No value is select  from  user define  table

Hi ALL,
             i am using  B1if , i am sending  data  B1 to  isr , i am using user define table  but problem  no value is select  from  user define  table  .
my table ID  is @SSRPOD

Found an authorization object was missing, that enabled the case types to show but hitting the GO button brought a page that can not be viewed in IE.  on to the next hurdle..........

    I created an UDF Filed in PO - Header Part - "PRS"(Filed Name)
    By using Formatted Search in itemcode column, i called a query,

    For eg:

    By using formatted search it is filling only first data in to itemcode column in PO Grid.
    Please help, how can i fill ALL the data in to my PO Grid?

    I want a make preprinted for my user query from user defined table where the header information is from another query.
    I guess, the base template User Report (system) can only show the repetitve data from one query but the header area is not,

    The word is that you cannot use the PLD with user defined tables (i wish it was possible).  So in any case to do that you have to use third party tools such as Crystal Reports and Reporting Services

    It does not seem that the information can be extracted from User Defined Tables in XL Reporter.

  • How to assign tasks in Approval Workflow to a set of users selected from a Lookup table

    I am new to Project Server and I am using Project Server 2013 On premises deployement. Please help me on how to achieve the below scenario:
    I have a requirement where, the initial PDP will have 2 fields (Reviewers and Approvers), wherein the engineer himself will select who the reviewer and approver from the Lookup tables.
    Now I have to start task process with these selected people for approval.
    Say for example , engineer has selected Alice and Bob as 2 reviewers, then
    In the workflow I have :
                 Start Task process with
    Project Data: Reviewers (which is giving error as
    [System.ArgumentException: AssignedTo at Microsoft.Activities.Hosting.Runtime.Subroutine.SubroutineChild.Execute(CodeActivityContext context) at System.Activities.CodeActivity.InternalExecute(ActivityInstance instance, ActivityExecutor executor, BookmarkManager

    Then I tried logging the value of Project Data: Reviewers, It logged the value as Alice, Bob (which looks pretty good),
    Then I tried assigning only 1 person as Reviewer, then also I get the same error.
    So can anybody please tell me where I went wrong. Is it not possible to fetch the data from the values selected as Project Data from the Lookup tables ? If not then what is the workaround I can use to achieve this ?

    Hi Paul,
    Yes I am using SP designer for Workflows. And yes, You were right, there was a mismatch in the names of AD account and the Lookup table, now with 1 person selected from the lookup table it is assigning the task properly. However with multiple selection,
    it is failing.
    As Robert mentioned, the fetched value is a text as "Alice, Bob", which makes 2 usernames as a single text. So when I try to assign a task to this group, which returns value as "Alice, Bob", workflow fails to find such AD user, as it
    is an invalid value.
    So is there any way I can seperate this out to form 2 different username ? I checked for string extraction function in th Workflow, but nothing helped me for this scenario.
    Any input will be helpful.

    In PLD choose object Database. Then press Alt + table combobox, this will show the UDT. Then choose the column.

  • CANT execute query with parameter on user defined tables using query genera

    Dear All,
    I have problem when executing query with parameter on user defined tables using query generator.
    It seems SBO cannot accept parameter to query user defined tables.
    I've tried these:
    SELECT T0.U_Status FROM [@ST_PR_H] T0 WHERE T0.U_Status = [%0] --- this FAIL
    I try to pass the value directly without using parameter and It works
    SELECT T0.U_Status FROM [@ST_PR_H] T0 WHERE T0.U_Status = 2 --- this SUCCESS
    This one works
    SELECT * FROM RDOC T0 WHERE T0.width =[%0]  --- this SUCCESS
    and this one works too
    SELECT * FROM RDOC T0 WHERE T0.width = 595  --- this SUCCESS
    Is there anyone can help me ....???

    I  generated this code using query wizard ....
    SELECT T0.[U_Status] AS 'Document Status' FROM  [dbo].[@ST_PR_H] T0  WHERE T0.[U_Status] = (N'2' )
    and replaced the (N'2' ) with [%0]
    SELECT T0.[U_Status] AS 'Document Status' FROM  [dbo].[@ST_PR_H] T0  WHERE T0.[U_Status] = [%0]
    and It worked ......

  • User-Defined Table Types - Where is it in SQL Server 2008?

    I am having 2 issues:
    1.  I don't see a folder for 'User-Defined Table Types' under programmability-->Types
    2.  When I execute the following code to create a Type; I get an error 'Incorrect syntax near the keyword 'AS'.'

    The  user-defined table type is a new
    feature from SQL Server 2008. If you want to use it you have to upgrade your database to SQL Server 2008 or above.
    In you scenario(SQL Server 2005),as a workaround, you can use the  local temporary table instead.

    I have User Defined Table @SIN_MPLN in SAP B1 , i stored value in that User Defined Table and  if i execute that Table Through Query Generator it shows me value. it works fine.
    But when i go to SQL Server 2008 R2 and trying to execute this as..
    select * from @SIN_MPLN
    then it gives me Error --> Must declare the table variable "@SIN_MPLN"
    so please give me the answer

    select * from [@SIN_MPLN] wil also work. the prefix "dbo" is not mandatory.

    Dear Experts,
    I would appriciate your advice on the sales budget screen that I am currently woking on.
    the screen contains a matrix with a cfl on the product group column and a couple of columns stand for  sale figures for each  month.
    this screen will be called form the BP form. so i would pass the selected BP code to my form.
    I am not sure whether a user defined table is the answer to this job.
    if i add productGroup,productCode,cardcode,Jan,Feb, ...  user defined fields to this table then the system will add Code and Name fields automatically to this table, if the userdeined table is the right way to go for this job, what values i should held for the code and name fields considering both of these fields are stand alone primary key fields.

    I usually load the same value into both fields, but since the code field is only eight bytes its kind of limiting.  If you don't have any information to load in the table that would be unique, like a date or year field, (or your product code if its less than 9 bytes & will be unique) then a sequential number works fine.  There are threads on this forum that show different ways to do it, but one way is basically to select max(code) from the table, convert the value to numeric, add one to it and then use it as the value for both fields.

  • UDT and UDF - User-defined Tables and Fields

    Dear All,
    I am writing a Query to permit the Cashier to check her Cash entries and balances on a Daily basis.
    Basically, it's a General Ledger, but I want the Query - Selection Criteria window to display only a few GL codes namely GL codes 1240601, 1240602, 1240603 etc.
    I don't know if I am doing it right. This is what I did (SAP B1 8.8):
    UDT
    I created a UDT called TEST2 using:
    Tools -> Customization Tools -> User-defined Tables - Setup
    UDF
    Then I created a field in the UDT called GlCod using User-Defined Fields - Management
    Title : GlCod
    Description : GL Code
    Type : Alphanumeric 30
    Field Data
    In the Field Data window, I ticked the Set Valid Values for Fields checkbox and filled in the blanks as follows:
    #                  Value                Description
    1                 1240601             Cash in Hand (Rs)
    2                 1240602             Cash in Hand (USD Notes)
    3                 1240603             Cash in Hand (Euro Notes)
    etc...
    Query
    Then I wrote my Query (see below).
    When I run it, I get the Selection Criteria screen as I wanted:
    Query - Selection Criteria
    GL Code                                   ...............   (arrow here)
    Posting Date                              ...............
    [OK]                [Cancel]
    When I click on the GL Code arrow, I get a window with the exact choices I need. It looks like this:
    1240601 -  Cash in Hand (Rs)
    1240602 -  Cash in Hand (USD Notes)
    1240603 -  Cash in Hand (Euro Notes)
    Executing the Query
    The Query seems to run normally, but nothing is generated on the screen, and there's no Error Message.
    What can be wrong about this query?
    I suspect that the GL codes in JDT1 and TEST2 are not of the same data type, so that INNER JOIN returns nothing.

    3) When you define selection criteria then it must be compulsory for use Code for @list_of_cols_val_tab_del.
