo library. If you have any photos in your photo stream that are over 30 days old that are not in your camera roll or saved on your computer, be sure to save these to the camera roll before deleting the account. To do so, open the photo stream album on your iPhone in the thumbnail view, tap Edit, tap all the photos you need to save to select them, tap Share, then tap Save to Camera Roll. -
I can't save *new* documents back to SharePoint
I can’t save *new* documents back to SharePoint. We have a SharePoint 2013 development environment, running on Windows Server 2012 and a Windows 7 Client Computer with Office 2010.
Every time I click „new document“, SharePoint opens the corresponding template file in the client application (Word, Excel,…) So far, so good. When i select „Save“, the client application brings up a local save path on the client computer, not the SharePoint
document library.
I did some research and tried many approaches, but none of them worked.
I installed the Desktop Experience Feature on the Windows Server 2012, added the server address to trusted sites, gave the user farm-administrator rights (to make sure it is no security problem) and switched the authentication mode for the web application.

For troubleshooting your issue, you can try to add a registry value to your local registry (on a machine with Office Applications installed through which you are accessing SharePoint sites):
Click Start, type regedit in the Start Search box, and then press ENTER.
Locate and then click the following registry subkey:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\WebClient\Parameters
On the Edit menu, point to New, and then click Multi-String Value.
Type AuthForwardServerList, and then press ENTER.
On the Edit menu, click Modify.
In the Value data box, type the URL of the server that hosts the Web share, and then click OK.

How do i stop my HP Officejet 6700 Premium from printing a history report page before printing each new document, using Windows 7 & Using Microsoft Word? When I open a document and print it, it prints a history including: File Name; Directory; Template; Title; Subject; Keywords; Comments; creation Date; Change Number; Last Saved On; Last Saved By; Total Editing; Last Printed On; As of Last Printing....
Everything worked perfectly for a year, then I had to reinstall the printer because I deleted it by mistake. I cary it with me when I travel to meetings and didn't have my install disk, so I had to download the install software. I haven't changed any settings in Word, but it appears that the report is generated from Word.
Help will be appreciated. I can't find any other topic like mine to see an already presented solution.

The report indeed being generated by Word and not by the pritner driver.
As you did not clarify your MS Office version I included the steps for Word 2010, I believe the same should also apply for Word 2007:
From Word click the File menu, then select Options.
Select Display from the left pane.
Under the Printing Options sections, uncheck the box next to Print document properties.
Click OK and try printing again.
If you cannot find the specific option, please clarify your exact Microsoft Wiord version.

1. You can create new PR and PO docu types at the following path:
For PR docu type:
First you need to create number range for docu type or you can use existing number range also. The path for creation of no. range is
SPRO>Materials Management->Purchasing->Purchase Requisition->Define Number Ranges
Then create PR docu type at below path and assign no. range to PR docu type here only
SPRO>Materials Management->Purchasing->Purchase Requisition->Define Document Types
For PO docu type:
Follow same procedure as mentioned for PR docu type. Path is
SPRO>Materials Management->Purchasing->Purchase Order->Define Number Ranges
SPRO>Materials Management>Purchasing->Purchase Order->Define Document Types
If you want to create PO referencing new PR docu type, link the PR docu type to PO docu type at below path:
SPRO>Materials Management->Purchasing->Purchase Requisition->Define Document Types--> Link purchase requisition - document type

Also will the apps that I have not bought with my money from App Store but just downloaded, can I still upgrade them? And what about if I have some music and apps which were not brought from my iPhone 5c which I am currently using, but from my old iPhone 3GS from another Apple ID , will they be transferred again like they did before onto my 5c?
ThanksI set up FaceTime and Messages on four different devices with only one Apple ID. I used the exact method that is described in the video that AnaMusic has provided to you in the link in her response above. That method worked fine for my family, but you can create new Apple ID's just to use for FaceTime and Messages if you like. Many users prefer doing that as opposed to adding new email addresses.
IMO - using unique email addresses (like in the video) makes sense, because we (my family) all have different email addresses anyway, and it was very simple to add each family members email address to both apps and remove my Apple ID email address as the contact address on each device.
BTW .... if you are using your Apple ID on both devices - your phone number should be the number that is showing in the settings - not you daughter's. Did you set up the Apps with your Apple ID? -

Help with creating a new document
Hi,
I will have to work on creating a new document from scratch which will serve as a billing statement to a customer.
I have to construct it and I am really confused on how to structure my forms and subforms.
Can any of you please point me to a right place where I can get a good design guidelines?? Or is there anything like a good design for this.
Will the form structuring impact performance. This document can run really long based on the number of transactions.
I am using castor and object to xml mapping and using the data file to dynamically load the data on to pdf.
Since I am going to start this fresh, I want to get the structure and design correct.
