New id generated whenever a page is opened in JDev 11.1.1.3.0

Hi,
Currently we are using the below versions of the JDev and ADF respectively.
Studio Edition Version 11.1.1.3.0
Build JDEVADF_11.1.1.3.PS2_GENERIC_100408.2356.5660
I have a af:panelGroupLayout tag whose id is set to panelGroupLayout2
When I open the page first time dynamic id generated for first time is pt1:MainArea1:0:noTabDynamicRegion1:5:pt1:panelGroupLayout2.
When I open the page second time dynamic id generated for first time is pt1:MainArea1:0:noTabDynamicRegion1:3:pt1:panelGroupLayout2.
The generated ids were always constant before Studio Edition Version 11.1.1.3.0. As a result the below code,
var ref = AdfPage.PAGE.findComponentByAbsoluteId('...'); returns null next time when I open the page.
Any clue whats happening? If the above id change is a expected behaviour of the Studio Edition Version 11.1.1.3.0, then any clue how to obtain the handle of the tag using the findComponent...() method. Below is JS code which I am using.

Stamps, as in stamped components. In other words, are the components generated by iterating over a set such that the framework has to assign a unique component ID to each one as it is generated?
