Open customer item does not show up in F-32

Hi Guru's
It is urgent for me.
1.I posted the FBS1 with document type  AC , customer debit and sales credit
2.to reverse it. It was not allowed with FB08
3.I manual entry passed with document type SA.
But to clear the customer F-32. We need AC entry i.e customer balance  and SA entry i.e.balance
It is showing up only SA entry but not AC entry customer balance.
How to clear the customer now the question.
Please advise

What is your document type AC used for? 
Where I work we use AC for reversing accrual journals. 
If you are using them for the same then you cannot clear an item against an AC journal because it reverse's in the next period. 
It sounds to me as though the original Ac entry was incorrect & this is the cause of your problems.  Why post an AC journal against a customer account?  It is wrong, & I would say you need to amend the document type AC so that it is only valid to post to S type accounts (general ledger codes) & not D or K (customers & vendors).
My suggestion is that you reverse the orginal AC entry (if this was in a prior period you are going to have a problem with that so this won't work) make the posting once again with a more appropriate document type (DA for example) & then you will be able to clear this against the SA journal entry that has been made.

  • Custom item does not appear on Hotsync Menu

    I have a Sprint Treo 700p.  My work email was converted to Outlook from GroupWise.  I am able to sync successfully, but received a message about changing profiles and conduits.  I tried to do this by clicking the Hotsync icon in system tray.  The menu that appeared only had three items (Settings, Install, Exit).  The CUSTOM item does not appear.  I am using Hotsync Manager 7.0.2.  How can I get back the CUSTOM menu item?

    Those Hotsync options are what display on Palm Desktop 6.2.2, not prior versions 4.x.
    To get to your Hotsync settings, click the Hotsync icon, and select Settings.  Then click Applications. Select the conduit you wish to change, and click Configure.

  • Open/Save Dialog does not show new files?

    Say you are working on a logic file in a folder and you have
    a few audio and movie files in that folder, and you launch
    Logic and via the open/save dialog window you add a few
    files to your song and in that dialog window you can see
    all the files in that folder.
    Then, in the Finder you add a few more files and movies to
    that folder and again use the open/save dialog window to
    add more files BUT the new files you added since launching
    logic are NOT SHOWN in the dialog window ! ?
    What's the deal with that?
    Every other app can show files added since the launch of the
    application, why not Logic?

    um, yeah.
    Should not need the project manager simply to see new files added to a directory in a Open/Save dialog window since last opening the app.
    I did a scan, a extended scan, opened all the little turn down arrows of the
    full path to the directory I knew there to be the new files and yes, Logic
    shows them there in the "Project manager".
    BUT Logic still does not show the files in the Open/Save dialog windows.
    This is strange because even simple app like TextEdit can show
    new files in it's Open/Save dialog function windows without the need of
    a project manager.
    I have to quit and re-launch each time to see any new files?

    I would like to add share point to my data source for my SSIS project.
    After I installed Share Point Source and Destination list, I went to Tools Choose Tools Item, but SSIS Data Flow tab does not show. I went to SSIS Tools box, but the components are not there.
    I would like to know are there any way to add Share Point Data source using SSIS.

    I have installed the SharePointListAdaptersSetup-Beta-2012-01-28.msi in my SQL Server 2012 test environment, the SharePoint List Source and Destination adapters is listed in the Common type items of the SSIS Toolbox. To narrow down the root cause, please
    try the following steps:
    Make sure the SharePointListAdapters.dll exists in the C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft SQL Server\110\DTS\PipelineComponents folder.
    Make sure it is installed to GAC successfully, the SharePointListAdapters.dll should exist in C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\assembly\GAC_MSIL\SharePointListAdapters\v4.0_1.2012.0.0__f4b3011e1ece9d47 folder.
    Refresh the Toolbox and check the Common type items.
    Since the SharePoint List Adapter is a third-party component, I would suggest you ask a question in its dedicated discussion plate:

  • Date field submited via my custom form does not show in mysql database

    I created a form with the custom form wizard with a birthdate field having the date picker feature. i set the birthdate field to sumit date as date datatype. My birthdate column in mysql database is datatype date. but when i submit the form the date does not show in mysql database. what should i do pls. is the problem with my form or with my database birtdate column.

  • Creating a custom role does not show up whe creating a user

    On portal 10.1.4 I have followed the directions in 10.1.4 Oracle Server Portal Configuration Guide.section 6.1.6.9.1 Example: Defining a User Administrator Role.
    However, the newly created role does not show up when I create a new user.
    Any suggestions?

    This is a bug in 10.1.2.0.2. It works if you create the group from the directory page OID

  • PDF document opened with Preview does not show french accents

    Hi everybody,
    I've got some issues with PDF documents opened with Preview.
    They show a blank space for all the accented vowels.
    If I open the same document with Safari, it's the same. But with Chrome, it works perfectly.
    I assume there's a problem with fonts, but, nothing wrong with fontbook (checked duplicates for instance).
    Last information : it looks ok within chrome on my Imac, but the issue comes back when I try to print from chrome app...the accents are gone on the sheet.
    Any idea ? I don't want to install Adobe reader...

