I add new record of IT0002 on 09.07.2007 (Change name title) but valid begin date is 01.10.2007 , End date is 31.12.9999

The description (F1) states:
Integration: New Infotype 0001 Record When Description Is Changed
If the value entered is 'X' and you change the description of positions,
jobs or organizational units, new infotype 0001 records for the
personnel numbers concerned are created on the date of the change(s).
This means that the system will always display the up-to-date
descriptions of named objects, both in Personnel Administration
transactions and in reports on persons.
If the description of an object is changed on a particular date (as of
Release 4.5, this is done in Organizational Management by copying a
record from infotype 1000, "object"), the system first establishes which
personnel numbers are affected by this, and marks them internally. Then,
you should use report RHINTE30 (parameter "Open Personnel Numbers Only")
to create a batch input session. After this session has been processed,
new infotype 0001 records for the person(s) concerned are created.
If the field PLOGI SPLIT is blank, the system only creates new infotype
0001 records if the assignment itself (that is, the number of the
position, job or organizational unit) changes.
Seems to be just what you are looking for. However the downside is that this will increase the data in IT0001.

Here's a real simple example that writes info out to a normal list.
(report is based on using Logical DB PNP)

However I can't use GET / PROVIDE / ENDPROVIDE in a Form.
Anyway round this ---seems HR has an aversion to OO.

well, GET_PERNR is a so called event_statement. It has nothing to do with ABAP 00.
Normally it will be like this:
START-OF-SELECTION.
GET_PERNR.
PROVIDE ....
END-OF-SELECTION.
-> and here the CALL SCREEN NNNN for ALV-Display.
Provide-statements you can use in forms of course, and as many times you want during GET and END-OF-SELECTION.
But as I understood : you just want to save the write-statements?
I always develop a DDIC-Structure, declarate the data objects in the programm, read the data via Provide into the infotypes, and then make a move-corresponding to my structure. and display it.
Normally no problem.

Development Plan templates have been created for all active associates. It is desired by HR to be able to extract certain data from these plans into an Excel spreadsheet. They want to be able to gauge a composite of development needs.

Allow Selection of sub statuses from form that are to be extracted to excel.

only forms for associates in the included personnel areas will be extracted.

logic:
All templates selected above that are any of the selected statuses, should be selected.

There may be one or more rows of the selected criteria. (When you are in the form you can click on the Create icon to create up to 7 rows of Action Steps.) All rows should be included.
