Oracle 9i and Dutch Spatial Reference System

Hi there,
just a pair of simple questions?
Does Oracle 9i support Dutch SR system?
Has the sdoapi changed since version 8.1.7?
Is it known where the next version of SDOAPI is gonna be released?

We have the same problem.
We have product (GO Loader - a generic GML parser) based on the SDOAPI so I'm also very keen on a release date for the new version, as the old version is stopping us chase a number of good oportunities! Are we talking within the month?
Here's some more detail on the Dutch problem :-
I'm working with some data that uses the Netherland National System SRID: 90112
In my own code I kept getting NullPointException when trying to fetch this SRID using the sdo Java libraries:-
SRManager srManager = OraSpatialManager.getSpatialReferenceManager(conn);
SpatialReference sref = srManager.retrieve(90112);
As well as my own code I've replicated the error by substituting this value in one of the Oracle examples SampleNewToSDO.java - I get the same results. Why can I not fetch the SRID 90112, I can fetch 81989 (British National Grid) and an other SRID for that matter. Here's the error :-
java.lang.NullPointerException
at java.util.Hashtable.put(Hashtable.java:380)
at oracle.sdoapi.sref.impl.SRManagerImpl.retrieve(SRManagerImpl.java:127)
at sample.SampleNewToSDO.main(SampleNewToSDO.java:47)
Even more confusing is thats its in the MD_SYS.CS_SRS when I do
select * from MDSYS.CS_SRS where SRID = 90112;
