Order confirmation and Order changes

Hello Guru's,
I am having following issue, please let me know ur inputs on the same how to handle below situation.
There is Customer Vendor relationship under one system and under one company code.
Customer orders goods from Vendor and this Vendor supplies goods against this PO. These are nothing but plants in reality.
1) There is no issue when creating SO against the PO raised..
2) Once the SO is created how to send sales order confirmation and how to add the confirmation line in PO?
3) When the sales is changed and changes made at the time of sales order creation wrt to PO from customer: how to send these changes to customer and update his PO also.
Please let me know if anyone has gone thr' such situation. This should happen via ALE IDOC only.

It's ok.. as I knew the process.
The problem I had, when I change sales order and trigger ORDERS05 and ORDRSP idoc then it shows changes but also it shows all the sales order data.
The requirement which I have is as below:
1) If the sales order is changed then send only changed data and update the PO at customer side which is in same system.
i.e. let us say sales order is created and confirmation also send via ORDERS05 and ORDRSP. Now when SO is changed for quantity and price, then I want to send only these quantity and price changes via idoc and update PO accordingly.
This also applies for back order processing or supersession, where date or item itself can be changed or added.
Please come back if knows further.. Awaiting for ur reply.
I am interested to know what steps I have to follow and even if any routine I need to write to capture these changes.

    I am looking for Standard BCT that can give me True Open Order "quantities" and "Amounts". The extractor 2LIS_11_V_SCL seems to give open order qty for "Confirmed" Schedules only. I am looking to get the "Net Open Orders" based on "Planned Goods Issue Date".
    Any ideas on how to achieve this?

    Hi Lily,
    But these extractors comprises of all orders thus, it means open orders,confirmed and not confirmed, delivered and not delivered, and orders that are already invoiced.
    In my case, we need to have an open orders report meaning confirmed and not confirmed and where invoiced orders, delivered, and etc should not be included at all.
    Any idea?

    Hi Pooja,
    Try IW12, Display Document flow, if you are looking for a combined report of Order confirmations and Material status.There are various other reports related to order confirmations and Material status seperately. For material status you can use IWBK.

  • Printing sales order confirmation if order changes

    Hi all,
    I have to implement some changes in output control to achieve a particular requirement.
    Business wants sales order confirmations to get re-printed if and only if some changes in the sales order were cought.
    For example if the quanity of  a position changes then, the sales order confirmation must be re-printed.
    I was thinking to use requirement routine for sales order confirmation but in the structure komkbv1 and kompbv1 there are not all the fields i need to understands if in the sales order, any changes have been performed.
    Another way would be the user exit save_document_prepare in which i can use xvbak and yvbak in order to gather info about the changes in the sales order, but i am not sure this is the right way to achieve what business has asked to me.
    Do you have any ideas? Please, any suggestion is welcome!

    Hi gurus,
    My idea is:
    -user exit save_document_prepare: check chenges in SO using xvbak, yvbak etc.. If a change occurs i will set a particular parameter using "SET PARAMETER".
    -user exit USEREXIT_KOMKBV1_FILL: i will fill the communication structure with respect of the instruction of "GET PARAMETER"
    - requirement routine for sales order (vofm): checking of the communication structure to understand if sales order confirmation has to be re-processed or not.
    What do you think about this solution?

  • Sales order, Delivery and Invoice changes history tables

    Dear All,
    I want to know how to find out the changes done in Sales Order, Delivery and Invoice.
    As far as sales order is concerned, I know CDHDR and CDPOS are tables can be used to find out the changes.
    But I am not sure about the "Object ID". Where we need to find out this Object ID?
    In the Data element "VBELN_VA" "Change Document" option has been checked under "Further Characteristics" tab.
    Please confirm about the "Object ID".
    Similarly give inputs for Delivery and Invoice change history also.

  • Order confirmation and email confirmation not have same information?!?

    I just place an order online, I don't know why the order confirmation email does not have the same information as the original order confirmation.  
    After I hit the button to place the order, the order confirmation page clearly showed:
    -  the installation appt on July 23, 2015 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM in green color
    -  the order summary include "$350 Visa prepaid card" in green color
    -  the estimate bill is 154.92
    But in the email confirmation, it provided  total different thing:
    - no where on the email order confirmation  said about $350 Visa prepaid card.
    - the installation appt somehow change to July 28, 2015 8:00AM - 5:00 PM (<- move to 5 days later with an 8 hours window to expect people to take whole day off  from work to get installation?)
    - the estimate bill become 241.22 (<- move up 86.3)
    Does the email confirmation have the wrong information or Is it normal that Verizon automatically make change to the order after it submitted? Bill increase, date install change and no more prepaid card?

    Note the bill estimate on the email may have certain extra charges, hopefully all correct.  You will need to check when you get actual bill.  Things like install fee (if not waived) and partial month charges.  I don't remember if other taxes and fees are also included on one but not the other. YOU ARE NOT TALKING TO VERIZON ON THESE FORUMES.  The forums are mostly peer to peer.

