Out bound proxy query.

Hi all,
I am a ABAP -er.
I am facing one issue .
Scenario : When ever user create some Business partner or change some Bp , that thing will trigger in GIS system through PI.
We developed proxy & outbound proxy program .
It is working fine after running the program every time.
My query : When ever user create some Business partner or change some Bp ,how it will trigger every times ? will we need to run Z program every times or any other PI Or BASIS or abap things or batch job to be done ?
Thanks
Kumar Gourav.

Hi Gourav,
You need to call the outbound proxy method inside user exit or enhancement spot for BP transaction code, normally you need to look for user exits or enhancement spots for save button on BP transaction.
When ever user clicks on save button the use exit will get trigger and the proxy method also called and send the data to PI.
I hope i clarified your question.
Regards,
Praveen.

    > need info how we come to know is any changes is done at source side.
    In case of Outbound Proxy, the source side is R3, so change in source side can bee seen by comparing the versions, But if you mean XI by source side then you need to discuss it with XI consultant or if you have access to XI system repository then you can compare both the stuctures in XI and R3 proxy.
    > where we have check how it triggers how the data will follow
    It will be triggered in R3 by an ABAP Program, and then data will be sent to XI and then in XI you can see the flow in Integration Directory under Receiver Determination.

    Can any one give me clue ,how to find out which sub query returns more than one row in the following query .This is why smaller, simpler queries are easier to work with than huge ones - when something like this goes wrong smaller queries are much eaiser to debug. Unfortunately using smaller, easier-to-work with queries is not always an option
    Ganesh is right - you will have to dissect the big query bit by bit until you find the offending subquery. If there is another way I would like to find out about it too.
    The easiest way to do this is probably to use block comments to isolate parts of the query bit by bit until you find the offending part. If you carefully examine the subqueries you might be able to figure out which one is returning multiple rows without commenting everything
    Good luck!

  • In DBI , how to find out the Source Query used for the Report

    Hi All,
    How to find out the Source Query used to display the data in the DBI Reports or Dashboards. We can get it in Apps Front end by Going to Help and Record Histroty. But DBI Runs in Internet Explorer so i dont know how to get the source query ( SELECT Query ) Used.
    In IE we have View --> Source . But that does not help since it gives the HTML Coding and not the SELECT Query used.
    If anyone has ever worked on it...Please help me in finding it.

  • How 2 Copy Header & Line Item Text from Purchase Order 2 Out Bound Delivery

    Hi SD Gurus,
    I want to copy header and line item text from Purchase Order to Out Bound Delivery (This is required in Stock Transfer Process).
    I have been able to do successful config. for copying header and line item text from Sales Order to Outbound Delivery but config. doesn't seems to be same for copying text from PO to OBD.
    Is there any way to achieve the same? Can some expert show the way to achieve this.
    Thanks in advance.
    Warm regards,
    Rahul Mishra

    Hi Ravikumar thanks for u quick reply.
    This is wht is currently coded.
    concatenate values to get item text for read text function
       invar3+0(10) = invar1. "PO number
       invar3+10(5) = invar2. "PO line number
       SELECT SINGLE * FROM stxh WHERE tdobject = 'EKPO'
                                   AND tdname   = invar3
                                   AND tdid     = 'F01'
                                   AND tdspras  = sy-langu.
       IF sy-subrc = 0.
         invar4 = invar3.
    reading the text for the document items.
         CALL FUNCTION 'READ_TEXT'
           EXPORTING
             id       = 'F01'
             language = sy-langu
             name     = invar4
             object   = 'EKPO'
           TABLES
             lines    = it_itab.
    I have seen some PO's which have info rec texts in that, which gets pulled by the above code...first thing is its id is F02 which exist in STXH table also there is other text with F01 id, and hence the table it_itab gets both these text hence no pbm.
    but i came across a PO which has only one text which is info rec text with id F05 and is not store in stxh and hence doesnot get pulled by read_text fm. How do i change my cod to get this text which should not hamper other PO's as well.
    As mentioned in above msgs, this F05 could be retrieved by providing object name as EINE.
    anyhelp will be appreciated and rewarded.
    thanks

  • Time out of the Query

    Sdn
    Im getting Time out for one query while excuting in PRD system. That query filter field setting is Only values Infoprovider. But DEV Im able to excute the same query, but in this system that field setting is Only posted values in navigation
    advance wishes

    Hi Kirun,
    I'm sure, it can be done in dev because the data is not big like in the production.
    You need to tune up your info provider (info cube/ods).
    I had once the problem like you, i can run in dev, but not in prd.
    due I use ODS, so that I tuned it up by creating Index. And after it, it can run well.
    If it's Info cube, you can create aggregate / compress it.
    Hope it helps you a lot.

  • Aggregates...How to find out for a query..Any TC??

    Hi friends,
    How to find out whether the query is using aggregates or not, which are built on its base cube. Is there any TCode for it to know?. Without going to Infocube maintenance tab, can we know whether queries use aggegates???
    Thanks
    Murthy

    Go to RSRT transcation in bw
    there u select the query on  cube where u created an aggergates click Execute+debug(you vl be presented with select"show aggregates used"also check Nochache now click the tickmark.
    It  vl show you how many aggegates are there for the cubes and how many aggegates are used for the particular query used .Go to table RSDDSTAT this  shows every navigational step for a query and vch aggregates it used.

    I done Purchase order inbound ...
    you have to set up partner profile at we20 like message type,idoc type,port..
    Message type : orders
    idoc type : orders05,once you done it creates the purchase order,for testing you can use we19 ,enter data manually and you can see the status at we02 or we05 transaction
    Reward Points if it is helpful

  • Out bound delivery against STO

    Hi
    My client requirement is to trace every movement against STO i-e system should track each GR against each GI against STO.
    Meaning when we issue a goods against STO system should track against which GI user post GR as in the system there is no standard available to track this activity.
    We will see a possibility that the we have posted a outbound delivery against STO and the GOODS ISSUE and similarly do the inbound delivery and then GR against STO this is the only way to track the Goods Receipts against Good Issue.
    It is only suggestions kindly correct me if I am wrong and one more help how the system create out bound delivery against STO.
    Regards,
    Tahir

    HI,
    Whatever you mention is correct

  • Customizing out-of-box query application

    Hello!
    We are using the out-of-box query application on SES 10.1.8.4.0. We have created an XSLT stylesheet for rendereing search results and configured it in SES.
    We have two questions:
    1. Our customer would like the SES score to be shown for each hit in the search result.
    It seems that the SES score (relevancy) is not provided as part of the result XML that the configured XSLT stylesheet works on.
    We know that it is available when using the Java API and when viewing source in the browser it seems to be available as an attribute on <div> tags for each hit.
    Is there a way to make it accessible to the XSLT stylesheet?
    2. Is there any way to configure the number of search hits to be shown on each page in the search result?
    Regards,
    Brian Nielsen

    I think the answer is "no" to both of these questions. I will attempt to confirm.
