Total time: 13 seconds Thanks in advance.
I had the same problem using j2mepolish 2.0.4 and eclipse with mepose plugin. This error comes when obfuscating with proguard. Without obfuscation it works just fine. After a lot of work I got it to compile however.
It seems that the 2.0.4 version installer package with option to install mepose is not working or then the current version of mepose is not compatible with j2mepolish 2.0.4.
The solution is not to install mepose. I had it installed already so I uninstalled everything including eclipse, wtk, and j2mepolish. When reinstalling I didn't check the option to install mepose in the j2mepolish installer. And it worked!
It seems that the mepose plugin installs an earlier version (2.0?) of enough-j2mepolish-build.jar that doesn't have OrderedMultipleEntriesMap class.
I hope this helps...

Error in starting weblogic server using ant
Hi,
I am trying to start the weblogic server using ant.I used the following command:
<taskdef name="wlserver" classname="weblogic.ant.taskdefs.management.WLServer">
<classpath>
<pathelement location="${BEA_HOME}/weblogic81/server/lib/weblogic.jar" />
</classpath>
</taskdef>
<target name="start-weblogic">
<wlserver username="weblogic" password="weblogic" failonerror="false" servername="myserver" domainname="rwadomain" dir="${BEA_HOME}/user_projects/domains/rwadomain" host="localhost" port="7001" weblogichome="${BEA_HOME}/weblogic81" beahome="${BEA_HOME}" policy="${BEA_HOME}\weblogic81\server\lib\weblogic.policy" />
</target>
But it is giving me an error that java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: weblogic/Server
I also tried the following command:
<target name="start-weblogic">
<java classname="weblogic.Server" fork="yes" classpathref="weblogic.classes" failonerror="true">
<sysproperty key="weblogic.Domain" value="rwadomain"></sysproperty>
<sysproperty key="weblogic.RootDirectory" value="C:\bea\user_projects\domains\rwadomain"></sysproperty>
<sysproperty key="weblogic.ConfigFile" value="config.xml"></sysproperty>
<sysproperty key="weblogic.ListenAddress" value="localhost"></sysproperty>
<sysproperty key="weblogic.ListenPort" value="7001"></sysproperty>
<arg line="-ms200m -mx200m"></arg>
</java>
</target>
But the problem with this command is that it does not reurn control to execute the further commands.
Please suggest something.
Thanks in advance

You should take a look at the <parallel> ant task.

Error while deploying using ant in 11g
Hi all,
I am trying to deploy order demo application using ant from command line in SOA 11g. I just ran the ant script to package the composite and it is giving me below mentioned error.It is referring to 1 file in all the wsdls and creating problem. Actualy, JMS_FedEx.wsdl is partner link to JMS Adapter that writes to a queue. I am confused because I have 2 more adapter created on similiar lines like this but while compiling no error references are made to those wsdls. I am not sure What's wrong with this wsdl. However, Composite gets complied and deployed using Jdeveloper. Please provide your Inputs.

Please note that I am able to successfully deploy the composite from EM, using same SAR and Config Plan files.
The server URL is also correct.
I am not sure what is wrong with above ant command.
Can someone please help me.
ThanksHi,
404 response indicates that soa-infra is not running in the host:port/gdiora001.in.ibm.com, port:7001
Pl make sure that you have soa-infra running in that host/port.
http://host:port/soa-infra
For the logs,
you can find the soa server logs under $DOMAIN_HOME/servers/soa_server1/logs -

fork="${param.fork}" memoryInitialSize="256m" memoryMaximumSize="512m">
<classpath refid="compile.classpath" />
</javac>
<!-- Create plugin jar file -->
<copy todir="${param.plugin.dir}/${build.dir}" failonerror="true">

<jar jarfile="${param.plugin.dir}/${param.plugin.targetJarFile}" basedir="${param.plugin.dir}/${build.dir}"/>
<delete dir="${param.plugin.dir}/${build.dir}" quiet="true"/>
</target>
Since each of first 9 plugins contains less than 500 java source files, we always set "param.fork" to false when invoking this ant target.
For the 10th plugin, it has about 1000 source files. If we set "param.fork" to false, we will get the error "Error running javac.exe compiler". So we have to set "param.fork" to true when compiling it. This week, this plugin contains about 1250 files and we get the same error again when compiling it. I tried to increase the "memoryMaximumSize" to "768", but still couldn't get through it.
BTW, There are about 150 jar files in our classpath for compiling plugins. Do many jar files cause this problem?
Any help is highly appreciated.
Many thanks
OceanmanI encountered a very similar error and I was able to resolve it by removing the following parameters from the javac task:
fork="${param.fork}"
memoryInitialSize="256m"
memoryMaximumSize="512m"My values were not the same as yours, before I removed them, the values were set to:
fork="true"
memoryInitialSize="256m"
memoryMaximumSize="256m" Not sure why this fixed my problem but it did. I was using Ant 1.7 and Java 1.6_07 hope this helps. -
When I use ant to compile, I always get this message:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\ntvdm.exe
Error while setting up environment for the application. Chose 'Close' to terminate the application.
[Close] [Ignore]Never mind. I was using an old version of ant (1.3) and I downloaded the newest one (1.5) and it works fine now.

