Below should work provided you have created/configured:
    - External System : CM-EXT1
    - Device Type: CM-METER-TYPE1
    - Manufacturer/Model : CM-MANUF1 / CM-MODEL1
You SHOULD NOT define <bo> element, it'll be derived based on <initialLoad> tag, i.e. F1IC - Ongoing Sync/Incremental Sync and F1IL - Initial Load.
<finalSnapshot> is what you need and you should be at least SP5 or above, if below you'd have to apply appropriate patch.

  • OUAF / MDM / Seasonal Time Shift Time Zone error 11002.18904

  • Random duplicate submission error

I have switched on the prevent duplicate submission page function on several of my pages in my app and find that from time to time i am randomly getting the duplicate page submission error.
At the time of the error i am navigating from the page to another page by clicking a button which submits the page firing a page branch; not sure why this would be captured as a duplicate page submission??
I am also getting the same random duplicate submission error in the apex builder when i try to change parameters for several different items on the same page
    any ideas?

I have managed to narrow it down to hitting the problem when accessing the application through webcache.
when i access directly through the apache listener then i am not encountering the problem. Are there any settings that need to be set in webcache to avoid this problem??
or is it not supported to work with webcache?

  • ERROR – SQL Server Login Failed, Error 11001

We have an application that uses MSDE as its ‘Back-end’.
It has been working fine for years.  We have however had to recently re-build the Operating System on our own Server that it was running on.
    Original O/S Environment
We used Windows Server 2008 r2, using
Hyper-V to run Windows Server 2003 so that we can use
    MSDE to run our application.
We do not want to change to later versions of SQL Server Express as they no-longer support Replication.
    NEW O/S Environment
When we re-built the Server we went for Windows Server 2008 r2, using
Hyper-V to run Windows 7 Enterprise so that we can use
    MSDE to run our application.
We have used this setup many times before and know that MSDE runs quite happily under Windows 7.
    Servers have been renamed
The real Windows Server 2008 r2 machine used to be called FILESERVER.
    It is now called FILE-SERVER.
The virtual machine running our application was originally called GEMSERVER.
    It is now called GEM-SERVER.
    What’s happening on the Server
The application is running fine.  We can access the underlying MDSE Database with SQL Server 2005 Management Studio Express without problem.
We can build a test ODBC Data Source and connect to the ‘SQL Server’ Database, again without problems.
What’s happening on the Client PC
The application does not connect.  I get:
         An error occurred while connecting.
[DBNETLIB]ConnectionOpen (Connect())SQL Server does not exist
         or access denied.
When I build a ODBC Data Source to test the Connection I get:
    Microsoft SQL Server Login
    Connection failed:
         SQLState: '01000'
         SQL Server Error: 11001
         [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][TCP/IP Sockets]ConnectionOpen
         (Connect()).
         Connection failed:
         SQLState: '08001'
         SQL Server Error: 6
         [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][TCP/IP Sockets]Specified SQL
         server not found
I can Ping GEM-SERVER from the Client PC without problems.
I have disabled Firewalls an Anti-Virus Software on both the GEM-SERVER and the Client PC – to no avail.
    I’ve tried connecting with:
    Named Pipes,
    TCP/IP,
    IP Address of GEM-SERVER – 192.168.16.122,
Using Specific Port 1433 in connection.
    NONE of it worked.  L
ANYBODY any ideas what to try next?

Here's the solution that we came up with to our own problem:
This problem was actually caused by a bug in our own Application.
For some reason when we restored our MDSE Database the correct SQL Server Access Protocols were not setup correctly.  (It is designed to handle these setup issues for us and has done so previously.)
We still have to determine why it happened and rectify the problem within our Software.
However to correct the problem with our own 'Server' we had to manually:
Run netsvrcn.exe using command prompt as an Administrator on the ‘Server’ running the MSDE Database,
Enable TCP and NAMED PIPES protocol
    Restart SQL Server instance
Exclude the ports SQL Server normally listens on, from the firewall using ‘Windows Firewall Advanced Security’ for both in-bound and out-bound rules:
    1433 TCP port
    1434 UDP port
We then tested the ODBC connection from client machine and found that it worked fine, as indeed did our application.
However we still have a residual problem.
For we cannot connect to our Server called GEM-SERVER using GEM-SERVER\GEMSQLSRVR we have had to use 192.168.16.122\GEMSQLSRVR.
We are not sure why.  We obviously wish to use the machine’s name rather than its IP Address, as its IP Address is dynamically assigned by a DHCP server so may change in future.
Do I need to raise this remaining problem as a separate issue?

