Oracle Apps Licensing Information

Hi All,
Where can I get Various installation and licensing options for oracle Apps .
Frequently I have to answer questions like this:
we are having Inventory+PO+Order Management.
Now we are looking at implementing ATO or PTO processes.
ATO is better option but would require WIP so we need following information.
With Oracle Inventory ,PO and OM full install , IS WIP available as Shared install. If yes can we use it without any additional cost.
If not what is additional licensing cost for WIP?
