  • Change of Sales order info without deletion of Outbound Delivery Order

    Hi Experts
Background :  Although Invoice has been created and issued , Customer request SD user to divide the invoice into two invoices.
or change the amount or quantity with same order No.
AS IS  : 1 . Cancel invoice -> Reverse PGI -> Delete Outbound Delivery -> Change Sales Order -> Create New Outbound Delivery -> PGI ->
    Invoice
Please let us know how to change sales order info ( cases : seperate 1 item with two items , change ship-to-Customer ,,,,,,,
Further Explanation on this : After the invoice has been issued, If the customer wants to change the quantity 10, into two line items and One line item with 5 quantity another line item into another 5 quantity , wnats to have two seperate Invoices for this
    Is it possible to have?
And some times the user wants to change the Ship to party after the Invoice has been issued, Is it possible to change ?
    Pls help me on this
    Thanks In advance

Further Explanation on this : After the invoice has been issued, If the customer wants to change the quantity 10, into two line items and One line item with 5 quantity another line item into another 5 quantity , wnats to have two seperate Invoices for this
Then, you have to first change the same in SO. to do so, you have to reverse all the process to reach SO & amend as required.
Parila quantity billing is another way to have 2 seperate invoices.
    Is it possible to have?
And some times the user wants to change the Ship to party after the Invoice has been issued, Is it possible to change ?
This is doesnt seems logical or Business need. Once goods are alredy sent to respective partner. I dont think business asks you to change the Party name that too Invoice is already made. Is it your assumption or business requirement?
if its really a business requirement, instead of thinking about the solution, suggest you to educate the Business. Is there any such practical scenario happens in the Market. I dont think so.

  • Regarding Purchase order info records

    Hi,
How do I read the text maintained against purchase order info records, transaction ME12. What is the key that I should use for reading the text maintained.
    Regards,
    Vijay

it may differ from system to system, so i will tell you how i determined this, rather than what i determined.
In your development or test system, make a change to the text.
now, use SE16 and look at table STXH. Put todays date in the TDLDATE selection (and your id for TDLUSER, if you want)
You should see the changes you made, and the keys associated with the texts. you can then use the FM READ_TEXT to get the text...
    Hope this helps

  • Calling stores for Ipad3 pre-order info

I have been calling all the best buy stores around here for pre-order info, and all of them are saying that they will offer pre-order, but they don't know yet.  They are waiting on final word from corporate headquarters, that's why.   Some of them said, it could be later today, or tomorrow.
So how are some of these other Best Buys offering pre-orders already?  Did any of you guys do the pre-order today at your Best Buy?
I am going to sound really annoying to these Best Buy stores, calling every 2 hours to see if they started pre-ordering haha!

The "pre-order" the majority of stores are running from when I called is this: Buy a Best Buy gift card, varies between $50-$100, and they write down the color and model you want. That saves a spot in line technically. Problem is, they don't have any idea how many Apple will ship. Therefore, if you want a 64GB 4G White one, and they receive 3 when the truck stops, and you're number 4 in the book, you're screwed. Apple decides how many to ship. Best Buy has no decision power in that. Im number 3 at my BB. Let's hope Apple doesn't raid the supplies they were gonna send to retail stores to fill their own pre-order since they're out already! I read there's already a 3-day delay for those who HAD a pre-order thru Apple! =(

    Hi Revathi,
If you want to do an IDOC to IDOC scenario, then the Points to be noted are:
    1. You don’t need a DT, MT or a message interface for the IDOC as it itself acts as the Message Interface.
    2. You import the IDOC and use the same in your mapping.
    3. You do not need a sender IDOC adapter, and no sender agreement, but a receiver IDOC adapter and a receiver agreement is needed.
    IDOC -> File scenario ref:
    /people/prateek.shah/blog/2005/06/08/introduction-to-idoc-xi-file-scenario-and-complete-walk-through-for-starters
    File -> IDOC ->
    /people/anish.abraham2/blog/2005/12/22/file-to-multiple-idocs-xslt-mapping
(It concentrates on XSLT mapping but also gives an idea about the configuration part. Do go thru that, it might help you.)
Apart from this if you need any info on how to configure your ALE, partnet profile, etc  drop me a mail, I have excellent tutors that can help you in the same.

