Parameter "dependencies" in show ip cef vrf command

Question

Could you explain the meaning of "dependencies" parameter in the sh ip cef vrf <vrf> x.x.x.x detail command output? The word "recursive" is interested in too.
For example:

recursive means that the next-hop for this prefix, is just a IP address, so the real directly connected next-hop address and interface is obtained by doing a lookup to find the longest match for next-hop.
In this case, we can see that 172.28.250.13 resolve through 172.27.250.12/30, and it's next-hop interface is Serial0/1/3:0
The dependencies counter indicate, how many recursive prefixes, resolve through this particular prefix, if you look at 172.28.250.12/30 you will see that it's dependencies counter is 1 or larger, as it has at least this prefix resolving through it.
