However, yes, there could be a number of issues with that, it's kind of hard to diagnose over the boards. If you can't figure it out by the time the store opens, bring it in - or call the phone number for 24/7 support.

I discovered this lovely little forum entry that solved my problem!
(Remember this is for Windows, I'm not sure if the same will work for Mac)
This is what you do:
1: Have iTunes up and plug in your iPod.
2: Hold the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons down until the iPod shuts down.
3: When the screen is blank, release the Sleep/Wake and just hold the Home button down for about 15 seconds.
4: After then, iTunes will recognize an I iPod in Recovery Mode.
5: That's when iTunes will ask you to Update/Restore your iPod.
I'm pretty sure those are the steps.
(If anything is wrong, can someone fix it, please?)

The info on that is correct - it says :
You currently cannot hide purchases on devices using iOS 6.
You should still be able to hide ibooks via your computer's iTunes, and they shouldn't then appear in the Purchased tab in the ibookstore in the iBooks app (if you don't want ibooks that are in the cloud to show on the bookshelf in iBooks then set Settings > iBooks > Show All Purchases 'off' - hiding doesn't hide them from that, only from the Purchased tab).

I got a ipad mini for christmas and because the lightening cable and 5W charger don't reach because i have only got one socket accesible in my living room i was thinking about buying the 10W Charger from Western Computers in Cheltnam, Gloucestershire And I Have a few questions about it because it does not tell me on the website which devices it is compatible with my following questions are
Will It work with my ipad mini?
Will it charge my iPad Mini Quicker?

The 10W charger will work on all of Apple's iDevices. It will charge your Mini faster.
The quickest way (and really the only way) to charge your iPad is with the included 10W or 12W USB Power Adapter. iPad will also charge, although more slowly, when attached to a computer with a high-power USB port (many recent Mac computers) or with an iPhone Power Adapter (5W). When attached to a computer via a standard USB port (2.5W, most PCs or older Mac computers) iPad will charge very slowly (but iPad indicates not charging). You can use the iPhone / iPod touch version on your iPad and just press the 2x button to expand it to fit the larger screen.
The alternative HD version has been optimised by the games developers to perfectly fit the larger iPad screen without doubling the pixels and they have chosen to charge for this HD version separately to the standard iPhone version. Some developers choose to charge, some include the iPad version in with the iPhone version at no extra charge.

What can be done to make my capacitive stylus work on my iPad mini?

I have the Griffin Pencil Stylus (which is capacitive), and it will not work on my iPad mini. Sometimes by chance I can make a mark in a drawing app and if I do, I have to press really hard on the screen. It has never worked while putting in my passcode etc. It works fine with my iPhone 4S, but that is not the device I intended it for. Any ideas as to what's going on or if I can do anything to make the stylus work with the iPad? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try rebooting your iPad: Press and hold BOTH the power and home buttons at the SAME time for about 10 seconds until the Apple Logo appears, then let go of both buttons and your iPad will restart.
Is the lightning kit you use an Apple kit or aftermarket? If it is Apple and after rebooting it does not work, return it to an pple Store and they will replace it.

If the reset doesn't work, you have to force iPad into Recovery Mode
1. Turn off iPad
2. Turn on computer and launch iTunes (make sure you have the latest version of iTune)
3. Plug USB cable into computer's USB port
4. Hold Home button down and plug the other end of cable into docking port.
DO NOT RELEASE BUTTON until you see picture of iTunes and plug
5. Release Home button.
ON COMPUTER
6. iTunes has detected iPad in recovery mode. You must restore this iPad before it can be used with iTunes.
7. Select "Restore iPad"...
Note:
1. Data will be lost if you do not have backup
2. You must follow step 1 to step 4 VERY CLOSELY.
3. Repeat the process if necessary.

I have the iPad 2 and Apple's Wireless Keyboard and would like to purchase a wireless mouse that will accommodate my Apple products. You don't have to purchase a mouse. You already have one, it's wireless and the only one that will work on an iPad.
