Open PS confirmation error.

Hi Guys,
I am facing a problem while working in Open PS. I have created a project in R/3 . Then i have downloaded the project from R/3 to Open PS. There I can add an activity & can upload the revised project to R/3.
But the problem is if I confirm any activity partly/fully it is not getting reflected in Open Ps after downloading. The same situation happens when I confirm some activity in Open Ps & upload the project to R/3, i.e, to say that confirmation of any activity done in R/3 or in Open PS is not getting reflected in the other mode.
Pl. furnish some solution to it.

Have you using any interface or RFC connection for your system, if yes the problem is in the connection of the RFC or interface. The system connections are not properly made. So contact your BASIS consulatnt to solve this error. This erroe nothing to do with PS module or functional modules.

Please check in your visual administrator to see whether you have properly installed the credential file for Reader Rights . Do this as described in "Installing and Configuring Credentials" in the Adobe Document Services Configuration Guide and note 736902.

This error mainly occur when you gone upgradation to new version as you open previous objects in new version..To avoid this problem in BI7.0,in the datasource maintenance window check the flag PSA not typed..It might be also reason that while ur replicating ur datasources,you might had replicated as ISTS datasources..you have to do it as RSDS datasources..other you will get error types RSAR 196,RSAR 245,...Be careful while ur replicating datasources..if you did it as ISTS datasources you can migrate to RSDS datasources by right click on that DS and migrate..

Trying to open a confirmation workitem (from SRM50 backend) in portal UWL

Hi all,
we are trying to open a confirmation workitem, which is generated in sap srm 50 backend system in portal UWL (universal worklist).
The workitem is listed correctly, but after opening the workitem a pop up is opening and displays a portal runtime exception.
Does anybody know, what the issue might be? Probably we have forgotten a configuration step?

below is the log-file. He tells, that user credentials would be invalid. I have created the backend system in portal, created a system alias and imported a certificate from the portal in the backend and from the backend in the portal for authorization.
Morevoer the username in portal and backend are the same. Any further ideas, what could be wrong?

Can you start QuickTime on your computer?
You'll probably have to search for the Windows Installer Cleanup Utility and use it to remove QuickTime Player and iTunes. Then download and install the iTunes again.

iam trying to do a mailboximport-request from a QNAP-nas that is member of the domain.
When doing the mailboximport i am getting the following error : unable to open pst file error details access to the path is denied.
Which permissions do i need to have on the folder/file on the qnap to import the .pst-file?

"Unable to Open Project File" - error

Does anyone know how to resolve an "Unable to Open Project File" - error. I accidentally shut down my computer wrong, although Final Cut wasn't open.

Welcome to the forums.
The project file might have gotten corrupted. Look for the AUTOSAVE VAULT (typically in the DOCUMENTS>FINAL CUT PRO DOCUMENTS folder) and open the most recent version. Copy it to your main project folder if it works.
If not, then try trashing your prefs with FCP Rescue.

I have been getting this above error on my mail server from last
4-5 days. I am getting complaints from end users that the users can't

I tried stopping and starting msg service using stop-msg and start-msg to sort out this above problem but no result. :(
When I do check the tcp_local queue it has been growing every day as well the tcp_notification queue also.

One more thing is that I cant see a service/channel called CONVERSION running on my server when i do use this command.

Later I stopped and started conversion channel

I can see that on other servers the conversion channel is running and few msges are in queue. I do have other servers which running the same messaging server. But I am not getting why don't on this server. Where both servers having the same configuration.
Please, help me to sort out this issue.

ITunes not opening. NO ERROR MESSAGE

I cannot get iTunes to open. When I double click on it, the "hour glass" shows up, and I give it a minute or more, but the program does not open? I have the updated verision, but cannot get it to open. No error message when I try to open it...no program...nothing. Nothing at all.
Can anyone please help?

I'm having a similar problem. When I open Itunes I'm asked for my password but it doesn't allow me to enter my password or do anything else at all! When I then open task manager I find Itunes is not responding.
I have tried closing other programs, restarting the PC, downloading a new version of Itunes and repairing (that didn't work), then uninstalling and then reinstalling (same problem!)
What can I do? I can't sync or anything!

After iTunes requested that I download latest version on PC it now will not open. 2 error messages appear. first: The program can't start because MSVCR80.dll is missing from your computer. I have tried reinstalling a number of times and restarting computer but no luck.

This happened to me today as well post installing the latest version of itunes. I did a search on google for the error and came across a recommendation to :
Note: Start Windows in Safe Mode to complete any of the following steps if you're unable to access Windows normally due to the msvcr80.dll error.
If, and only if, you're receiving the msvcr80.dll is missing error when you open Apple iTunes, do the following: (skip this step if your msvcr80.dll error is occurring with a different program)
Uninstall from Windows the following five programs in this order: iTunes, Apple Software Update, Apple Mobile Device Support, Bonjour, and finally Apple Application Support. If you have iCloud, remove it as well.
Uninstalling these programs in Windows is done from an applet in Control Panel called Programs & Features (in Windows 8, 7, or Vista) or Add or Remove Programs (in Windows XP).
Note: Songs and playlists in iTunes will not be removed when you uninstall the iTunes program or any of the other, already-mentioned Apple programs. If you'd still like to back them up, they're usually located in the My Music folder in Windows.
Download the latest version of iTunes from Appleand note the location you're saving it to so you can find it once it's done.
Run the iTunes installation as an administrator. If you're not sure how to do that, see How Do I Open an Elevated Command Prompt? for help. That procedure shows you how to open the Command Prompt program as an administrator, but the steps are essentially the same for anything, including the iTunes installation package you just downloaded.
A general overview of removing and reinstalling iTunes can also be found here on Apple's site but the above procedure seems to work better in this particular situation.