  • Process Order Confirmation and Pallet

    Hi,
    Would appreciate if you can pitch in to get information on below requirement.
    Say for eg., for the 1000 CA of header quantity in a BOM, one (1) Pallet (PAL) is required and assume the pallet's are back flushed.
    - if you confirm 1000 CA, then SAP post 1 Pallet
    - if you confirm partial pallet, like 800 CA - then SAP posts 1 Pallet
    - but, if you confirm partial pallet, like 400 CA - then SAP posts 0 Pallet,
    I believe that's the nature of SAP design in rounding up / down. However in this unique circumstance of a Pallet, everyone would always like to Round up rather than round down.. so, in the example above confirm 400 CA should also post 1 Pallet.
    I couldn't find a solution in SAP with it, and I guess a user-exit might help to round up, but not sure which user-exit at process order confirmation will help.
    Any pointers would be a great helpu2026

  • Order confirmation and scrap gene in SL

    In Production Process - Two type sof scrap generate
    1. planned - which is maintained in BOm and update with 531 mvt type
    2. Unplanned - which is booked in scrap field while doing Confirmation. Suppose my Order material Y broke on the way/while doing maching etc , it is booked in the field Scrap while doing confirmation. ( No where found in Inventory)
    here case 2 , that scrap mat F(physically happned during prod process) is also sold . So an alternative method mentioned was with 501 will update scrap material F and ref made as Prd Order Number(order mat Y).
    It is fine , some how it meets the business req.BUt now they want with ref to confirmation But confrimation field is not avilable in Display screen for 501.
    I know 501 is not for this , but for the business [purpose it was mapped like this .
    551 will update o cost centre and not in INV
    So kindly help me to upload the scrap with 501 with Production confirmation and not with Production Order

         Raise Dummy production order i.e with out material in CO07 T-code, put total qty as 1,if u want to settle the order put settlement rule if not simply come back and go to Component over view and put Material (Srap Material ) and give required qty in minus sign
    EX:-10qty. put item categery as L
    save the order and do conformation in co11n the stock will build in inventary

  • Order Confirmed - No Order Found

    I am still waiting on an outcome to this, I have not received an email response.  I do have a case number for this but I am unable to call during business hours today to follow up.  I have a copy of my order confirmation from the website but the order number still shows invalid.  I would like to know how to proceed so that I can receive the product I attempted to purchase at the sale price you advertised.  Thank you.

    I placed an order tonight and did not get an email confirmation.  I checked my rewards coupon and Student Discount and they have been redeemed but there does not seem to be an order.  I did get a confirmation and an order number at time of order but no emails and it does not show up in my order history. 
    I wanted to make sure this goes through since the sale price was a great deal.  I used my rewards certificate and my student promo code but I was unable to re-do the order because it said codes have been used already.

  • O2 order confirmation with Order no & collection reference but no record of mobile on my o2

    Please can someone help?I set up a pay monthly phone online 2 days ago and recieved an o2 order confirmation along with Order No and collection reference in the store I chose to pick up in but I've heard no more. I spoke to the online team and they told me that my order is still with the credit check team. So why have I got an order confirmation? Also I cannot see this order in my O2. So confuse

    If it's with the credit check team still it means you have not yet been accepted so the order won't show and no confirmation until they do approve.

  • No order confirmation or order history

    I placed an order this morning on the website for store pickup under my account and have not gotten the order confirmation or an entry for the order in order history.  My Paypal accoutn was charged for the order so this is a little disconcerting.  Hope someone can help me with this as I will need the order number etc... to pick up at the store.

  • PO having negative Order quantity and Order value

    Dear All
    I am facing a strange scenario as described below :-
    I made a framework order(FO) with target value as 100000 INR.Net price for the material in the FO is given as 100 INR and Target Quantity as 0.00 EA.
    Now when I am making a PO with reference to this FO and entering PO quantity as 1.00 EA in the header status tab of PO, ordered quantity is appearing negative as 1.00 - EA and order value negative as 100.00 - INR.Due to this PO is not having release strategy due to negative value.
    Also when I am checking the FO line release documentation (i.e no of PO made against FO line item) there PO no is appearing but with negative quantity and value.
    Why is this happeing,please let me kneow.

    Hi SK,
    I don't know what is the reason for this behaviour, but you clearly misuse the system. Framwork orders (FO) in SAP are already purchase orders, they are not meant to have other PO's be generated with reference to them. You can (and should) post invoices directly with reference to the FO.
    It sounds like you need the "contract", trs ME31K. Once you created the contract you can (and should) create PO's with reference to it. Use the document type WK "value contract" if you want ot specify the target (limit) value.

  • Mandetory Order field and Order Release

    Dear Experts,
    We have made mandetory Problem(Damage) field [Table;VIQMFE, Field: FEGRP] in maintenance order.
    However system allows to Release the order even without no data available in the mandetory field.
    How could I prevent release the order ?

    Use IWO10002 PM maintenance order: Customer check for order release and put abap code for checking the required field of  maintenance notification when releasing work order.
    Standard functionality doesn't check the mandatory fields of notifications when you are releasing work order unless the particular field is integrated part of both, notification and work order.

  • BAPI for Purchase Order Confirmation and update EKES table

    Hi all,
    I have a requirement to update the PO confirmation soon after successful creation of PO in an IDOC.
    I have used BAPI_PO_CHANGE function module which didnt serve the purpose as it cannot update confirmations.
    I tried using ME_CONFIRMATION_UPDATE where I was able to add a confirmation entry in EKES table but that is not being reflected in ME23N transaction when I display the PO.
    Please help me out on this.

    NB: Never use a standard update FM (check attributes of ME_CONFIRMATION_UPDATE) its often only a SQL statement collector without any check, logging of changes or database consistency, if you perform a where-used you should find it is never called alone but with a bunch of other update FM after checks and other update preparation.
    Get back to the BAPI and table parameter POCONFIRMATION, also use BAPI_PO_GETDETAIL1 to get current data for the call of BAPI_PO_CHANGE.
