New GL cleared items in SAP-tables

Hello experts,
our clients needs a download from his SAP-system (ECC 6.0) including all postings that are not cleared yet. What we did is a download from FAGLFLEXA including information on segment split which is important to our client. Now we need to get the information on which items are cleared and which are not cleared yet. There is no field like this in FAGLFLEXA. A download from BSEG isn't helping that much either since due to the segment split we have n document lines in FAGLFLEXA and only one in BSEG. The vendor or customer is not named in FAGLFLEXA. Using the reconciliation account to match the entries is error-prone as well since the customer and vendor accounts behind one reconciliation account may be cleared separately. Does anyone know where to find information on cleared items in the newGL-tables? This the information on segment split is relevant to the client we can not just take a download from BSEG.
Thanks in advance for your help!
Regards,
Maria

Hi,
The DS is to get Payments done to Vendor. So the query based on it will provide you with list of outstanding payment that are overdue and my attract interest. Mainly a Finance department concern.
Second - there is a field in the datasource that defines the status of the document. Filter your query based on the field of your requirement and you'll get what you want.
STATUSPS -  Status of the FI item (O = open, C = cleared)
Hope this helps

  • Adding Message Choice Item in a Table Region

    Hi,
    In the Oracle Sales Dashborad page there is a Table Region which shows the list of all the opportunities details like Name,Close Date etc.Now my requirement is to create a new Message Choice item in the table region as a new column(Opportunity Status).I have created that using the personalize feature of that table and have provided the following details
    Picklist View Instance:oracle.apps.asn.opportunity.poplist.server.OpportunityOpenStatusesVO
    Picklist Value Attribute:StatusCode
    Picklist Display Attribute:Meaning
    View Instance:OpptySearchVO1
    View Attribute:OpptyStatusName
    When the dashboard page loads it shows all other fields as fetched from the Database apart from this newly added Message Choice item.For all the rows this field shows blanc values.
    Is it because the Display value(Meaning) and the value gets stored in the DB(StatusCode) are Different for this message choice item?Please help me out to resolve this issue.
    If i need to populate each row for this message item explicitly how can i get handle of this message choice item(in the Table region) for each row and then set the value dynamically?
    Thanks
    Subha

