Oh boy, another P35D3 guy here with a rebooting BIOS issue :(

Bought the following components:
1. MSI P35D3 Board
2. Intel Core 2 Duo 3.0ghz CPU (8400 series I believe)
2. Kingston ValueRAM 2 sticks of 1gb DDR3 Ram
3. NVIDIA 9600GT Video Card.
4. Nspire 750w PS
Originally it was an ATI HD3870 Card, but when I but this thing together it was actually throwing beeping codes, so I exchanged the Video for an Nvidia 9600GT (which seems to have been a bit of a downgrade).
I started experiencing the dreaded reboot problem. Thinking the board was bad, I took the whole PC back to the store, but they could not reproduce the error. Took it back home and it started working fine except for the random time that it does the continual reboot. Started to research on the net like crazy. Seems a ton of guys are having the same issues. From everything I've read I've been able to do the following:
1. Upgrade the BIOS to the latest. I'm actually confused here because I used the Liveupdate feature and it updated my BIOS to v2.5, yet the latest BIOS on the download page is v1.6???
2. Setup the BIOS Settings to PCI=4X, MPS=1.4. Disabled all non necessary devices. Disabled spread spectrum
I still have my RAM at "Enabled by SPD". I don't know what to manually put for settings for my type of RAM. Everytime I try something, it goes into the continuous reboot until I press the reset CMOS button, and I'm using the spec sheet for my RAM.
I'm posting this from another computer, but when I get to mine, I will post the info that I'm currently using.
Has anyone been able to completely eliminate this problem???

The best way? Get her to bring it to you, especially if she makes good cakes.
Apples Back to my Mac isn't really suitable for this - it is designed for a single person who wants their Apple ID on the system. It would mean she would have to share hers with you & you would also have to setup her Apple ID on your Mac - it is messy & causes trouble with iCloud, iTunes etc.
You can try Messages if she is able to begin a session with you, see the 'invite to share screen' in the menus, weirdly you need to use a service that isn't from Apple.

It may be better if you to setup LogMeIn or GoToMyPC. They should 'dial out' & maintain a constant connection so you can login whenever the Mac is powered up. It won't, require a human to initiate the process at the other end, just be aware that the router may cause issues depending on what is configured, you may need settings to enable automatic port forwarding - it really depend on which option you choose.

There are many tool and "tricks" to accomplish this manipulation. However, depending on the image one technique might be more appropriate than an other. And then there is the question of how to do it "skillfully". For example, the shadows in the person that is being substituted might be different than in the original image creating the obviously "photoshopped" look.

Thank you so much for providing the details about the duplicate song issue you are experiencing. It sounds like you would like to remove the duplicate songs that will not play on your iPhone, but when you connect it to iTunes, iTunes only shows you one copy of the song on your iPhone.
In this situation, I recommend deleting the individual songs that do not play directly from your iPhone. I found the steps to do this on page 61 of the iPhone User Guide (http://manuals.info.apple.com/en_US/iphone_user_guide.pdf):
Delete a song from iPhone: In Songs, swipe the song, then tap Delete.

That's odd - if you open Disk Utility (Applications->Utilities) and select the disk(s), how are they formatted? If you're only going to be used with your Mac, they should be formatted as "Mac OS Extended (Journaled)".

How did you move the music to the external drive? What exactly is on the drive? The entire iTunes folder or only music? If it is the entire iTunes folder you can do the option+start suggestion earlier. Hello, thank you for your prompt answer. I did have an idea that Home sharing might be the answer but could not quite figure out how to do it. I have enabled home sharing in my iTunes account, put in username and password, clicked on creat etc. But the homs sharing icon doew not appear in the left side of iTunes. So I got stuck. Using a lookup from one CSV file to another CSV file errors with a name clash

I have a master CSV file created by querying the AD. I need to populate the "Team" attribute by doing a lookup using Name against the Name Column any of 6 CSVs, someone has prepared for me . The problem is the data is inconsistent
in the 6 CSV files so Name can hold either the Name or Username i.e. SAmAccountName or LoginName
Now my ps script works when the data is good. but I have around 30 exception cases whereby there is a mismatch . To explain:

The $_.Name is using the top level masterCSVData Name but I was hoping that it was using the
$nameAndTeamCSVData.Name as in only within the scope of the Where-Object {} ..I guess I have misunderstood the syntax of what I had written.
. A quick a dirty fix would be rename this column in all of the 4 spreadsheets or trying to fix the code.....

I see your challenge. How about collecting the column names in an array and looking for the potential names? Following my example before, try this:
