Newbie- How to get Connection name in PLSql code?

Question

Example: I have 2 connections:
Data_LIVE
Data_Test
I would have this stored procedure stored on BOTH connections.
Begin
IF ??? = 'Data_LIVE' THEN
do this...;
ELSE
do this for 'Data_Test';
END IF;
end;

Hi Steve,
Try this:
Declare
  wDBName  varchar2(32);
Begin
    select property_value
      into wDBName
      from database_properties
     where property_name = 'GLOBAL-DB_NAME';
    IF wDBName = 'Data_LIVE' THEN
    do this...;
    ELSE
    do this for 'Data_Test';
    END IF;