  • The document "BOULET PEANUT - OFF LINE 3-QuickTime H.264.mov" could not be opened. An unknown error occurred (-101)

I turned on my mac this morning after using Qt all day yesterday with no problems
    I get this message
The document “BOULET PEANUT - OFF LINE 3-QuickTime H.264.mov” could not be opened. An unknown error occurred (-101)
Also QT will not play the audio of the files
    I'm on a mac pro, 10.7.4
    Everything updated
Any know whats up and can help solve this, it seems to be a software related problem to QT 7 or X

Exactly the same by my iMac.
"The document ... could not be opened. An error occurred (-101)"
I can play the same video with VLC player but not with QuickTime.
QuickTime and iTune can not play anything at all.
VLC Player however can play all medias without any problem.
    All my apps are uptodate.
    What could be the problem?

Anyone else have plenty of room on their computer and getting error code 101 when it is extracting cs5?  I really need this to open for a class I am taking

Where did you try to save the file too?  I would recommend completing Solution 1 in Troubleshoot Adobe Download Assistant - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/troubleshoot-download-assistant.html#main_Solutio n_1.  Once done begin the download process again this time making sure to select your User folder or Desktop for the location to download the install files too.

  • ApplicationDidReceiveMemoryWarning and exit with "error status 101"

My application crashed with memory error. It doesn't show any memory leak, but handles a large database and it looks like, its cache causes this problem.
I fixed it by closing database and reopen it inside "applicationDidReceiveMemoryWarning".
It works great on the first call to applicationDidReceiveMemoryWarning (actually significantly dropping the memory usage). But the function is never called again, and my application eventually crashes after a few minutes of heavy usage with "error status 101" .
My understanding is that "error status 101" happens when app doesn't release memory properly on didReceiveMemoryWarning, but in my case, it just crashes without giving me a chance to clean up.
Any idea on what's going on here?

Yes, actually, the other answer you got was wrong.
Just throw an error inside the script, probably (given what you want to do) at the end. For example:
osascript -e 'error "This is a test." number 9000'
on the command line will give (on the command line) something like:
6:22: execution error: This is a test (-128)
If you read the man page for osascript, you will see that by default script errors are written to stderr; if you have your shell script watch stderr between the start of the script and the end of it, you'll catch the result message.
A few things to keep in mind:
--> AppleScript can catch its own errors using a "try" block, similar to in other languages. The basic syntax is:
    try
(* Do some stuff here *)
    on error msg number num
(* Process the error here *)
    end try
--> If you throw an error yourself, try to use an error number which is "safe". Most of the negative numbers are already in use as standard signals. For example, -128 is "User canceled", while -43 is "file not found" (which pops up if you cast a string to an alias and the string does not describe a path to a valid item in the filesystem -- that's actually a very simple way to test for file existence). If you use numbers starting with 9000, which seems to be the consensus starting point, then you have the additional advantage of being able to figure out where things went wrong.

  • An unknown error occurred (-101)

When I try to open a movie taken by my iPhone...I'm getting this error.
The document “IMG_2023.MOV” could not be opened. An unknown error occurred (-101)
    It's not very informative.
    Any thoughts?
    Thanks.

I've noticed that if I use the "internal speakers"...the movie plays fine.
If I use my "Alesis USB Device"...I get that error.
iTunes and just about every other program on this Macbook Pro are able to use the USB audio device just fine.
    Lame.
Why would QuickTime refuse to use a working audio device?