Efren.Same composite we were able to deploy successfully without any error, from Monday onward we are experiencing this issue.
We checked in Installation Guide provided by oracle. Oracle has suggested few memory related changes in ant-sca-compile.xml file.
Increasing Memory to avoid Compilation Errors
To avoid out-of-memory errors during compilation of a SOA composite application, you need to
increase the following memory settings.
To increase memory settings:
1. Open the ant-sca-compile.xml file in the SOA_HOME/bin directory.
2. Under the scac element, increase the following memory settings.
<jvmarg value="-Xms2048m"/>
<jvmarg value="-Xmx2048m"/>
<jvmarg value="-XX:PermSize=32m"/>
<jvmarg value="-XX:MaxPermSize=256m"/>
3. For Windows change the following memory settings to.
<jvmarg value="-Xms1536m"/>
<jvmarg value="-Xmx1536m"/>
<jvmarg value="-XX:PermSize=32m"/>
<jvmarg value="-XX:MaxPermSize=256m"/>
We did those changes but still experiencing same error. I checked H:\AIASOAProject\AIAReceiptInterface\ReceiptListEbizProvider\SCA-INF\classes\scac.log ; file its showing Could not create the Java virtual machine.

404 response indicates that soa-infra is not running in the host:port/gdiora001.in.ibm.com, port:7001
Pl make sure that you have soa-infra running in that host/port.

RupamOK, I checked my build script and remember having this problem. I'm deploying a war file that contains some java EE and flex code. So my solutions does not apply to your case, but check out this blog post.

Regards,
Anilkumar PHi,
I was getting exactly same error. I have resolved it by putting the
<target name="enterPassword" >
<input message="Please enter Weblogic password:" addproperty="passwd">
<handler classname="org.apache.tools.ant.input.SecureInputHandler" />
</input>
in my build.xml
It means that it was not able to read password properly in bin/ant-sca-mgmt.xml
Password was the issue in my case. it is working now.
Thanks,

How to deploy jar file in WLS using ant script
Hi,
Im trying to deploy a jar file in weblogic 10.3 using ant script and am running into the below error.
+[wldeploy] weblogic.management.DeploymentException: [J2EE:160177]The application at "/u01//RSJBObjects.jar" was not recognized as a valid application type. If this is an EAR file, please ensure the META-INF/application.xml exists. EJB-JARs should have a META-INF/ejb-jar.xml or corresponding annotations exist. If this is an exploded WAR, the name of directory must be end with ".war". RARs require a META-INF/ra.xml. A JMS deployment should be an XML file whose name ends with "-jms.xml". A JDBC deployment should be an XML file whose name ends with "-jdbc.xml". For other application types, please consult the WebLogic Server documentation.+
When i try to deploy the same manually from the console, i get a warning stating that WLS thought this as a library and hence proceeding to deploy as a library. After this warning the deployment continues and completes.
Problem is when i try to deploy using ant, it breaks at this point.
Is there any means that we can deploy a jar to WLS using ant script. This has to be deployed as a library as other apps would be using this jar.
Im unable to create a ear file for this single jar file.
If there is any suggestion on can this be done, please share.
Thanks,
Vijay.Hi Sunil,
Thanks for the reply, it worked.
Another doubt on the same lines. Now that the jar has been deployed as a library in WLS, when i try to deploy a WAR which refers to this deployed jar library, im unable to. I run into and error stating that the library is inaccessible.
I have to bounce the server and before doing that, i have to manually copy the library.jar from <WLS_domain>/servers/AdminServer/upload/ directory to <WLS_domain>/lib/ directory, once copied i then try to deploy the WAR, then the deployment goes fine.
Is there any means that this deployed library jar be made available soon after deployment and also to avoid copying the file.
Thanks,
Vijay. -
Deploying servlet on Tomcat using "ant install" not working. Please help.
Hello. Normally I can find answers by using search, but I can't today for some reason. So please bare with me if this has been mentioned before. I will try to provide as much info as possible so that helping me isn't too much a chore. Thank you.
I have downloaded and installed the JWSDP 1.3. and Tomcat is running. I am also using Ant 1.5.4 (previous installation - not one included with JWSDP) and modeled my build.xml file after the template provided here:
http://jakarta.apache.org/tomcat/tomcat-5.0-doc/appdev/build.xml.txt.
When I run ant on my respository, everything builds fine. But when I run Ant with the install target, I get the following error:
BUILD FAILED
file:C:/owl/build.xml:366: java.io.IOException: Server returned HTTP response co
de: 401 for URL: http://localhost:8080/manager/deploy?path=%2Fowl&war=file%3A%2F
%2FC%3A%5Cowl%2Fbuild
Here is line 366 build.xml:
localWar="file://${build.home}"/>
...which is included in this block for the target "install":
<target name="install" depends="compile"
description="Install application to servlet container">
<deploy url="${manager.url}"
username="${manager.username}"
password="${manager.password}"
path="${app.path}"
localWar="file://${build.home}"/>
</target>
When I point my brower to the url located in the error verbose, I get the following:
FAIL - Encountered exception java.lang.NullPointerException
I am trying to get my environment set up correctly before I start spending time developing servlets, but I am getting tempted to just develop to servlets and "manually" installing/deploying them either by copying and pasting or by using the Tomcat manager. I would really like to do everything from Ant though if possible. Please help.I don't think this is at all correct:
localWar="file://${build.home}"/>You've got to create a real WAR file - a JAR file with WEB-INF and all its minions inside it:
http://access1.sun.com/techarticles/simple.WAR.html
That's the file you need to refer to there. You can manage that with Ant too, of course.
Here's what my Ant build.xml looks like for Web apps (there's a build-web.properties file that follows):
