Package specification and must be defined in the package body

Hi All
While creating bellow Package, following error occured. Plese guide me.

The signature of the procedure in the specification and in the body must be the same. This includes the name of the parameters.
Change the specification to
create or replace PACKAGE Fresh_Movement IS
   Procedure Opening_Cx (pYear Number, pWeek in number);
END Fresh_Movement;