  • What happened to the padlock showing my ordering info on a website is secure?

I used to see a padlock in the bottom right-hand corner of my screen whenever I was on a secured website, i.e. amazon.com, placing an order. The padlock would appear when it was time to enter credit card info, etc. I recently installed the latest version of Firefox, and today I ordered something from a website I visit occasionally but I didn't see the padlock indicating that I was on a secure page. I went to amazon.com to check it out there, and encountered the same thing. Is there another indicator showing the info I'm entering is secure, and I am just missing it? My husband is already nervous about ordering stuff online. I need to know my info is secure when I order online. Thanks for the help.

The padlock has been replaced by the site identity button, for details on using it see https://support.mozilla.com/kb/Site+Identity+Button
If you want to add a padlock icon to the location bar, you can use the Padlock add-on - https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/padlock-icon/

The serial number was included in the box ARD came in; the Apple Store will not have a record of it. If you've lost the serial number, you'll need to purchase a new copy of ARD, probably a good idea anyway since 2.2 won't run on any version of Mac OS X since, if memory serves, 10.4. It's a lot cheaper through the Mac App Store than it was back when you first purchased.

  • Retrieving sales order info instead of the offer when creating a prod order

    Hi,
I cannot create a production order refering to a sales order if this sales order has been created in reference to an offer. This is standard SAP and the following message is displayed: "account assignment cannot be carried out because of different origine number".
Does anyone know how to retrieve the sales order information when creating a production order instead of retrieving the offer information? User-exit?
    Thanks,

  • Sales order info and quantity in the invoice accounting document

    Hi,
When saving the accounting document at sales invoicing time, I do not succeed in retrieving information such as the quantities sold, sales order number,... whereas the field status group for the concerned account is activated (optional) for the field "quantity" and "sales order".
Moreover, there is a field I would to retrieve the net weight that is displayed in the sales invoice, in my accounting document. Is this possible?
    Thank you for your help,
    Ronan

    Hi Kapil,
Just commit the data base .Generally when we create any data using fm or bapi it wont commit database. Take the fm and sequentially use another fm if you did this from se37. If you did this from report just commit data base. It will commit data base and create a record. Please close the thread if it is answered.

  • Pre-Order Info?

I have an iPhone 3G and am upgrading to the iPhone 4, so I would like to know the benefits of pre-ordering and having it shipped to the store. Is there like a shorter line at the store for people who preordered the iPhone? Also, If I order it to have it shipped to my house, how long will it take to get here? Like what is their shipping method?

No - where did that come form? Overnight or one day shipping is impossible from China. Each shipment from China must pass through U.S. customs first, which doesn't take long but makes overnight delivery to the U.S. from China difficult if not impossible or prohibitive.
If you pre-order on the 23rd if pre-ordering is still available at that time, your order will not be delivered on the 24th.
If you pre-order on the 15th, which is the first day pre-orders will be accepted, this improves your chances that the order will be delivered to your door on the 24th, if this is what you want. Your order will ship from China sometime before the 23rd to be delivered on the 24th - no different from the initial inventory of iPhones delivered to all Apple stores, all Best Buy stores, and all Walmart stores will be shipped from China at least a few days before the 23rd so the inventory is delivered to all retail outlets on the 23rd to be available for sale on the 24th.

  • My order info makes no sense

Could someone please decrypt this nonsense?
    Ordered On 16-Sep-2012
    Processing Items
    Dispatched:   2 - 3 Weeks    Delivers   03 Oct, 2012 - 09 Oct, 2012
Today is the 3rd of october, how can it be processed, dispatched, and potentially delivered all on the same day?

Mine says exactly the same thing and has done since I ordered it.
It hasn't been dispatched yet - I'm hoping for an email today or tomorrow though, as I've actually taken time off work to make sure someone is in to sign for it (everyone else in my house has gone away!). I may have been a bit optimistic hoping that it would show up this side of the weekend. I've also been on the site every single day at 9am on the nose trying to reserve one instore hoping that I'd get lucky one day and just be able to cancel my online order.
No such luck. Hopefully we will get our phones very soon!
