Hey budy. First u have to see ur phone is in warranty or out of warranty. If it in warranty u have to go in nokia serviCe center coz possiblity softwere issue or hardwere issue.. If ur phone is out of warranty then u can do ur salf if u have knowladge in it.

Nokia E63 Unable to send text messages, message se...

Hello,
I currently have a NE63-3 phone and is currently loving it, however, two days ago, i started getting a "sending failed' error message everytime I attempt to send text messages and when I click on the details, it would say, "not enough memory, please close other applications..." I have enough load credits to perform such activity, and i do not have any other applications running in the background, plus the phone memory is nowhere near full capacity. I have already checked the message center number and I currently have the correct settings, I have already peformed a reset but to no avail. I am able to receive text messages, able to make and receive calls, wi-fi access is okay, the only thing I cant do is send text messages...
I know there are other e63 users out there who might have experienced the same thing, if you have the resolution or any idea how can this be resolved, please, i need your recommendations and it will be appreciated. Thank you in advance.

i cleared all my phone mem txts and memory card too but msgs sending failed changed the sim card as well. but didn't work too! I can call with ma phone even can use internet but cant send txts

Unable to install on Nokia E63

Recently i had to upgrade my WhatsApp version on my Nokia E63. But when i download it doesnt install, it says "unable to install". Now what do i do?? Is there a setting on my phone that could off when off or....?

Good day, sumy1245. If you're connected to the data network, is it stable enough? Try accessing any website using the phone's browser to verify this. Another option is to try connecting your phone to any available Wi-Fi network to check if there's any difference. You can also try downloading other apps to verify if it only happens on a particular app.

My Nokia E63-1 (100.21.110) UK , East Africa is unable to install Java applications, Opera Mini from various sources, the opera website , getjar and other sites just doesnt install. Nimbuzz .sisx version installed perfectly and so did Google Maps Symbian version, but their Java versions could not. I've set my Installation setting to all and disabled the online certificate check. With ALL Java apps what happens is it begins the process them abruptly disconnects the internet connection. I've tried using both local carriers, so its not the network, symbian apps work just fine, I installed and use Joikuspot, but the lack of Opera Mini is really bad for me. Please help

You could try reseting your device;
Reformat - Type *#7370# and the phone's lock code (Nokia default lock code is 12345). Warning! This reset wipes your C drive/phone memory! Also, on Symbian^3 devices mass memory gets wiped too.

Does Moto phone have any kind of pc suite to extract the contacts as vCard files? If true, you can copy them to the Nokia phone directly via PC Suite.
You can also use the Outlook sync feature to a) sync moto to outllook b) then sync back from outlook to Nokia phone.

hello, please i am wondering if it is possible to boost the cpu speed of nokia e63, become its usually slow when performing various task like 1. When installing an application 2. When opening some big third party applications like opera mini, whats app, and some games 3. When removing an application, these are the areas where i,ve noticed nokia e63 being slow

Try closing apps which is running in the background. Clear browser cache and uninstall 3rd party applications which you don't use. Turn off theme effects. All this could affect the "speed" on your phone in a positive way.

Nokia e63 Contacts

I have just bought a new Nokia e63 and spent last night putting new contacts in. Today I am an unable to access the Contacts page. I click on the icon and it bounces back to the Communications page. How can I correct this?

Take a back up of your contacts, and then do a factory reset (*#7370#).
This should work out.
Else try upgrading the frimware, do take back up before doing so

E63 unable to connect to Netgear WGR614v7: invalid...

Just bought a Nokia E63 and keen to try connecting via my wireless router.
Sees the network immediately. Easy to setup. However, as soon as I try to connect to the internet (e.g. Google) it says WLAN:
Unable to connect:
Invalid WPA pre-shared key.
I assume it is referring to the network or passphrase key. Well, just to be sure I changed it and then went in on my laptop and had to change that so it could reconnect. Laptop works fine (again); phone still a no go.
Wireless router setup as:
Region: Europe
Channel 11
Mode g and b
Wireless AP: ON
Broadcast: ON
Security options: WPA-PSK [TKIP] + WPA2-PSK [AES]
Enable WMM: DISABLE
No wireless card access setup.
WAN Setup
Connect Automatically, as Required = yes
Disable SPI Firewall = unticked
Default DMZ Server ... = unticked
Respond to Ping on Internet Port = unticked
MTU Size (in bytes) = 1500
NAT Filtering Secured Open = unticked
Disable SIP ALG = SECURED
Ideas anyone?

Looks allright to me. Use another key without the special characters or spaces. Check the router for MAC filtering. If you're using DNS servers you have to define them in the IPv4 section, if not leave it automatic (DHCP). Turn off the powersaving in the WLAN settings. Tools-> settings-> connection-> WLAN-> options-> advanced settings->yes-> powersaving-> off.

