I has a problem and I am not able to solve that when I use sound effect it is showed only headphone even I did not installing the headphone I has a problem and I am not able to solve that I am. Not able to hear the sound without headphone please help guys
Sounds to me like a hardware issue or maybe something is stuck in the headphone jack. When you plug in headphones, the jack in the iPad is switched to play only through the headphones and not the iPad's speakers. Sounds like either the jack is faulty or there is something stuck in the headphone jack. Get a flashlight & look inside the jack for anything that looks like it doesn't belong in there.
Regardless, I'd take it in to an Apple Store if you have one nearby to have it checked.
EDIT: "Ocean20" had an excellent suggestion above. While doing that, you may also want to rotate/twist the plug in the jack back & forth a few times as well. Dirty contacts can often times be cleared by doing this. -
Hi at all.... I'm a newbie with database oracle.,
I have the follow problem:
I installed Oracle Database 11g R2 XE on my guest operating system CentOS 6.5.
I have changed the hostname in my SO CentOS (where is installed oracle 11g R2 XE) after installation was completed successfully.
-) Before and during installation the hostname was localhost.
-) After installation I changed the hostname in VMCentOS
From the moment I changed the hostname, nothing starts up automatically. In particular, the listener and the database instance does not starts up automatically.
When I starts up the listener manually and I try to connect to database instance with SQLPLUS i get this error:
ORA-12514: TNS:listener does not currently know of service requested in connect descriptor
I think that the problem is due to the changed hostname because I, for testing and debugging purpose, re-installed a new OS CentOS virtual machine, re-installed oracle database 11g and I have not got that problem. The database instance and the listener starts up automatically!
Can any one tell me if maybe the problem is related to the hostname changed? ... and Why?
P.S.: After changed the hostname I have also modified the listener.ora and the tnsnames.ora by modifying the HOST with the correct hostname.-) Output of command chkconfig (there isn't any line oracle-xe 0:off 1:off 2:on 3:on 4:on 5:on 6:off):

Not able to resolve ORA-12154 issue
Hi,
have installed a Oracle 11g on a 64-bit Windows 2008R2 server. Installation based on logs was success full, however I do have some issues with getting TNS to work. I am able to TNSPING the server and it returns expected result, but when i try to connect via SQLPLUS (sqlpuls ora/ @srv1) it results in "ORA-12154: TNS:could not resolve the connect identifier specified".
We are in contact with the sid by bypassing TNSNAMES.ORA , but that does not resolve my issue since i need this to work.
I have attempted some suggested changes to tnsnames.ora, sqlnet.ora and listner.ora with out success sofar.
Hope some one has some suggestions on how to overcome this issue

Function Module - Generic Extraction : Not able to solve
Hi Guys,
I have created a function module. The function module is working well. But when i start the extraction. It does not stops. It starts loading same data package again and again. It is becoming an endless loop. I have ot ask basis person to kill that job. He inturn has to restart SAP r/3 server. This has become a big issue. Guys please help I am attaching the code for your reference
Example: DataSource for table SFLIGHT
TABLES: YSALES,
MBEW.
DATA: BEGIN OF I_YSALES OCCURS 0.
INCLUDE STRUCTURE YSALES.
DATA: END OF I_YSALES.
DATA: BEGIN OF I_MBEW OCCURS 0.

ENDFUNCTION.Hi Baljit,
This is a dangerous way of extracting your data.
I am not surprised that it has become an endless loop.
You have to use the cursor and the fetch statement and after the fetch statement you have to use a subreturncode
to wonder if the fetch statement did get any data.
if not use the folowing statements.
close cursor s_cursor.
raise no_more_data.
In your situation the select statement will start every time from the first record in the table ysales because you don't use the cursor. By using the cursor and the fetch statement, the fetch statement will start from the cursor everytime it calls the function module.
I guess this function module is part of an endless loop and will be exited at the moment that the function module returns with raise no_more_data. (in other words, the cursor is at the last record of the table ysales, so no more records will be found)
Hope this will help

It seems that on debugging the error in eclipse log say for ex: C:\bea\tools\eclipse_pkgs\2.0\eclipse_3.3.2\eclipse\configuration\
show me an error saying : "java.lang.RuntimeException: Application "com.bea.alsb.core.ConfigExport" could not be found in the registry."
It seems that com.bea.alsb.core.ConfigExport not able to find the class which is used to export an osb jar. Moreover in the thread posted basically talks about osb 11 so i am not able to find many folders like middleware,oracle,osb.home.
Please let me know what is the possible solutions for this in osb 10.3.

