Only first bookmark will print

I have combined a number of small PDF files into one. Each former individual file is represented as a bookmark in the combined file. However if a user tries to print the pages of the second, fourth and tenth bookmarks from the combined file, only the pages from the first bookmark will print.
Any suggestions as how to fix this problem would be appreciated.

You stated "As with earlier versions, Firefox 3.6.12 does not allow Print Previewing of any website content beyond first page". That isn't true from what I have seen when trying to print web pages myself. My experience has been as I stated, like maybe 5%. I'm not trying to push you to use Firefox when you are having these problems with printing. I'm just trying to let you know that these problems have been around for a long time, and I don't think a fix is coming any time soon.
No, it's not "code protection". I don't think any of the developers have the talents to fix what's wrong with printing in the core code. Plus, print related Bugs never seem to have any priority attached, along the lines of "this is important and as the developer in charge of this module, I say it should be fixed before release the next major version. Let's make this a high priority and get it fixed ASAP". Then before they know it, that Bug is forgotten about as of being any priority to fix and 8 years passes.

If you see any Bugs that affect you, register for Bugzilla and '''vote''' for those Bugs. Unless you can offer a "fix", please don't make any comments in those Bugs. I sometimes think that some Bugs don't get fixed in a timely manner due to all the "spam" in the Bug report, by way of angry comments, which wastes time which could be spent writing code to fix the Bug. It ain't a discussion forum for users to rant about the individual Bug.

Only pdf's will print wirelessly from my iMac! Help!

I have setup Airport Express as a base station and I setup one as my wireless print server.
My old ibook G4 prints everything beautifully to the printer.
However my nice new iMac will only print pdf's! If I try to print a web page or a mail message, it appears to be sending the file, but then the job shows "stopped" and it won't print.
Please help because this makes NO sense.

I did all those things using Word and Paint to no avail. This raises another problem My PC came with Works bundled which suddenly stopped working, although it could handle graphics. MS had no solution so I deleted it and figured I could download it from MS.
Hah. Sure I could...for $130. So now I need a free word processing program which will handle graphics.

Printing emails or pages from websites Firefox only will print the first page. Any suggestions?

Printing from email (Yahoo and a Rogers webmail) is not working properly. Only P 1 will print, even if "all" is selected in the print window. The print window defaults to "page 1 to 1" and nothing will change it. Docs from "MY Documents" print properly. In Explorer, printing is correct.

Firefox 3.6.3 will not print a full web page. IE will print with no problem.

Firefox won't print a full web page. When I check the print preview, it only shows what will print and the whole page is not displayed. I tried resetting my printer in about:config and that never helped.
I am stumped and need help to resolve this please.

Printing only first page landscape not portrait

Acrobat Standard for Windows v.8
When using Acrobat to print any PDF document, the first page is printed in landscape instead of portrait, the rest of the pages print as expected. This is reproduceable behavior on a single machine. Printing the PDF using other applications like InDesign or eCopy Desktop print as expected. Only Acrobat is exhibiting this behavior.
Acrobat has been reapired, uninstalled and reinstalled, printer drivers reinstalled with no success. The work around I have figured out (as a temporary solution so the user can print documents properly) is to select to print the PDF in landscape orientation in the print driver when printing from Acrobat, which prints the whole document in portrait orientation, essentially what was supposed to happen in the first place. This orientation change only seems to affect the first page and doesn't have any affect on duplex orientation.
Does anyone have a solution to this one? Or some direction? Thanks in advance.

Try one of these:
1/ In Adobe, deselect "Choose Paper based on PDF size" - you can leave the "Auto Rotate and Center" on.
2/ In Adobe, go into Advanced and choose "Print as Image".
3/ If this is a Canon H1 Fiery RIP, go into Printer Properties, Printing Preferences, Layout, Rotate 180degrees and choose "Large Paper Only."

I am using window.print() to print the data of my webpage, it prints only first page and left the remaining while it works fine with IE and Google Chrome, ie print all the pages.

My Page has data more than one page, it has verticle scroll bar to view all data .

Hi just wanted to let you know I solved most of my XP problems with my new IPOD. It won't recognise the IPOD or driver and froze and locked up and then the battery died. After hours of trying different things here is what I did. I completly closed computer down. Waited 15 minutes turned on and reloaded everything. I put the usb cable in but not hooked up to IPOD. I turned off Mcaffee (all of it). After my computer came on. I then went and closed everything I didn't need in the bottom toolbar. (taskbar). I then reloaded the software and waited. Took forever to reload and I don't know why but whatever it worked but I DID NOT HOOK UP THE IPOD LIKE IT SAID! I instead shut down the computer after loading the software and waited 5 minutes and turned it back on. I again waited and shut of mcaffee. It loaded everything fine this time and said new hard ware and drivers detected. I plugged my IPOD in and YES I WAS UP AND RUNNING (THIS IS AFTER 6 HOURS OF PLAYING WITH OTHER THINGS!) I am able to load and play, burn, watch movies, see pictures and everything your suppose too! The only thing I see different than the instructions is I left my usb cable plugged in and when it said to eject the disk I didn't. I also didn't plug in the IPOD (5th Gen) and then I shut down waited and then restarted the computer. I hope this helps others because I know the feeling of wanting to return something you paid dearly for and worked hard at saving money to buy one and it doesn't work. My only thing I dislike about apple is they didn't supply a ac adapter for the IPOD and the instructions say to plug it up when trying to charge battery. DUHHHHHH, ya can't do that if ya don't have one and stores are closed and won' open until Monday! But at least I am up and running. I just hate having to plug up IPOD to computer daily to charge the battery which only last a half a day1

Printer will print only partial page

I have a HP all in one printer C6250. Sometimes but not always it will print only a partial part of a page or just select information. For instance, I tried to print out a request form for an absentee ballot and it printed only the bottom part of the page. All the print on the page was the same.
The day before, I printed out some concert tickets and airline tickets (in color) and they printed fine.
Last week, I tried to print a rebate form and only parts of the form printed (mainly the top part).
I have the latest drivers as I ran a test and all ink cartridges are full. I have to admit that I don't have all HP cartridges but the black one is an original one.
I also ran a print test page today and only the header printed with some partial character marks under.
I have windows vista operating system.

My HP C6380 printer only prints a partial page in Excel or Publisher. All others print fine. K

Status check confirms that the ink level is all good but when I try to print it says the printer is out of color ink and must print is black only. It was fine yesterday so I tried to restore but that didn't help. Rebooted computer and printer but that didn't help either.

Sorry you've had to run up and down the stairs for a week. You might take a look in Devices and Printers and under Printing Preferences for your printer, open Advanced settings. Open the option for grayscale and see if there is an option for Black Ink Only. Grayscale will use more color than Black Ink Only. That may help some if that option is available.
Once you replace the color ink you can keep the same setting and use less color ink. You should stop receiving the message you mentioned. The printer will still use some color ink and this helps insure the printer's ability to successfully print in color when you need it to.

What version of iOS are you using? Some people were having this problem before, and it was fixed when they updated to iOS 5.

You're running an old version of Safari. Before troubleshooting, try updating it to the latest version: 6.0. You can do this by clicking the Apple logo in the top left, then clicking Software update.
You can also update to the latest version of OS X, 10.8 Mountain Lion, from the Mac App Store for $19.99, which will automatically install Safari 6 as well, but this isn't essential, only reccomended.