I am unable to install my corporate CA certificate under Authority Certificate in my Nokia E63 handset to access the corporate WiFi system. It uses the EAP method PEAP/MSCHAPv2. The CA certificate issued is not getting displayed under Authority certificates.

E63 "Unable to Install !"

Hi,
I am a newbie to the Smarphone and Symbian World with Nokia E63. I am disappointed with the initial experience regarding Application/themes installation. I was able to install only F-Secure and Operamini on my phone.
Other than that it has been a nightmarish experience. I tried installing S60 Ver3 themes downloaded from various sites only to be greeted with a message "Unable to Install !". It was a similar situation when I tried to install some applications like File Explorer, Barcode Reader etc. I did search a lot of forums for solutions, but it takes a lot of patience before you reach the right topic. A hard reset is a commun solution across forums. However, looking for a technical explanation or solution to the issue.
Would greatly appreciate a suitable solution to the issue or links to topics in the forum with solutions.

Nokia E63 pairs OK but !

Ok, seems fixed. They have changed something with the Bluetooth Connection. I have downloaded the latest version from Nokia of the iSync - plugin. Then I connected my phone via Bluetooth with my mac . My phone told me to insert a number. I inserted a number like: 112233 and on the mac appeared a popup window which asked me to type the same numbers. After this I could see my phone in the window of the bluetooth connection. Then I started iSync and it syncs all calendars and contacts.

and i didn't find any problem
after the update, my cellphone asked me for the pin code..
after i put the pin code, my cellphone asked me for the lock code...
i put the factory code (12345) But this code didn't work...
Please somebody help me because i can not use my cellphone...

Thank you for your first post and a warm welcome to the Nokia discussion forums.
It maybe that all your internet settings were erased after the update so please make sure all the settings are correct.
To do this if you look at the link below, it links to a user guide for your device in PDF format. If you open this up and look under the internet section and follow the instructions:

If you have check this and verified all settings are correct please contact your network provider to make sure your internet and data plan are active and you can request settings from them.
If after this you still have no luck then try performing a soft reset. This will involve dialing *#7780# on your device and then entering the default code 12345 (unless you have changed this, if so please enter that code) and now give it a try. If you web is still not working then you can perform a hard reset. This can be done by dialing *#7370# and once again enter you default code. Before doing this reset please make sure you back up your device by using Nokia suite.
Once you have done this reset you may need to enter your internet and web settings again so please refer to your user guide on this and also you can request the settings from your network provider.
Give the above a go, if you still cannot get it to work then you will have to visit your local Nokia care point which you can find on the below link:

Bluetooth performance

The bluetooth performance between my Garmin Nuvi 770 and Nokia 6085 is terrible. I cannot use the hands free option while in the car because no one can understand me.
I have upgraded the Garmin bluetooth firmware to the latest version.
Suggestions?

Buy a tom tom.
Seriously the bluetooth support on the garmin's i've used has been awful in the past.
All you can do is ensure that both the firmware on the phone and the garmin is fully up-to-date.
I'm not sure if the 6085 is supported by the nokia software updater, you can check here www.nokia.com/softwareupdate
A care point may be able to update the phone for you if it isn't supported by the NSU.

AT commands not working for nokia E63 (Must Reply)

I am trying to read SMS from my Nokia E63 via hypertermianal program and my phone is connected through Bluetooth.
When I send sms , it works perfect but on receiving sms I am getting error on

Please guide ? if my phone does not support AT commands for receiving sms then any other method system for this so I may get / receive sms.

Since all data is corrupted I advise to reset your device. I hope you didn't destroy the USB connector.

Now of course, there's also the other update details that can be gleaned from the actual usage of the E63, such as discussions in this Nokia forum.
From various reports here in the forum, it appears that the latest v410.21.010 update breaks Ovi Maps 3.01. In the previous firmware version v400.21.013, one can update the Ovi Maps to version 3.01.
The latest firmware version DOES NOT seem to support Ovi Maps 3.01 (I forgot, but I think the firmware reverts it to Nokia Maps 2.0, which is a lot less detailed than Ovi Maps 3.01.
You may want to take this in consideration if using the Ovi maps feature. (Note that this "bug" isn't reported in any of the changelogs above, so it's only through user-to-user reports that one sometimes get surprised to find out certain features are broken after the latest update.)

Now, it seems that the Nokia E63, E66, E71 firmwares are updated nearly at the same time.
There has still been no announcement from Nokia's official update page at this time (the page I checked above), but 3rd-party sites have already reported both E66 & E71 have their firmwares (already/soon?) to be released as of yesterday:
