No driver found error while accessing SQL Server

Question

Hi all,
I am trying to connect to an SQL server (on my local machine)
I downloaded the JDBC driver from the Microsoft site.
I checked the SQL server version and also the driver, they are OK.
the fragment of my java file that connects to DataBase server is
file : "DBManager_SQL.java"
public DBManager_SQL() throws Exception
Class.forName
("com.microsoft.jdbcx.sqlserver.SQLServerDataSource").newInstance();
objConn =DriverManager.getConnection("jdbc:microsoft:sqlserver:LocalHost:1433?database=test","sa","");
the java file taht uses this connection is

on trying to run the (compilation successfull)
I get the error as ,
SQL Exception Occured!!
java.sql.SQLException: No suitable driver

at register.DBManager_SQL.<init>(DBManager_SQL.java:38)

I have added the .jar file that is shipped with the .zip file from microsoft to the class path also.
I have tried a couple of combinations in the objConn.getConnection(url,user,password) for the url string, but nothing seems to work.
Any suggestions??

=DriverManager.getConnection("jdbc:microsoft:sqlserver
:LocalHost:1433?database=test","sa","");I am sure you have messed up the connection url. Try searching for JDBC samples using Ms SQL server. You would come across the correct url.