  • Dynamic binding of items in sap.m.Table using XML views

    Dear SAPUI5 guru's,
    Let's start by saying I'm an ABAP developer who's exploring SAPUI5, so I'm still a rookie at the time of writing. I challenged myself by developing a simple UI5 app that shows information about my colleagues like name, a pic, address data and their skills. The app uses the sap.m library and most of the views are XML based which I prefer.
    The data is stored on an ABAP system and exposed via a gateway service. This service has 2 entities: Employee and Skill. Each employee can have 0..n skills and association/navigation between these 2 entities is set up correctly in the service. The data of this service is fetched from within the app using a sap.ui.model.odata.ODataModel model.
    The app uses the splitApp control which shows the list of employees on the left side (master view). If a user taps an employee, the corresponding details of the employee entity are shown on the right (detail view).
    Up till here everything is fine but I've been struggling with my latest requirement which is: show the skills of the selected employee in a separate XML view when the user performs an action (for the time being, I just created a button on the detail view to perform the action). After some hours I actually got it working but I doubt if my solution is the right way to go. And that's why I'm asking for your opinion here.
    Let's explain how I got things working. First of all I created a new XML view called 'Skills'. The content on this view is currently just a Table with 2 columns:
    <core:View xmlns:core="sap.ui.core" xmlns:mvc="sap.ui.core.mvc" xmlns="sap.m"
      controllerName="com.pyramid.Skills" xmlns:html="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">
      <Page title="Skills"
           showNavButton="true"
           navButtonPress="handleNavButtonPress">
      <content>
      <Table
       id="skillsTable">
      <columns>
      <Column>
      <Label text="Name"/>
      </Column>
      <Column>
      <Label text="Rating"/>
      </Column>
      </columns>
      </Table>
      </content>
      </Page>
    </core:View>
    The button on the Detail view calls function showSkills:
    showSkills: function(evt) {
      var context = evt.getSource().getBindingContext();
      this.nav.to("Skills", context);
      var skillsController = this.nav.getView().app.getPage("Skills").getController();
      skillsController.updateTableBinding();
    Within 'this.nav.to("Skills", context);' I add the Skills view to the splitApp and set its bindingContext to the current binding context (e.g. "EmployeeSet('000001')"). Then I call function updateTableBinding in the controller of the Skills view which dynamically binds the items in the table based on the selected employee. So, when the ID of the selected employee is '000001', the path of the table's item binding should be "/EmployeeSet('000001')/Skills"
    updateTableBinding: function(){
      var oTemplate = new sap.m.ColumnListItem(
      {cells: [
              new sap.m.Text({text : "{Name}"}),
              new sap.m.Text({text : "{Rating}"})
      var oView = this.getView();
      var oTable = oView.byId("skillsTable");
      var oContext = oView.getBindingContext();
      var path = oContext.sPath + "/Skills";
      oTable.bindItems(path, oTemplate);
    Allthough it works fine, this is where I have my first doubt. Is this the correct way to bind the items? I tried to change the context that is passed to this.nav.to and wanted it to 'drill-down' one level, from Employee to Skills, but I couldn't manage to do that.
    I also tried to bind using the items aggregation of the table within the XML declaration (<Table id="skillsTable" items="{/EmployeeSet('000001')/Skills}">). This works fine if I hard-code the employee ID but off course this ID needs to be dynamic.
    Any better suggestions?
    The second doubt is about the template parameter passed to the bindItems method. This template is declared in the controller via javascript. But I'm using XML views! So why should I declare any content in javascript?? I tried to declare the template in the XML view itself by adding an items tag with a ColumnListItem that has an ID:
                    <items>
                        <ColumnListItem
                        id="defaultItem">
                        <cells>
                            <Text text="{Name}"/>
                            </cells>
                            <cells>
                            <Text text="{Rating}"/>
                            </cells>
                        </ColumnListItem>
                    </items>
    Then, in the updateTableBinding function, I fetched this control (by ID), and passed it as the template parameter to the bindItems method. In this case the table shows a few lines but they don't contain any data and their height is only like 1 mm! Does anyone know where this strange behaviour comes from or what I'm doing wrong?
    I hope I explained my doubts clearly enough. If not, let me know which additional info is required.
    Looking forward to your opinions/suggestions,
    Rudy Clement.

    Hi everybody,
    I found this post by searching for a dynamic binding for well acutally not the same situation but it's similar to it. I'm trying to do the following. I'm having a list where you can create an order. On the bottom of the page you'll find a button with which you're able to create another order. All the fields are set to the same data binding ... so the problem is if you've filled in the values for the first order and you'll press the button you'll get the same values in the second order. Is it possible to generate a dynamic binding?
    I'm going to post you a short code of what I'm meaning:
    <Input type="Text" value="{path: 'MyModel>/Order/0/Field1'}" id="field1">
         <layoutData>
                    <l:GridData span="L11 M7 S3"></l:GridData>
               </layoutData>
    </Input>
    As you can see I need to set the point of "0" to a dynamic number. Is there any possibility to reach this???
    Hope you can help
    Greetings
    Stef

  • What happens to the open item in bsid table when it is cleared

    hi experts,
                   i have a doubt about open and cleared items of accounting documents. as we know open items of customers are stored in bsid and cleared ones in bsad. For suupose, an open item is closed ina particular period then what happened to the entry in bsid and bsad table. an entry regarding is stored in bsad (cleared),and what happens to the entry in bsid, still it will be there or removed from it.

    Hi,
    When ever we clear the document(Complete payment) that document will be moved to BSAD table. Other wise it will remain in BSID.
    If u are making partial payment then all the partial payment documents along with original document will be stored in BSID till u made the complete payment for that invoice.
    Assumption is u have to give all partial payment documents made for particular invoice item while u are making complete payment in F-28 transaction. So that these partail payment documents will also be cleared while making complete payment and moved to BSAD table.
    This trasaction can be used for both partial and complete payments.
    Irrespective of complete or partial payments made all the documents will remain stored in BKPF and BSEG tables.
    BSID and BSAD are index tables to address performance issues with BKPF and BSEG tables.
    So all open and cleared documents will be there in BKPF and BSEG tables.
    All cleared documents will be there in BSAD table.
    Alll open documents will be there in BSID table.
    Hope it is clear.
    Thanks,
    Vinod.

  • How to extract Cleared and Open Items from SAP R/3?

