'Overflow' Fix for TabbedPanels in IE6

Question

I noticed a problem with tabs holding content longer than the
browser window. If the tab-content was longer than the browser
window, my footer would overlap content or disappear in IE6.
Here's a workaround to keep your tab content in check for
longer pages or just for looks (note, this is inline CSS for only
one tab, but you could add these properties to all tabs via the
main TabbedPanelsContent class).

The first option adds scrollbars to the right and bottom of
the content box; the second option places scrollbars within the
borders, just an aesthetic difference.
It's important to apply the height and overflow to or inside
of the TabbedPanelsContent divs. Placing the height and overflow
anywhere else causes tabs to disappear while scrolling through
content in IE6.