(Application Developer)see here Export from OEPE not working for an answer, that I copy/paste here:
You have to verify if your OEPE instalation has the following file in the directory dropins (e.g C:\Oracle\middleware\oepe11.1.1.3\dropins)
filename:
oracle.osb.ide.link
content:
path=C:/Oracle/Middleware/Oracle_OSB1
Under the Oracle_OSB1 you have an eclipse directory with needed plugins:
e.g. C:/Oracle/Middleware/Oracle_OSB1/eclipse is not empty
This is only a sample directory naming from Windows installation, I had a problem on RHEL 5.3 where installer did not put such files.
Then I took the files from Windows installation.
I suspect the files are installed "automatically" but I am not sure when. -
Problem with wlan sticks module, not able to write to disk any more
Hello everybody,
when I booted my PC today, a strange and some sort of severe problem occurred concerning my wlan stick(s) that I think, I'm not able to solve without your help. I searched for a solution but it didn't seem that somebody else has had a similar problem before.
Here is the description:
I have two wlan sticks (but I do not use both of them nor are they both plugged in at the same time), and both happen to malfunction since today. My "main" stick (used most of the time) is a BigTec Wireless 11N Adapter with a Realtek chipset. My second one (only used to solve problems with the other stick) is a Fritz! WLAN USB Stick (to be used with ndiswrapper).
After bootup, which makes no problems at all, my "main" wlan stick is not able to connect to the network. When I run wicd-curses (I use wicd as network manager), the virtual terminal freezes (when I use urxvt under openbox to run wicd-curses, only the window freezes). After one minute, a message appears that says something about a dbus problem but I am not able to read it because of the screen clears. Then I'm able to use the terminal again, but (and this is the very, very strange about this) when I run any program that tries to write on my disk it stucks, so I can't cancel it with ctrl-c nor can I kill the process. Wicd-curses, ifconfig or iwconfig also crash after entering the command and show the same behavior. At this point, my wlan stick does not show any sign of being plugged in (normally it blinks...).
My second stick makes the computer crash: After a few moments a stacktrace is shown (like when a kernel panic occurs), saying something about "stack being overrun". But I can't find the message in the log files so it is difficult to post it.
When I tried to figure out a solution, I saw in pacman.log, that yesterday udev and hwdetect were updated... But also downgrading all the packages that were updated yesterday did not solve the problem!
I'll post now the last lines of a few logs here (but nothing concerning the ndiswrapper stick, else it would be too disturbing), I hope they help you at helping me!

P.S.: Excuse all the mistakes I made because of being new here, please! This seems to be a problem with r8712u on all 3.2.x and 3.3-rc kernels on all distros. I've had it for weeks on Gentoo, Arch, and several other distros.
If you are running a 3.2.x kernel, this is almost definitely the problem. All 3.1 kernels don't do this.
I posted a temporary work-around on the Arch bugzilla, and Larry Finger (kernel dev with wireless) is currently working on it (a patch).
In the meantime, If you compile your own kernels, you can get 3.2.x's to work normally- see my comment here for more details. https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/27996
Top of page doesn't say r8712u, but it's the same problem, and after the first 2-3 comments it deals with r8712u specifically.
There is also info on the Gentoo forum 3.2 kernel quirks thread, towards the bottom of Page 1: http://forums.gentoo.org/viewtopic-t-901702.html

Not able to start Saprouter from services.msc
Hi,
We have installed a saprouter into Windows 2003 Server. It is running fine. When we start the system then we need to manually start the saprouter by a batch file, so i am trying to register a service so that we need not to start the router manually.
i have read the note 525751 and install a new service by this command
ntscmgr install saprouter -b c:\saprouter\saprouter.exe -p "service -r -W 60000 -R c:\saprouter\saprouttab -K "p:CN=SAPROUTER, OU=0000835750, OU=SAProuter, O=SAP, C=DE""
Service successfully created. I have followed the note and done everything as per the note, but when i try to start the service i am getting this error couldnot start saprouter service on local computer, error 1067 process terminated unexpectedly
When i checked the event log i found this message.

ORA-12514: TNS:listener does not currently know of service requested
While connecting "sqlplus SYSADM/SYSADM@HCM" I am getting the below error:
ORA-12514: TNS:listener does not currently know of service requested in connect descriptor
Installation background:
Windows 7 l(64-bit) laptop.
Created linux virtualbox to installl peoplesoft VM templates.
so far installed: Oracle11gR2.vdi and HCMDB.vdi on the linux virtualbox.
Followed the steps exactly what it is in the link below: Got the above error in page 4 of the link at connecting to database via sqlplus.
http://bloggingaboutoracleapplications.org/running-oracle-vm-templates-oracle-enterprise-linux-guide-part-1-7/
Below provided initHCM.ora, tnsnames.ora, listerner.ora and some responses I tried. I could not figure out what causing the issue even after researching in web.
Your help would be highly appreciated.

My guess is that the database service "HCM" is not up and running but not sure how to make up and running. Even I could not find it listed in the linux services list.
Note: Able to login sqlplus using "sqlplus sys/sys as sysdba" but failing to access database table as "select * from PSRECDEFN;"
thanks

I have no luck and the error still persists.
I have set the "export ORACLE_SID=HCM" from root user and oracle user too.
I guess, I have already loaded database when I ran the "cd /opt/oracle/psft/vm
./oraclevm-template.sh"
The outcome of the above script as similar as below:

TNS-12514: TNS:listener does not currently know of service requested in connect descriptor
there was a entry in /etc/hosts which was directing primary.swapnilkambli.com to 127.0.01
This was because I created this OS from a Virtual box template wherein that entry was made.
I changed the /etc/hosts to refelct the true address and it worked!! -
URGENT: ORA-12514: Message 12514 not found;
Hi, I have a big problem:
I have a PC (PC1) with an Oracle 9.2.0.5 database.
I have other PC (client=PC2) with Oracle forms and reports runtime installed.
I try to execute my .fmx from PC2 and everything was ok.
After that, I installed again in another server (PC3) the Oracle database, and when I tried to connect from my client (PC2) to the new database, it appears the error:
ORA-12514: Message 12514 not found; Product=RDBMS80; Facility=ORA
Why is giving this error? May be the PC3 needs an ORACLE_HOME environment variable or similar?
I've seen the following in relation with oracle_home:
In the PC server (PC3) the ora_home variable in regedit (it doesn't exists as windows environment variable) is e:\oracle\ora92
It's different from oracle_home in PC2 (Pc client) , in which is: c:\orant
Is it important?
Is this error possible because of the TNSNAMES configuration?
Please help me, is very urgent for me.
Thanks a lotHi guys,
I've solved the problem: It was in the TNSNAMES. The service_name was incorrect. I changed it and it worked. -
