No tables found in database

Last night I had a number of apps to udate (mainly CS6), so I set the 'update all' running and went to bed. I got up this morning to find all had updated fine as expected. However, since this morning I am consistely getting an error telling me that I have no tables in my database and can't therefore create recordsets etc...
I didn't look to see if DWCS6 was one of the apps that required an update, but I can't seem to get it to always load the database tables when try to I create a recordset. It's very hit and miss, but unfortunately more miss at the mo'.
Is anyone else experiencing this? I'm wondering if the update has broken something!

When it losses connection, I am unable to connect to the DB regardless of whether I am testing the connection, creating a new recordset, copying recordsets that are months old, or using the bindings panel to drag a binding onto the page. When it looses connection, I get a http error in the recordset in the bindings panel.
Everything was fine prior to the update, and nothing has changed apart from the update to the CS6/CC software.
I can launch DW and have it work prefectly with any DB in any site, and then for no reason, it looses the connection. The connection will not work again until I quit DW and restart it. Outside of DW, I can see all databases, and I can see the contents of each. I am able to interact with MySQL databases create new tables and records, update them and delete them, but DW still won't connect until I restart it.
As this has only started happening imediately after I updated the software, it would indicate a bug to me... and I have been reporting numerous bugs for DWCS6 with Adobe engineers.

***No Table found, when creating a recordset to MySQL Database

I have made a successful connection to the MySQL database.
When attempting to create a record set (Query) under the Application/Bindings Tab, I select the connection, but then the Table field says *** No Table Found
Also under Application/Databases tab, the connections appear. When expanding the + for the Table it says "None"
I do have Tables in the MySQL database which Dreamweaver has a connection to, so that is not the problem.
I've searched multiple forums on the internet for this problem, and while I have found that others have had this problem, I have not seen any solutions.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I am a novice in this area, so if you need any additional information from me, please be as specific as possible as to where and how I can get it.

Freshly reformatted computer and only installed the above software along with AVG antivirus.
Edit: I should also note that this is for a local testing server. I am not trying to connect remotely.

Now the problem has gone from bad to worse.
I previously had a connection to my database but just couldn't see the tables.
Now after I added another user I can't even make a connection. Instead I get an error message that says "An unidentified error has occured"
My server and database are actually running. I can loginto my database through the MySQL workbench. It says it's running. The apache server also says it's running and if I key in localhost in my internet explorer it says "It works!"
I have now deleted the new user in MySQL that I added and now I can't even connect to the database in Dreamweaver.
Any suggestions?

No Tables found for a connected database in a DataSet Dialog

For a new ASP.net page, I have opened a DataSet dialog by
clicking the
Bindings tab of the Application pane. After typing a DataSet
name and
selecting a connection, the Table box showed "No Tables
found."
The database connection was tested and it was good. I even
opended
the Access databse to view the tables. The tables were
available. I
was running DreamweaverMX. What's went wrong??

Remote Blob Storage Install - APPCOMPAT: no matching ProductCode found in database.

I am trying to install Remote Blob Storage in Sharepoint Server 2013 with SQL Server 2008 R2 Express, but it is not creating the table in the database.

To troubleshoot above error, please make sure the following things.
1. Use the RBS.msi file on this link http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?id=16978.
Do not download the rbs_x64 link given in TechNet article
https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ee748631.aspx .
2. Ensure that you run command prompt as administrator and then run your commands for RBS installation.
3. Follow the steps in this similar
blog to install RBS on SharePoint 2013.

How to import a table from another database using DB toolset.

Hello All
I would like to import a table from one database to another using DB toolbox.
I do not want to import all data to LV and then save them to another database. Instead I would prefer to use SQL syntax.
Does anobody know how to write SQL command to import whole table from one database to another?
I have found in some SQL manual that INSERT INTO should work, but JET4 returns an error that table (e.g. c:\mydatabase\table1) can not be found.

if i don't have TEST table on server B whether COPY command will create this table on server B with the same structure ? If you specify CREATE as a clause the table will be created:

Since upgrade to PHP5, No Table Found when defining Recordset

I am a high school teacher, and have been using Dreamweaver MX 2004 to maintain our site since 2004 (our budget won't buy me a new version anytime soon). I have taught my students how to do basic queries using Dreamweaver by going to the Application panel, Server Behaviors, and creating a New Recordset.
We upgraded our Apache server to PHP5 recently, and now Dreamweaver cannot recognize any tables when I try to attach to a database. When trying to create a new Recordset, the Table will say *** No Table Found. I have attached a file of the window with that message.
All the PHP code works fine if I code it, but it is much easier for most of my HS students to be introduced to database integration w/ Dreamweaver allowing us to create recordsets. Any suggestions?

I appreciate the difficulty with budgets, but you should realize that Dreamweaver MX 2004 creates outdated PHP code that is insecure. You would do your school and your students a big favour by upgrading as soon as practicable. Adobe offers generous discounts to teachers and bona-fide students.
Anyway, to your problem. Several thoughts spring to mind:
Run phpinfo() to check your PHP configuration. Search for register_long_arrays in the Core section. It probably says "off". Get your server administrator to change the value in php.ini to "on", and restart Apache. See if that fixes the problem.
Another possibility is that you are using illegal characters, such as spaces or hyphens, in the table or column names. Replace any spaces or hyphens with an underscore.
MX 2004 was released a year before PHP 5. It certainly worked with early versions of PHP 5 (I know, because I switched to PHP as soon as it was released). However PHP 5.3 has introduced a lot of changes that make it much more strict in what it accepts. MX 2004 is no longer supported, so you will need to upgrade sooner or later.

Lookup-table and query-database do not use global transaction

Hi,
following problem:
DbAdapter inserts data into DB (i.e. an invoice).
Process takes part in global transaction.
After the insert there is a transformation which uses query-database and / or lookup-table.
It seems these XPath / XSLT functions are NOT taking part in the transaction and so we can not access information from the current db transaction.
I know workarounds like using DbAdapter for every query needed, etc. but this will cost a lot of time to change.
Is there any way to share transaction in both DbAdapter insert AND lookup-table and query-database?

One dba contacted me and made this statement:
Import & export utilities are not independent from characterset. All
user data in text related datatypes is exported using the character set
of the source database. If the character sets of the source and target
databases do not match a single conversion is performed.So far, that does not appear to be correct.
nls_characterset = AL32UTF8
nls_nchar_characterset = UTF8
Running on Windows.
EXP produces a backup in WE8MSWIN1252.
I found that if I change the setting of the NLS_LANG registry setting for my oracle home, the exp utility exports to that character set.
I changed the nls_lang
from AMERICAN_AMERICA.WE8MSWIN1252
to AMERICAN_AMERICA.UTF8
Unfortunately , the export isn't working right, although it did change character sets.
I get a warning on a possible character set conversion issue from AL32UTF8 to UTF8.
Plus, I get an EXP_00056 Oracle error 932 encountered
ORA-00932: inconsistent datatypes: expected BLOB, CLOB, get CHAR.
EXP-00000: export terminated unsuccessfully.
The schema I'm exporting with has exactly one procedure in it. Nothing else.
I guess getting a new error message is progress. :)

Programaticaly add Table in CR database fields

           I'm using CR 11.5, Visual Studio 2005-C#,asp.net and SQL server 2005.
           My work is during runtime to add the Fieldobjects in
crystal report now i can do it but during design time i added
the Table in Crystal Report ->FieldObjects>Database Fields
by that programaticaly i can add the Fieldobjects.
What i try to do is
to add the table to CR Database fields by programaticaly.
Is this possible then experts please help me.

Failed to Create RBS tables in Content DataBase when installed RBS

I'd config RBS for SQL server 2008 R2. But it failed to create rbs tables in content database after I'd run "msiexec /qn /lvx* rbs_install_log.txt /i RBS-x64.msi TRUSTSERVERCERTIFICATE=true FILEGROUP=PRIMARY DBNAME="WSS_Content"

First make sure you have enable "Name Pipes" , and your sql "RemoteDacEnable" is "TRUE" , then what's the point that when you run command in powershell with"msiexec /qn /lvx* rbs_install_log.txt /i RBS-x64.msi

your DBINSTANCE is the defult one , then change the name whit "localhost" and not "MSSQLSERVER".
More importantly, if you had something changed , you must uninstall the RBS first then reinstall it .
I'd read a blog that if your rbs_install_log.txt is smaller than 1M ,there must be something wrong to your installation even though it has logged that your RBS has installed successfully.

Inserting values from a PL SQL table to a database table

Hi,
Here is my dilemma.
I have values inserted to a pl sql table which I have gathered from a web page. Now I need to add these same values to a database table. I see the values as 1-'AA', 2='BB' etc.
I use the following code to insert to a outside table in the database and it seems to be crashing.
for i in app_table.first .. app_table.last loop
r_convention(i).priority_country_code:=app_table(i);
insert into test_countries
values (test_seq,tion(i).r_convention(i).priority_country_code);
commit;
end loop;
WHen I run this code I see the values. But it goes to the first value and then crashes and does not go through the
rest of the values. What am I missing here?

Add data to the table in the database with the use of add button

The name of my database is Socrates.
The name of the table in the database is Employees
I want to be able to add data to the database. i am presently working on the add button such that when i enter date into the textfield and press the add button it should automatically register in the table.
