Number pad won't show for password entry iphone 4s

My son changed my password, and now I get a qwerty keyboard instead of the number pad to enter my password. How do I change it back to the number pad?

The Mac shouldn't influence that. And also on your mac it isn't showing the AirPlay Mirroring?
Ok the Apple TV is connected to the Wi-Fi and the internet. Hmm...
If it is also not showing the Mirroring on the Mac the problem could only be the Apple TV itself or the network but you have said it is in the same as the iPhone etc.
Try this out with the mac and I am trying out a few things!

Besweet, I'm having the very same problem with 60GB colour which was bought new and worked for 6 months before suddenly just not being recognised by PC. I hadn't changed anything at all.
I've followed all troubleshooting advice and reinstalled and updated iTunes and iPod updater software but all troubleshooting routes seem to hit the dead end of either the need to access the iPod via the PC (which isn't possible as it's not showing up at all) or the iPod in disc mode stuck at "ok to disconnect".
It's still under 1yr warranty so will have to take to a dealer.
I'm sorry that's not much help for you but at least you know it's not a unique problem.

Which model? The original iPad?
Have you tried another cable/connector? Another power adapter? Don't use the computer at all to charge it. That is the least effective way to charge the battery.
Try resetting your iPad and see if that helps.
Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.

Numbers on number pad won't work

And, which model is your keyboard?
If it is new, simply take it into your nearest Apple store and ask for assistance.

I just started using Bootcamp. I use Windows 7. Eveerything seems to work fine, except for the number pad. All the numbers along the top of the keyboard wiork fine. It is the number keypad on the right side of the keyboard that does not work, There is no "Number Lock" option on my Apple keyboard. Any help on this?

My 5s won't ask for password to connect to Wifi

I got my iPhone 5s today, went back to my office and tried to connect to my WiFi. It asked for my password, I input it incorrectly, it notified me of that, kicked me back out, and now when I re-try to connect to my WiFi it finds it, I try to connect, and it tells me it fails without ever asking for the password. I obviously cannot get in without the password so if it never asks I am locked out.
I have re-booted both the router and the phone, nothing. Still won't ask for the password. Just got through with loading the software update IOS 7.0.0.1 and no help. Any ideas?

Click on the exclamation mark next to the network that you want to change the password. Then click on Forget This Network. Go back and turn WIFI off, then back on. Your network will again appear and when you connect you will be asked for a password.

2 podcast list, right one won't show to sync with iPhone

I synced my iPhone 4 with my MacBook today. I havn't done that in quite some time. I now have 2 Podcasts list (I didn't notice a second one there before today) and the 2nd/new one only has 1 of my podcasts listed in it. My other Podcast list has all my things in it, but it won't show up on my Phone when I try to fix the settings of what I want to sync. And all of those have been removed from my Phone so all my Phone shows now is the one. What's happened? How to I delete the extra podcast list and get the right one to show up to sync with my Phone? Sorry, I left out an important piece of information. My calendar syncs to my iPhone through MobileMe, not by syncing it to iTunes.
- I logged into MobileMe but all it shows me is the page with all of the account settings (personal info, account info, password, etc.). I can't see anything in all of the account options that relates to this. I am not able to migrate anywhere other than this account settings page.
- The calendar that won't sync to my iPhone shows up on the "Subscriptions" list in iCal (this is what I meant by an "external" calendar).

Yes, fortunately it suddenly started working again. I'm not really sure what (if anything) I did. In any case I used the password reset function on http://iforgot.apple.com/ a few times, maybe that's what fixed the problem in my case.

Mail constantly asks for password. I have repaired keychain, deleted the email account and reset it. re-installed the system from scratch. It now seems that if the iPhone and the macbook pro are on at the same time the password issue is relentless if the iPhone is off then the password is asked for once only and then works normally. Surely I can have them both on. Yes I have the mail accounts prefs set up correctly. any help - please

Try repairing disk permissions.
Quit any open applications/programs. Launch Disk Utility. (Applications/Utilities) Select MacintoshHD in the panel on the left, select the FirstAid tab. Click: Repair Disk Permissions. When it's finished from the Menu Bar, Quit Disk Utility and restart your Mac. If you see a long list of "messages" in the permissions window, it's ok. That can be ignored. As long as you see, "Permissions Repair Complete" when it's finished... you're done. Quit Disk Utility and restart your Mac.

Do you have a device that can receive content via Airplay, such as an Apple TV?
If so, try restarting your modem, router, the Apple TV, and your iPhone and see if Airplay shows up afterwards.

HT1386 my family i-pad won't show up so that I can sinc it.

I have synced my i-pad in awhile. When I pull up I-Tunes on my computer and plug in the i-pad. It tells me that I can't use the family i-pad because I need an update of at least 10.6.3 or later and I don't know how to update it.

Open iTunes, go to Help, and click on a Check for updates.
If that does not resolve you issue then see here-
1. Make sure that your device is not hidden (left hand pane). If it just reads device then toggle between SHOW and HIDE.
2. Try all the other ports on your computer, even a number of times.
3. Make sure your lead /connections are not faulty.
4. If you have another computer try plugging your device into it without taking any action, give it a moment, remove it and try it back in your other computer again.
5. Make sure you have the latest version of iTunes installed.
6. If using Widows, make sure all Windows Updates are installed.

8. And failing all that put the device into Recovery mode. See here and note the paragraph 'If you restore from a different computer.... ' down near the bottom of the page -

Total or sub-total won't show for any of our Discoverer reports

We are using Oracle BI Discoverer 11g (11.1.1.4.0) and Operating System: amd64 Windows 7 6.1.
For some reason, either totals or subtotal won't work in any our DISCO reports. I just realized this a few days back and have tested a few reports. None of them gives me the totals or subtotals. In the cell, it is just 'Sum:' and no values. The amount columns contains no null values for those reports, absolute values either > 0.00 or = 0.00.
One example: a report for GL journals and here is what I tested after open a DISCO report as a Plus user:
- In edit mode
- Under select items page
- Click on calculation tab
- Click on My Totals
- Click on New Totals
- Then choose a detail amount such as period_cr, total=f(x)sum, choose either grand total at bottom or subtotal at each change in: (I picked journal name)
- When the result comes back, in total or subtotal cell, there is only Sum: and not like Sum: 12,345.67
Very strange and I remember those reports worked for us before. We just moved to 11 a few months back and I am not sure if that has anything to do with this.

Thanks for your suggestions. Yes, I have tried all the possible ways for aggregations, plus setting up way to deal with null values, but so far nothing helps. I forgot to mention that the subtotal for single row works and for multiple rows, sometimes it works, sometimes it won't. The only difference I can tell is that when the query is from a detailed table, such as po_distributions_all, it works and if the query is from higher level table, such po_lines_all, it won't. Any ideas why?

Auto fill for passwords in iphone safari

in ff and safai, 1P is very helpful, ur bring up a URL and it shows you your saved passwords to log in.
I cannot find the equivalent for iphone.
Option 1 - it would be fine with me if browser simply saved password for common web sites, like FF can do (not sure if safari does this on mac).
Option 2 - something that worked like 1P on the mac, where u open safari, type in a url (or via bookmark or icon) and u have the option of clicking on the logon.
There is a 1P for Iphone, but it works nothing like on the Mac or as described above.
Is there any such animal?
