Pass word rejection!!!

icloud is rejecting my password , is there anything I can do HELP!!!

Interesting that I have found the same thing. The help lines seem unable to assist and you get passed from one department to another.
After my email account was hacked I could not get into my account as they had changed my security information, so reset my password etc would not work. It took several long phone calls to get it restored, but I could not change my security information as it had been changed too many times and I had to wait till next month. Even the help teams could not reset it for me.
I decided the safest was to cancel the email account which had been compromised but BT seem unable to do this for me. They have opened a new one, but on 2 occasions I have been told the one one is now closed, only to continue receiving emails on it.
The major concern and urgency is that over 10+ years with BT, most of my other accounts, Amazon, Paypal etc, are all build around this compromised email name and although I can go to these accounts/sites and change the password, these accounts normally send a confirmation email - to the now compromised email address - so it's a pointless activity!
I would have expected an organisation like BTto take internet fraud seriously and have a system in place to assist it's customers at difficult times like this but we are left to fight with the disjointed technical assistance set up and get passed from one department to another without getting the necessary result. - Oh, and if someone in India who assures you they do understand your problem and how important it is to them to resolve it, and of course they will call you back, don't believe a word of it!!!