  • Apple iOS App Store submission Errors

I am getting several errors during submission.
    1) I'm using the "correct" version of the Adobe AIR 4.0 compiler downloaded from http://labsdownload.adobe.com/pub/labs/flashruntimes/air/air4-0_sdk_win.zip as noted here: http://forums.adobe.com/message/6081764#6081764
    2) I am developing on Windows, using intelliJ, but using the Application Loader on my Macbook
    3) I can publish to my iPad for testing/development purposes no problem
    4) As far as I can tell I *must* submit the app via a Mac, so I'm submitting from my Macbook AIR even though I am developing on my Windows Desktop
    5) This app is "iPad only". I have only inluced <string>2</string> in the supported devices section of the descriptor XML file.
    5) When I attempt to submit the app using the Application Loader on the Mac I receive the following errors:
ERROR ITMS-9000 "This bundle is invalid....must be built in Xcode 5"
ERROR ITMS-9000 "Your binary is not optimized for iPhone 5..."
Unable to authenticate the package: 813923839.itmsp
WARNING ITMS-9000 "Missing recommended icon file"
    Questions:
Can I submit the application from a different machine from where it was published (and the cer request was made?)
Why am I getting the Xcode 5 error when I'm publishing with an SDK others seem to say works.
Why is it giving me the iPhone error when I have only specified iPad as the only supported devices?
All help will be greatly appreciated, thanks!
    K

    Thanks Colin for the clarification.
I agree that the Manage Adobe AIR SDK option is the right way, rather than replacing the files in the AIR 3.8 directory. With Flash CS5.5 it was necessary to use the exisitng directory to get it to work with new versions of AIR.
The files that I downloaded from labs.adobe.com/downloads are for AIR 13.0.0.42 but the files are intended for Flex developers. After reading your reply I found the AIR SDK 4.0 files that can be downloaded from http://www.adobe.com/devnet/air/air-sdk-download.html. Creative Cloud does not have a separate product entry for AIR. So it is reasonable to assume that if Flash Pro is up to date then it should include the latest version of AIR - but it doesn't!.
Apparently the product "Flash Profressional CC and Mobile Device Packaging" is unaware when new versions of AIR are released, even if they are necessary to fix critical issues. This is not acceptable for a product that requires a monthly subscription to keep it up to date!
Sorry if this sounds a bit harsh - but I really need Flash and AIR to be reliable and easy to use, so I can get on with making apps!!

  • SRM-MDM 3.0, assignment failed, runtime error

    Hi all,
We are using SRM-MDM catalog 3.0, MDM-Client version are 7.1.01.78.
When building assignments which include lookup tables, the assignment failes giving the following runtime error:
"Assignment operation failed: A runtime error occurred while evaluating an validation or calculation field"
The assignment is initialising the item type with "Normal". If it is already filled, leave the old value.
    Assignment Code Used:  IF(IS_NULL(Item Type.[[Record]]), Item Type [[Normal]],Item Type.[[Record]])
The runtime error only occures when the Else-branche is processed.
This code above is also used in version 2.0 of the srm catalog, it is valid and working properly.
The code was re-entered in a, newly created, version 3.0 catalog-repository.

Error solved, we upgraded to version 3.0 Support pack 05 patch 2

  • Podcast Submission: error message "We had difficulties downloading episodes from your feed."

When I try to submit a podcast into iTunes, the error message that comes up is "We had difficulties downloading episodes from your feed."  I've validated the feed. It's not a duplicate submission. Not sure what to fix, as it doesn't list a specific error. Any help??

This is another case of WordPress strikes again. You have one episode, but its media file appears only in the description in the feed, and in a link on the web page. You have to have an 'enclosure' tag containing the media file URL or iTunes will see the episode as having no playable media and thus not show it.
WordPress is producing what is in effect a blog feed: it is possible to get WordPress to produce a podcast feed, and there is evidently something you need to do to enable that, but I'm afraid I can't advise on that.
Your media file is hosted on Dropbox and this is liable to cause you problems. As it's currently set up the link leads to a web page with a download link - this will not work. You have to provide a direct link to the file which will play in a browser, and you should avoid it being https instead of http. You would be better off hosting your media files on an ordinary web server.

  • Apple app submission error

67 yr old rookie developer.  What does this mean and how do I fix it?  ERROR ITMS-9000: "Invalid Code Signing.  The executable 'viewer.app/viewer' must be signed with the certificate that is contained in the provisioning profile."  This is my 2nd app submission.  The first one went up and through Apple's review with no problem.
