PageDown, PageUp functions in TableView using HTMLB
Hi All,
I have created a table view using HTMLB and set visibleRowCount as 5. Page Down button is active if the number of rows are more than 5.
After i click on PageDown, all records disappear from tableView.
I'm not clear how i can handle it in onInputProcessing Event. I have given onNavigate = "Navigate". This Event is triggered when Page down is pressed.
Page down is not automatically handled? Should we write code for that in Event Handling? Please let me know how i can get the exact button (PageDown or LineDown) which was pressed. For all buttons it triggers Navigate event.
Please help as soon as possible.

Where did u write the code to populate the itab? Make sure its filled everytime the event is triggered. Look at the SAP sample application SBSPEXT_TABLE.

Can anybody tell me how to raise a pop-up page using HTMLB.But don't use webdynpro.
I want to set a TextField on PAGE A,and a button ,when i click the button,
it raise up a page B,Page B contains a HTMLB tree,when i click the tree node,
The textfield value in Page A will get the node text.

onClientClick="popUpMethod();" of button call a java script method popUpMethod(). which will call the other page. below is the code for opening other page as pop up

Javascript is client scripting language, which is mainly used for validations at the client side.
To add new row using a HTMLB tag ucannot use javascript. Instead pass "visibleRowCount" variable to a abap variable and add the variable on every button click.. that wil increase the visible row count.
Also the size of the table view is the size of the itnernal table, so append a blank like to the internal table or insert it at the top.
If you are not using HTMLB tags and using simple HTML tags u can always add a row using java script.

It works if the function is an autonomous transaction:

How to find the existing function module is used in another function module

I created a function module and the same one is called from another function module.
When I tried to find where the first function module is used using Where-used List , I am getting the message "function module not found in selected areas" .
Please guide me what is other method to find whether the function module is used in another one.

or go to fucntion group and Generate the Funtion group once.
it will detect all fucntion modules under that function group.

I guess the error " Aggregate and lookup functions cannot be used in query parameter expressions." is because I am using CountRow to ensure that if all values of multi select all selected i will not use that filter in where clause.
Pls. guide...Hi, Include your parameter total count in the dataset for parameter and instead of using countrows() function use the count from dataset in the expression.

How do I get Vendors with Sales < 5000 into "OTHER VENDORS" ?Hi,
You need to group by Month on group expression,
And you can use the same expression in the report column as
=IIF(Sum(Fields!Mth_1_Sales.Value)>5000,Fields!Vendor_No.Value,"OTHER VENDORS")

ABAP Function Module where-used in BI-Transformations
Hi,
we have developed some ABAP-Z-Function-Modules. These are used in several BI-Data-Transformations and work fine and performant.
The problem we have now is to find out in which transformation a Function-Module is used.
The where-used-list in SE37 doesn't report any BI-Transformations althought I check all categories.
Got anyone a solution for our problem?

Maximum file size using htmlb:fileUpload
Hello Gurus,
in a bsp application we are using htmlb:fileUpload. It was possible to upload a 43 MB file without problem. But our maximum file size is about 220 MB. We made a test with a 190 MB file. After we hit the post button, the browser disconnects immediately (without timedelay) with the message: page cannot be displayed.
for me it looks like we hit some restriction.
any idears how to manage the 220 MB file in the browser beside splitting it into smaller files would be greatly appreciated.

How to bee able to use the anchor functionality as is used in APEX develop

First of all APEX is great !
I have been using APEX to do some small applications in Norway. Now i am in a position to make a sales presentation for Norwegian Civil Aviation authority department. I hope we winn the contract and then we are going to use APEX for building the system.
I need to bee able to navigate between many regions on an effective way. We would have the pages with 3-8 regions on each page and it would bee very suitable do have the functionality which is used in APEX Application builder where it is possible to show all regions on the page and then bee able to scroll through all regions on the page.
But also bee able to user #ANCHOR_NAME at the end of the URL and then just switch to one of the regions (show just one region on the page).
I have made a test page with use of #ANCHOR_NAME and this is ok, but i don't know how to just hide all other regions when you navigate to the anchor name. In application builder it is very nice when you navigate between regions and when you hit the "Show All" link, all regions is displayed on the same page.
I also need to have each region the same size in width as in Application Builder, and the theme used in Application builder would also bee nice to used (in another color) is it possible to have a copy of the theme and make some adjustments to it ?.
I would bee very greatfull for any feed back about this subject. I am going to make a demonstration 19 Descember.

You can review it at http://htmldb.oracle.com/i/javascript/htmldb_html_elements.js. The DOM nodes that the function uses are specific to the Builder page template, but the code is fairly generic enough that you can adapt it to meet your needs. [Not sure what your comfort and experience level with Javascript is]
That function also saves the selected region/section in a client-side cookie so that it persists the next time you visit the page.