    I don't want to install Adobe reader...
    Why not?  It can handle some pdf's that Preview can't.  At least it's worth a try.

    When i download email with a pdf attachment, i want to open it in pages. The open with dropdown has 8 choices, but does not include Pages? How do
    I edit what appears in this drop down?

    Pages does not open .PDF files. TO do so you will need iBooks which is an Apple app that is free in the app store.

  • Discoverer Report opened from Portal does not show correct data

    When I try to open a Discoverer report from a portal that I created, it shows stale data but when I click on "Analyze", it shows all the data correctly.
    Does anyone know what the reason could be for this?

    I assume you used the Discoverer Portlet Provider. A discoverer portlet is never live data. When you define the portlet you specify how often to 'refresh' the data. If you skipped this step, then you just get the data as-of when you created the portlet.
    Generally you specify the refresh time to be sometime after your usual database load completes.

    Can someone tell me why does my apple mac pro not open ALL the pictures ( it open half of all pictures) when i open myspace page? Do i need to install some software or plugin?

  • Open in iBooks does not show up in options for a PDF

    I am trying to get a PDF into iBooks on my ipad without syncing to iTunes. I read that when a PDF is opened in email or Safari an "Open in iBooks" option shows up. Under Open in.... I have about 6 options for different Apps but iBooks is not one of them. I do I get iBooks to show up in Open In.........?

    It might depend on whether the PDF has got some of digital rights management on it that is not supported by iBooks. I think the limit for the number of apps that appears in the 'open in' menu is 10 apps, so if you've only got 6, and iBooks is installed on your iPad, then it not appearing in the list kind of implies to me that it's not supported. Have you tried resetting your iPad to see if that 'clears' the problem : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 seconds after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.

  • Custom theme does not show up in theme chooser

    I'm just trying to create a custom theme based on a presentation template I created. When I do this on my private iMac 2009 with Keynote 5.1.1 this works without any troubles and the theme shows up when selecting "New from Theme".
    If I do this on my brandnew MBP (very late 2011) it won't show the theme in the theme chooser.
    I looked it up, the theme file is located in the right folder.
    Another strange thing that happened to me is that if I save the presentation as a theme on the desktop and open the file from there, Keynote opens a new file but with 800x600 pixels instead if the original 1920x1080 pixels and completely messes up the dimensions etc.
    I did reboot, nothing changed.
    Any ideas?
    P.S.: I transferred my complete Mac from a 2009 MBP with all content and apps.

    Mein problem ist, das in dem viewer nur eine kostenlose ausgabe unseres magazins , und das auto-renewable angezeigt werden. Wir haben allerdings noch drei weitere Ausgaben die non-consumable sind. Und diese werden nicht angezeigt. Die product-id´s sind bei apple und im Adobe Folio Builder gleich.
    Würde mich freuen wenn mir da jemand helfen könnte.

    Hello, I'm new to this forum and have just sent my first viewer to apple.
    My problem is that output in the viewer just one of our magazine free, and the auto-renewable appear. We have, three more issues, the non-consumable. And these are not displayed. The product-id's are the same for Apple and Adobe in theFolio Builder.

    Sign in to the Folio Builder panel the new Adobe ID (the one you specify as Title ID in DPS App Builder), and create a new folio. To get the articles from the old folio into the new one, you have two choices.
    (1) Use the Import command to import the articles. This works well if you set up your structure properly, including creating a sidecar.xml file.
    (2) Share the folio from the old Adobe ID to the new one. Use the Copy To command to copy over the articles.
    Then specify the folio metadata and cover images, and publish the folios.

  • When typing or clicking to open pages firefox does not show the text or that it has changed to the other page. Unless i minimize and then maximise the window. Any help with this would be much appreciated.

    The browser seems to be lagging and stuck on the original page until moved around the screen or minimised or maximised.
    Again any help at all is much appreciated. I really dont like using other browsers.
    I have the latest edition of directx, graphics card and sound drivers are all up to date according to the laptop manufactor's website.
    Reinstalled and uninstalled around 3 times. Thought it could be a registery problem so before i installed it the final time i ran c cleaner.
    Ran adaware and superanti spyware to see if spyware was a problem

    Try to disable hardware acceleration.
    *Tools > Options > Advanced > General > Browsing: "Use hardware acceleration when available"
    If disabling hardware acceleration works then check if there is an update available for your graphics display driver.

    I was able to use your custom ribbon tab XML just fine.  The only thing is, the copy you provided had a bunch of illegal characters embedded in it (like reverse quotes?), I'm not sure if they're showing up in your version of the XML or not.  Anyway,
    after replacing those with straight quotes and fixing some other misc formatting, it worked fine.  I created an empty SharePoint project and added an empty element, then added your XML to the Element.xml file.  In SP, I created a new custom
    list and the "My Tab Name" tab appeared with a button that displayed "Hello World" when I clicked it. So, I recommend checking the formatting of your XML.  Just look for red squiggles in the editor and fix them.
