OutPut form UserTask to java client

HI All,
I have the following senario over here ..help me out :-(
1)Invoke a webservice
2)Reply Activity
3)UserTask-------------->If i approve this user task i will call an other webservice,
if i REJECT the user task the process comes to an end
I am calling this BPEL webservice from the java client, and i am able to get the out of the first invoke webservice activity from the result and my BPEL process moves to the UserTask and waits there for the human interaction.
I am using the Worklist API to APPROVE/REJECT the user task.If i APPROVE the user task from the java code(Worklist API) how can i get the otu put the other
WEBSERVIES i which is invoked after updating the usertask from java code.
Cheers,
Kalyan.

Hi guys,
Any updates on the above post .
Doubt:How to get the out from the invoke activity to the java client which is invoked after the user task.
NOTE:I am invoking the BPEL process by creating a java client to the BPEL process.
Thanks
Patti.

  • Analyzer 5.03 Forms not showing on the java client

I have created several views and forms from one database. On the main form I have several buttons that connect to sub forms with views combined in them. Before I made several changes on the main form it worked fine, today I made several changes renamed it and saved it. In the windows client I am able to see the main form and it works correctly. When I go to the java client and I try to open the main form it is blank until I refresh it and then it works fine. What do I need to do to get the main form to appear when I open it on the java client.Thanksacvadmin

We had this same problem which helped in our decision to install the 6.2 version. Unfortunately there is no easy way to determine which graphic images will translate correctly and which won't in Java. If you're not planning on upgrading, you're in for some frustration. To make the forms appear correctly and consistenly, I would redesign the page from scratch and test each iteration in Java as I added new panels or new images. Then hope you never have to modify your form again. Make sure panels on the bottom layers were created first and those on top created last; avoid cutting and pasting images or other control objects. Make sure handlebars on images are not touching any other image object. Allow extra room between images. These tips will help, but are not guaranteed!

  • Connecting Java client to SSL server with existing certificates

I am currently trying to connect my Java client to an existing server application
written in C++. I have been provided the needed certificates (root.pem, server.pem,
and client.pem). My code simply creates a SSLSocket and then attempts to read
from it. Something goes wrong during the handshake process and I get a SSLHandshakeException. The certificates have been added to the keystore
I am using, and I do not know any other action to take.
    Here is the debug output:

(I am the original poster of this message, I had to create a new username though).
The original problem had to do with incompatibilities with the protocol and/or cipher suites
used. Now, the client and server perform most of the handshake process, but something
goes wrong as the server requests the client certificate. In other words, the server requires
mutual authentication, but for some reason it seems like my JSSE client won't send over
it's client certificate. I don't get any type of bad certificate exceptions, so I'm not sure
where the source of the error lies.

Also I tried install Oracle Forms first then 11g client , But  I got same issue .
I think if  I created multiplr home one for 11g client and other for forms , it may work out .
    Please  help me

  • How to get user defined class in java client of a bpel prcoess?

I have written a simple bpel process which returns a bean class namely employee which has three String fields(name,id and email). From java client when I am invoking the prcoess the prcoess instance is starting and completing properly. From Bpel console when I check the audit of the instance, it shows everything as expected. But in client class instead of three strings I am getting only first string i.e email in response. I checked the mapping and all WSDL files but could not find a proper reason. I am attaching the wsdls of bpel prcoess and the client code:

    Hi Abdul,
From the document, we know that CONSTRAINED flag is used to reduce the risk of injection attacks via the specified string. If a string is provided that is not directly resolvable to qualified
or unqualified member names, the following error appears: "The restrictions imposed by the CONSTRAINED flag in the STRTOSET function were violated."
So you need to make sure the members are passed properly to the STRTOSET function. For more details, please see the following links:
    http://ch1n2.wordpress.com/2010/02/21/the-restrictions-imposed-by-the-constrained-flag-in-the-strtoset-function-were-violated/
    http://www.bp-msbi.com/2010/04/passing-unconstrained-set-and-member-parameters-between-reports-in-reporting-services/
    Hope this helps.