    Hi experts,
    I have a requirement from user to extract cleared and open invoice items from SAP R/3.
    Can someone tell me how to do that?
    Thanks!

    Hi,
    Use the Data source 0FI_AR_4 to Know the status (0FI_DOCSTAT) of payment to be done by customer.
    OR
    Enhance the 2LIS_13_VDITM with VBUP fields which will give the status of Billing.

  • Is there any standard SAP table which stores the license number assigned to a delivery item

    Hi Experts,
    This is in relation to license number assigned to a delivery item under ‘Export License Log’. Our scenario is for delivery of type NLCC created for an inter-company stock transport order. (i.e.not a sales order case where the license may get copied from sales order to delivery through copy control)
    As we understand, for legal control – relevant scenarios, export license for each item shall be determined afresh every time the delivery is accessed. (Depending on legal regulation, grouping, destination country, export control class, delivery partners vis-à-vis license master customer assignments etc.)
    To print the license text on one of the delivery output types, we want to access the license number for each item. (determined under export license log)
    Our question is:  is there any standard SAP table which stores the license number assigned to a delivery item?
    We have checked some of the license tables (T606*, VAEX, EMXX etc.) but couldn’t get any specific table storing delivery-item-specific license data.

    Dont add such text in your post

    Hi Lakshmipathi,
    The export control log can be accessed by going to delivery Extras-> Export license log
    We need a table that stores the determined license for each item in a delivery document ( as shown in the below screenshot)

  • Clearing items with New GL and document split

    Hello gurus,
    When clearing 2 items with opposite amount and the same account assignment, the system generates 2 clearing items for the same account whereas I am expecting to have a clearing document without any item (as it is wotking without document split)! In such situation there is no reason to enlarge the credits and debits into the Balance sheet.
    Has anyone of you already faced such situation and have any solution for me?
    Thank you in advance for your help
    Best regards
    Pascal.

    Hi Abhijit and thank you for your first answer,
    I agree with you if more than one segment is used into the same posting but in my case there is only one segment !
    I think that this logic is applied for technical reason as explained into the OSS note N°950773.
    Does any one of you have a genious solution for me or know whether SAP has changed his standard solution?
    For french customers this technical postings are not acceptable since debit and credit variations has to be functionaly justified...
    Thank you in advance for your help.

  • FICA tables or FM to get the Contract Account's cleared items

    Hi Gurus,
    During one of the development I require to see the Contact Account's Open Items are cleared or not. Means Payment against the Contract Account's (Print documents) is received?  FPL9 shows the cleared items against the contract account but during one of the Development I need to write logic to check if the CA open Items are cleared.
    Please advice the table link or if there is any FM to check this.
    Thanks with regards,
    Rahul

    Hi,
    If it does not matter for what reason the items have been cleared, proceed as follows:
    Using the Contract Account number,  look up table DFKKOP as follows:
    VKONT = (the Contract Accont in question)
    AUGST (Clearing Status) = 9
    If you wish to only look at Invoices, provide the Document Type parameter (field BLART = the Document Type you use for Invoices)
    This will retrieve the cleared items (if you specified a document type, it will only retrieve items for that Doc Type).
    NOTE:
    If you wish to isolate only clearings due to incoming payments, please use Clearing Reason (AUGRD) = 01. Otherwise all cleared items are retrieved, e.g. Written off items, Transferred items, items cleared due to Account Maintenance, etc..
    Imporant fields related to Clearing:
    If you want the Clearing Document number, it will be stored in the retrieved item/s in field AUGBL.
    The Clearing Amount will be stored in field AUGBT
    The Clearing Date will be stored in AUGDT.
    I hope this helps.

  • Adding new item in SAP logon

    Hi,
    when adding a new item in SAP GUI, we get an option for the connection type------
    Custom application server
    Group/Server selection
    On selection the Group/Server selection
    we need to add the System ID, Message server, SAP Router and Group/Server.
    Here on adding the first two and then when i go on adding the Group/Server, I get the Error message as
    Hostname <message server name> not found.
    Is there anything i need to do in the HOST file or the Service file present at the Drivers folder of my local PC.

    Hi Subhram
    Firstly you need to check if connections to the specified servers are allowed through your network. Check if access is permitted on those group servers from your network.Check your VPN settings.
    Secondly check the Saplogon.ini file in the C:\WINDOWS folder. Check if the entries are correctly maintained in there as well.
    I hope this helps
