The problem is that when i make changes in the code(eg. i change the reference parameter)(after which i save,rebuild the project and quick par upload);the changes that i made are not reflected in the output.Any guesses why it happens?

Clicking many links doesn't click after upgrading from FF3.6- 12- 15

All over the web, I click various links, some work, some don't. The links themselves work as when I use "QuickDrag" extension to open them in a new tab they work fine.
Example: raptr.com - no links work there but form elements still respond to clicks.

Are that normal links (i.e. no JavaScript or onclick type of links)?

How do I make dreamweaver links open on the same page?

I've created a site that has div tags for Header, navbar, main content, and footer. I am using a sprybar menu and I want the content of the hyperlink to display in the main content area. I know this was previously accomplished with frames and I could select the target as the main frame, but I hear that is bad practice or is becoming more obsolete with CSS. I have some intermediate knowledge with CSS. Does anyone know how I can accomplish this? I am using Dreamweaver 6

One page websites aren't really a good idea as far as search engine optimization goes. It's better to have multiple pages with the same design that your menu moves to when clicked.
That being said, you could do what you're talking about using javascript to change the display css of content <div> tags where, to start, there is a general info <div> and when one of the menu items is clicked, that <div> has its display property set to none, while another has it's display:none changed to display:block (so it appears). Each link would turn off all of the containers that aren't specific to the link itself, while turning on that one container that is.

In the above example, divs one and two are turned off by default in the css. Div three shows when the page is loaded. The javascript tells a chosen id to change its display css to block or none depending on the function called in the onclick of a link. The link for "One" uses turnon('one') and turnoff('two') and turnoff('three') so, when it's clicked, two and three are set to display:none and one is set to display:block no matter what they were at to begin with.

Submitting page with link

I have a bulk update page which has editable columns and some links which will show a report in the region below. When the user makes changes to editable columns and clicks on the links, the changes are lost as page is reloaded. is it possible to retain those changes, if not how can submit the page to save the changes onClick of the link?. any ideas are appreciated.

It is possible if you make all of the links call the "doSubmit()" function. I have done this for the pagination links on this page: [http://apex.oracle.com/pls/otn/f?p=12053:3]
If you hover over the Next link, you should see the following in the status bar:

Problem making an Excel file from a jsp

Hi.
I'm developing a web application that uses Excel for printing the reports. So far everything has worked fine, at least for the created Excel files that do not have any images on them. Now I need to create an excel file with an image as the header. I tried adding the necessary code to include the image, but when I open it, the image is not displayed (like when you open an HTML page that could load a certain image). I tried using different ways to set the src to see if maybe the path was the problem, but everytime I got the same result...
How can I do this? How can I include the image and actually display it when the user opens the file in Excel?

New page on click of absolute url

I need IE to open new page of the absolute url when user click the url on initial page, but as result the new page always replace the inital page but not open a new session, I also refer to the threads in the forum like adding "sap-sessioncmd=open" or "syscmd=nocookie" but still does not work, can anyone give me any suggestion?following is my coding:

i am using button for example,

Read Attributes between different views in the same Component

I have a attribute-D1 declared in VIEW1 and i need to read it into attribute D2 declared in VIEW2.
I am planning to read it in DO_PREPARE_OUTPUT method of VIEW2.
Can you please tell me how can i achieve this without having to create another context node (similar type to VIEW1) in VIEW2 and Binding it.
Can't I just access the View Controller Class of VIEW1 to read it in VIEW2?

I think i was not very clear in my earlier post. So il explain a bit more clearly this time-
My requirement is to display a SEARCH+RESULT popup (view) onclick of a link; and the popup display has the result list already fetched for the SEARCH Criteria(defaulted).
Now what i had to do was have the RESULT LIST TITLE display the number of records fetched.
So my approach was to -
1) READ the RESULT Size in EH_ONSEARCH of SEARCH VIEW.
2) Form the Result Title using method cl_crm_uiu_gen_tools=>get_result_title into a Public Ins Attribute GV_TITLE.
3) READ the GV_TITLE from SEARCHVIEW into a local attribute in SEARCHVIEWSET (SEARCH VIEW + RESULT VIEW) LV_TITLE.

lv_view_controller type ref to ZL_SEARCHVIEW_IMPL.

Now, i noticed during debug, when the SEARCH Popup is triggered the 1st time, the control goes to SEARCHCVIEWSET.HTM 1st (GV_TITLE is initial at this point) and then goes to DO_PREPARE_OUTPUT where the Event Handler for SEARCH is called and where the GV_TITLE is set. Due to this the Result Tab gets the default title RESULT LIST
Whereas the next time, when i click on SEARCH event on popup, the control 1st goes to EVENT HANDLER (where GV_TITLE is set) and then to SEARCHVIEWSET.HTM, this then sets the correct title for RESULT list.
I need some pointers on why the control goes to SEARCHVIEWSET 1st before even DO_PREPARE_OUTPUT is called.
How do i set the RESULT Title in the 1st instance to display the correct no. of records fetched.
Any help would be appreciable.

Open Application in the New Window.

I need some clarification with respect to open an application from the INDEX page.
We are in CRM 2007, And I have created a new component "ZDictionary"and which has the view and the main window.
I configured "ZDictionary" component which will opened through the link "Dictionary Maintenance" in Navgation bar pofile config.
I configured Index page in my IC_AGENT profile which will show me the link "Dictionary Maintenance" onclick on that link, it will open the application with view there in the component "ZDictionary".
But I want the application to be opened in the new window rather opening in the same window.
Can anyone help me on this.

Opening pdf file in a browser window.

I have a requirement to open a pdf file in a new browser window after onClick of a link. It is not the url of the pdf file. Actually the pdf file is generated dynamically by reading a blob column from the database and converting into a byte array and writing it to the outputstream. This is the code

We are facing this problem with IE6 browser only. In firefox, it opens fine in a browser window. What configuration should we do in IE6?

How to add cell editor to cell variant dynamically?

because the data structure only can be determined at runtime. And the table column should have two
cell variants. I don't know the exact cell variant class which should be used. I only find an abstract class about cell variant CL_WD_ABSTR_TABLE_CELL_VAR , but I can't find any method in this class which
can add cell editor under this cell variant.

I am able to add Column with CommandImageLink.And onclick of that link i am able to display another popup.
Now another problem which i am facing is when i select one row from popup and click "Ok" i have to modify some columns from Dyanamic table which is displayed on main page.
For this.
1)First i took the selected row from dyanamic table to update that perticular row depending upon the row which i select from popup.
if you see the code above i am refaring the list as collection for data.So i am updating that collection but again it is refreshing to it's original value.
because number of times getList() method of bean get's called equal to number of columns. which brings the values from database.
Here On click of popup's Ok button I don't want to save the data for table i just want to show there in some column's .and After click on SAVE button from table i have to save it.
Let me help how can i modify the Dynamic table's data.

I want the homepage to stay where it is, but the larger
window to open in a new window. I used the Open Browser window in
Dreamweaver to set this link up, but its not doing what I want it
too.
Help would be much appreciated, I have been trying to fix
this problem, but no success.

That's one way of handling it. My own preference is to leave
the link in
there and add a return false after the onclick handler. That
way the
link will still work if JavaScript is not available.
To implement that, your onclick for the link looks like this:
onclick="MM_openBrWindow('pics/inside_large.jpg','LargePicture','width=640,height=480')"
Change it to:
onclick="MM_openBrWindow('pics/inside_large.jpg','LargePicture','width=640,height=480');re turn
false"
Careful of word wrap. It's all on one line.
