OO2 released, and I can't flag OO packages out of date!

OpenOffice version 2 has been officially released...
And I cannot flag any of the OO packages in the repo as outdated. The window that should let me input my email address instead displays the Arch Linux main page.

How is your external drive formatted? Use Disk Utility to check the volume format. If it is NTFS, you will need to reformat the HDD as exFAT in order to retain universal compatibility (RW to it on both Mac and Windows).

I heard TP4 is a februari build and when can we expect the TP5 release ( is TP5 already available). The second thing I heard that TP6 only distributed to the Ace directors.
Can someone from Oracle respond to this.

Hi,
there is no TP5 and no TP6. There exist a build labeled as Drop6 that we ship to Ace Directors for testing. Its not meant to be of the same quality as a TP but should be good enough for them to verify bug fixes, helping us out on closing bugs they have filed in the past.
Chances are that we don't see another TP before the first production release as we are getting very close. If however we see a need for this then it most likely would be a release candidate version rather than a TP.

Help I my iMessage is offline and I can't seem to figure out how to reactivate it. It shut itself off on it's own and I've tried everything under the sun to reactivate it and nothing is working.

My Iphpne 3Gs just zoomed in and I can't get it back out. I tried to restore which was sucessfull, but when it synced it went back to the zoom view? Help!!

For no reason, my 3GS display just zoomed in (enlarged) and I can't get it back to normal view. I restored the phone back to factory settings and the normal view restored, however when it synced it zoomed in again. help!

Your MacBook Pro doesn't have HDMI output... it's DVI. For sound, you will need to use the headphone out/optical digital audio out port to the TV/stereo. As far as video goes, I'm confused as to what cable you're using but at one point you're converting DVI to HDMI.

Several pages of CC aren't working and all my apps including CC is out of date! Please help!

I have tried many solutions including chatting with a Adobe Support person and he couldn't fix it. Ive uninstalled everything using the cleaner several times and oh so much more. Updated to 5.0.1, Mozilla and Google Plus still says it's out of date.

I got an invite to Google Plus. When I went to the site, it said my Firefox was out of date and needed updating. So I did, to 5.0.1 Even my "about Firefox" says it's up to date.
However, when I got to Google Plus it still says it's out of date and when I go to the Mozilla Firefox page it too says it needs updating.

MIDI CLOCK stopped working and I can't figur this one out.

I have been sending MIDI clock to my Native Instruments Guitar Rig so I can sync the Loop Machine with Logic, everything was working pretty good till...??? I am not sure what I could have done to goof it up but now I get no MIDI signal out the port ( I set it to all MIDI ports). I tested the cables with a LED tester and all the settings I set to get it working in the first place but now Logic seems to not be sending the clock any longer. I also sync a Micron keyboard and use its arpegiator... well I was till this happened. Anyone have any ideas?

My DVD Drive dosent work and its dented and i can't get my DVD out. I have apple care so would I be able to get it replaced?

So I somehow dented my DVD drive for my macbook pro but I tried putting a disc if it would work (stupid idea) It went in but it now wont come out. I've been wanting to get to apple for a while about my DVD drive not working and now my DVD is stuck in there. I have apple care plan so would I be able to take my macbook into the store and get it replaced or parts of it replaced?

When I copy and paste the data from a web site in to excel, it comes in one big splurge - ie it is not 'delimited' - and I can't see how to delimit the data into cells. In Explorer, the data is delimited. Any clues ? John

When you say "presentation," are you by any chance talking about Power Point? If so, the music must be in one of the formats that is compatible with Power Point, which includes MP3.
The files sold in the iTunes Store are in AAC format, which is not compatible with Power Point. You can convert AAC to MP3 by following this guide:
