I have the following error in an integration scenario of SOAP -> PI -> PROXY.

Does anyone migth now what could be happening? I already checked The Receiver XI Adapter parameters and everything seems to be rigth.

Hi,
The error is clearly showing there is cache error.
To resolve this..go to SXI_CACHE tcode and do a delta cache refresh or full cache refresh.
That will solve ur problem

This is not an error status. This is an expected result. You can see this in XI configuration guide.

Error while refreshing the XI runtime cache

Hello All,
Here is what happened.
After PI7.0 install with client 001, I did the BPM scenario and it worked. After the performing the client copy the BPM stopped working with the new client. I did the client copy per note 940309.
The file is getting picked up (set the processing mode to delete).
Getting the following error in SXMB_MONI.
"SXMB_MONI_BPE" doesn't show any info as the file has never made to BPM (I guess).

Can U check the RFC destination INTEGRATION_DIRECTORY_HMI.
Check the connection, it should give response code 500.
otherwise check whether U have given the correct URL
in the path prefix.
/dir/CacheRefresh
Check the User has proper authorization.

Please verify that your project settings for all projects show the following:
J2EE Web Application Name: APPS_HTML J2EE
Web Context Root: /OA_HTML
Note that these values are new for an OA project with JRAD 9.0.3.7 (verify that you are using an OA project).
If that doesn't fix the problem, try deleting your System directory and restarting.

Internal Server Error while running the page from server

Hi gurus,
We are getting below error while running the oaf page from our instance. we have executed the query behind the page and it took around 40 seconds to execute. but oaf page is getting errored out with below error message after taking long time.
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, [email protected] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Is it 9i Jdeveloper or 10G. Also check the Jdeveloper is being run on a compatible database. A Jdeveloper for 11i should run on an instance having 11i installed and same for R12. Also check the version of OA Frameworrk in the Jdeveloper you are using and the version deployed in instance.

If it's not the universe limits, then I think you've hit the "MDX result contains too many cells" (more than 1million) problem.
So, I suspect a long running query, no filters/variable restrictions, and You've probably got a dump in ST22.
I don't know what BW you have, but if it is BW 7, do you have Enhancement Pack 01 and SP05<->10 ?
You should check out all the latest corrections from component BW-BEX-OT-MDX
the final proof of the pudding would be to enable MDA / SOFA log , capture the MDX SELECT statement and test it in BW MDXTEST - i bet you get the same error there.

In cache R/3 side shows me two red triangles: unable to refresh content and an error during last update. The error id BUSINESS_SYSTEM and the message is: NO INTEGRATION SERVER.
Please help me resolve this.

500 Internal Server Error while accessing the report on portal

All,
We are on BI7. have few queries on portal and recently while accessing the queries user is getting the 500 Internal Server Error. The error message is like below:
500 Internal Server Error
Failed to process request; contact your system administrator
BEx Web Application " I_Qnc()2ex.........(etc) does not exist.The application was either ended by a timout or an error occured.
Recently most of the users started getting this problem and it is on a high resolution to be resolved.
Any suggestion greatly appreciated.

This is mostly TimeOut Error.
However, 500 Error applies to variety of problems within the server.
Please make a back up of your query and restrict it further so it populates less data.
If the report is running properly for less range of data, that's a timeout issue.
Otherwise you will have to recheck the query. Mostly these are timeouts because, in general production data is high and if there us less restriction, the query OLAP time and front-end time will be more than optimized.

Reg: Error while refreshing the WebI Report

I created WebI report based on universe that is connected to Excel data. Through DSN I m accesing Excel Data . I created same DSN in server also. If I refresh the webI Report in BO server it tells the following error.
A database error occured. The database error text is: [Microsoft][ODBC Excel Driver] System resource exceeded.. (WIS 10901)
Before that its working fine. what may be the problem?

WebInterface Server - Error while opening the PDF file

Hello,
We are using webinterface to display the MSDS genearated.
Our customers use the link provided to them for displaying the msds.
We imported a few MSDS ( CG36 ), which are in PDF format & displayed successfully on the webinterface server.
However the newly generated MSDS ( Create Report ) from SAP EH&S system are not getting displayed on the webinterface server. We are getting following error message:
Error reading resulitng document from filesystem. Class:
COM.td.ehswww.results.EhsDocument.
Method:getResolvedDocument().This error could have been caused by a misconfigured filter.ini.
We checked and found that the filter.ini file is same on both quality & production system.
We are able to generate & display the report successfully on quality webinterface server.
Problem only appears on the production webinterface server.
We also tried to search for the SAP notes on this issue.
But we could not find out any relevant note for our issue.
Any help in this regarding is highly appreciated.

Thank you very much for your help.
We checked on both quality & production webinterface server.
The Tomcat service is not executed with any specific user.
The system is working fine on quality , we are getting errors only on the production.
We also identified a strange behavior on the production web interface server.
We are able to see files under following menu path:
There are error files getting generated.
I guess these error files are getting generated while converting the rtf file to pdf file.
The resultant PDF file is not getting generated and hence system is giving the error on the webpage.
Can you guide us as to why these error files are getting generated .? What can be the root cause of this issue.? and How to prevent this.?

Error while refreshing the BO WebI report

Dear Friends,
I have created BO report on top of BICS Query in BO 4.0(have used aroung 15 BICS queries in to the report) and able to see the correct data.
I have used hierarchies and also selected levels in to webI report. Last week I am able to refresh the report but since two days I am getting some strange errors.
Errors:
1) Unable to run the empty Query.
2) When trying to invoke the method com.sap.ip.bi.bics.dataacess.consumer.queryview.results.et.IRsAxisTupleelement.Getcharateristicmember() of an object loaded from Local Variable 'element'(WIS00000)

Error while opening the CAF runtime configurator

Dear Experts,
I am very much new to the CAF, and working on it initially.
Let me explain what exactly i did.
1. Created a New development Project.
2. Created an entity under entity services.
3. Created an operation under operation tab. This is a findby operation which uses one of the attributes as the search criteria.
4. Saved the project.
5. Right clicked on the project and selected Generate code.
6. Now right clicked on the project, and then Selected BUILD, and in the popup i deselected Build if Neccesary check box.
7. Now right click on the project and choosen Deploy to J2EE.
8. Under Tasks/Properties tab, i am getting an error saying that, Failed to deply atleast one .Ear file. It also says that it needs administrator rights.even though user login which i used for SDM in the step 8 has Administrator role.
9. Now, when i goto the browser, and type the url: http://<host>:<port>/caf, where replacing host with my hostname and port with the port, I am getting an exception.
It says " Cluster wide exception.... " and some other thing.
Finally, I am struck up with these two errors..
1. Error while deploying it in to J2EE .
2. Unable to open CAF runtime configurator.
Hope i am clear in conveying the problem.

Error while refreshing the runtime Cache! Issue in SLD

Hello Experts,
I am getting a strange issue in Production server due to which messages are ending in error .After every shut down/restart of the PI system ,a technical system for database get created in Production SLD . This is causing cache issue , I need to manually delete it and have to do cache refresh. And then messages get processed successfully.
It looks like some basis configuration issue with the System. Any help?
Appriciate your answer/response if anyone of you came across similar kind of issue.

Can you tell me which is your Default PI client. Generally when you install PI, the default client will be 001. Later we need to change this to 100 or 110 as per your clients standards. You need to follow Note:940309 to change your default client.

At the end of database creation using DBCA i got the errors:

ORA-00018: maximun number of sessions exceeded

ORA-06512:at line 1
Please suggest what can i do to remove this issue.