I am able to retrieve the value of a particular cell using the data access package.i want to know how can i get the measure and dimension of a particular cell in java client.is it possible to get the row and edge of the selected cell?please help me in this.
    thanks and regards
    S.Sharanya

    hi,
I am able to get the value like 'RM00' of the dimension by using the method,
    m_activeView.getModel().getDataAccess().getValueQDR(1,1,1).getDimMember(m_activeView.getModel().getDataAccess().getValueQDR(1,1,1).getDimensions().nextElement().toString()));
but this give all the values of the each dimension for each cell of the crosstab.but i want the values of dimension which is selected.i am able to get the selected dimension usind qdr method, for which i am getting the output like
    MDM!MEASUREDIMENSION(MDM!D_DEMO1.RESIDUAL_DIM 'RM00', MDM!MEASUREDIMENSION 'MDM!M_DEMO1.PD_BR_RMT_LDRUN_CUBE.PBRL_SIM', MDM!D_DEMO1.PRODUCT_DIM 'G001', MDM!D_DEMO1.LOADRUN_DIM '3', MDM!D_DEMO1.BRANCH_DIM 'HO01')
i want to know the method so that i can get only values ,like RM00,G001,3,H001.is there any method,so that i can get all these value alone.pls help me.i am not able to proceed without this.

  • How to create a custom java client Security Policy File?

I have a stand-alone java client which invokes a .NET WSE 3.0 enabled web service. The web service SOAP header requires username token to be passed from my java client.
Could some one kindly provide a sample of a client-side Security Policy File?
Your help is very much appreciated.
    Mike

    This is still a workaround...
But if you put checks on all your forms to see if the user has accepted the terms (assumes there is an attribute tracking this) then you can redirect the user to the terms/conditions forms. Still not spoof-proof, but it would be bookmark proof. (and a pain if you have too many forms)

  • Oracle 9i lite connection with a Java Client

    Hi,
I would like to connect a Java Client developed using PersonalJava edition for PDA with an Oracle 9i lite version which is also on PDA.
I would like to know is it possible to connect such a client (Java) using some JDBC drivers on PDA.
if yes please do suggest a suitable driver and some input tips as to how to connect a GUI developed in Java directly to Oracle on PDA.
I am not too sure whether some web/application server is required in the whole setup.
because in N-Tier Architecture we have a middle layer of Application /Web servers in between a client screen(usually a Browser) and Database.
but I am not aware weather it is possible to directly connect Java Swing or Client application as I mentioned above developed using Personal edition with a database using only some driver software but no other middle ware component in between.i.e forming a 2 tier client server model.
please do let me know your valuable suggestions at [email protected]
    thanks,
    Ashish

I connect to the database through the same user that created those tables. Do I still need a public synonym ?

  • How to send  a request to servlet from a java client.

I called a servlet from java client using URL object.
I could establish a connection with server and display
    the content(like req.getservername etc.,)
of servlet on client side(DOS prompt).
My question is how do i send a request to servlet from the client.
let me say, i have to send a value as 10 to servlet and do some processing
    ( like 10*2 = 20) display the output (20) on client side..
It will be appreciated if u can mention the syntax...

just add the query string to the url you use to create the URL object from.

hii!! just trying to make it a little more explinatory
    1) what I am trying to accomplish by the above code is: - just need to echo/print from the Server , message send by the Client. I know code is not that good but should be able to perform this basic operation( according to me ).You are wrong. I told you that it won't work as long as you are using ObjectOutputStream and ObjectInputStream. You shouldn't write objects.
    2) Message sent by the client is "hello world"(hard coded). No, it's not. You are writing a serialized byte array.
    3) what I am getting at the client end is "*message recieved: ur*" (before that It shows the Ip of client machine)
It should print "hello world ".See above.
You are having a problem, and I have told you what the problem is.hey I dont know what went wrong but . I posted all this just next to my first post ...before you posted !!
And hard coded byte array includes "hello world"...may be I am not able to explain properly.

    Hi Amit
We also have this issue with weblogic webservices. Did you get any resolution for this issue.
When the service is executed for lesser number of hits, all the responses are processed properly. But as load (Number of hits for the same service) increases, few responses are failed to be parsed in the web service client. We could confirm that the producer responds with proper content type (text/xml)
Any help or pointers will be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks,
    Finny
