PaymentTermsTypes doesn't expose Installments

Is there a way to add installments when creating a new Payment Term w/ the DI?  I'm using the PaymentTermsTypes object, but I don't see anyway to access the installments...  I'm using SBO 2007A SP00 PL48.

Unfortunately, there are only 15 fields exposed to DI out of 24 fields for this objects.  You may need manually amend those term types for installments.
Thanks,
Gordon

  • JDBC Datasource creation via ANT doesn't expose the JNDI name

I'm using the wlconfig ANT task to create a Datasource (& JDBC connectionpool) on the weblogic server. The datasource is created fine, and I can test it using the console.
The problem is that the provided JNDI name isn't exposed in the JNDI tree. This seems to be related to the fact that the following element is generated in the config/jdbc/CP-PoolName-2164-jdbc.xml
    <jdbc-data-source>
    <name>PoolName</name>
    <internal-properties>
    *<property>*
    *<name>LegacyType</name>*
    *<value>1</value>*
    *</property>*
When removing the LegacyType 1 property from the JDBC config xml, the JNDI name is exposed fine.
I've used the instructions located at [http://edocs.bea.com/wls/docs100/programming/ant_tasks.html] where an example of a JDBCConnectionPool creation is provided.
The 10.3 documentation doesn't include the example anymore, but I'm having the problem both on BEA Weblogic 10.0 and Oracle Weblogic 10.3
    <wlconfig url="t3://localhost:7001" username="weblogic" password="weblogic">
    bq. <query domain="base_domain" type="Server" name="AdminServer" property="adminserver"/>
    bq. <create type="JDBCConnectionPool" name="MediumSecureOnlineNode1Pool" property="customPool1">
    bq. bq. <set attribute="CapacityIncrement" value="1"/> \\ <set attribute="DriverName" value="oracle.jdbc.OracleDriver"/> \\ <set attribute="InitialCapacity" value="1"/> \\ <set attribute="MaxCapacity" value="10"/> \\ <set attribute="Password" value="pass"/> \\ <set attribute="Properties" value="user=username"/> \\ <set attribute="RefreshMinutes" value="0"/> \\ <set attribute="ShrinkPeriodMinutes" value="15"/> \\ <set attribute="ShrinkingEnabled" value="true"/> \\ <set attribute="TestConnectionsOnCreate" value="true"/> \\ <set attribute="TestConnectionsOnRelease" value="true"/> \\ <set attribute="TestConnectionsOnReserve" value="true"/> \\ <set attribute="TestTableName" value="SQL SELECT 1 FROM DUAL"/> \\ <set attribute="URL" value="jdbc:oracle:thin:@localhost:1521"/> \\ <set attribute="Targets" value="${adminserver}"/>
    </create>
As we would like to automate the process of configuring our weblogic instances using ANT, is there a way to create JDBC datasources that don't have the LegacyType 1 element included in the config ?

Curious if you were ever able to find a resolution to this issue?
I am facing the same thing now with our Ant scripts and WL10.3 connection pools/datasources.
I would like to either specify a different LegacyType or suppress it altogether. Any help would be appreciated.
    Many thanks,
    Steve

  • Problem: Webdynpro Model of a Webservice doesn't expose members of Baseclas

    Hello Everyone
I am very new to WebDynpro Programming and I have a Problem. But let me explain the Situation:
I have programmed a Java Class which is called "Base" and it is abstract.
I have derived another Class from "Base" which I call "Derivat".
"Base" is thereby the Superclass of "Derivat".
"Base" has a few members which I generated public getters and setter methods for.
These functions are visible and working fine in "Derivat".
"Derivat" additionally provides a few more public Functions.
One Function in "Derivat",lets call it "GetByKey", returns an instance of the object Type "Derivat".
Now I have made an Stateful Session Bean which uses the Class "Derivat" and exposes these Functions.
I have used this EJB to generate a Webservice ...
Now the Testpages build into the WebAS shows me that the Function returns a proper instance of object type "Derivat" with all the public member functions declared and defined in "Derivat" and all the public member function declared and defined in "Base".
Now I would like to use this WebService in a WebDynpro Project. I have created the Model in WebDynpro by using a WSDL Link. The Webservice actually is being created successfully in the WebdynPro Project but however when I take a Look at the definition of the Complex Type "Derivat" it only shows me the public member function that have been defined and declared in "Derivat". All the member function of "Base" are completely missing.
Now I have made a few analysis which led me to the folling: The WSDL splits up the Definitions into 2 complex Types! Complex Type is "Derivat" and by definition extends "Base" the other Complex Type is "Base". However "Base" can not be used in the WebdynPro Project since its not exposed / generated by the proxy Class Generator of WebdynPro.
Since this problem is driving me crazy and I have tried a lot of different things, can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong ? What am I missing ?
    Any help is really appreciated.
    Thanks in advance

  • Please expose the employee ID field in ADUC in this version, also add a field for data of birth, and present both on the change password form so we can validate a user's identify when they ring up for a reset.

Considering Active Directory is supposed to be all about business, corporations and enterprises, I find it staggering that in 2015 the ADUC console STILL does not expose the Employee ID field in the default UI without having to dig into the attribute editor.
And then only if you browse to the user in their OU, the Attribute Editor tab is missing when you just search for the user. This isn't really helping our organisation. I've just setup the tech preview version of the new server version, and that doesn't expose
    it either.
I'm not sure how other organisations handle this (suggestions please?), but when a user rings up the service desk for a password reset, we either have to keep them on the phone while we dig into their user account and look for the Employee ID for them to
then confirm on the phone, or just take it on blind faith that they are who they say there are.
Please for the love of all deities, can you expose the Employee ID field on the main user panel without having to dig into attribute editor. It would also be useful to show this information directly on the reset password dialog box so there's no looking
up required. While you're at it, please can you add a date of birth field (if it isn't already there, I never seen one), and expose this on the main screen for the user, as well as the reset password box. This would give us two pieces of information to verify
the identity of the user on the phone.
All that being said, if anybody has a better way of identifying users on the other end of the phone, I'm all ears.
    Thanks in anticipation.

Personally we use the AD selfservice plugin for manageengines service desk plus.

  • Xfce-ì4-cpufreq-plugin doesn't recognize CPU (x86_64)

I've a laptop with an Intel i7 2.50 GHz processor and archlinux, but xfce4-cpufreq-plugin doesn't seem to recognize any CPU.
In the properties menu (from the panel) I can only access labels settings (show frame, show CPU icon etc), nothing else, nor the plugin displays anything except the CPU icon.
Is the 64bit processor supported by this plugin? Couldn't find any answer on google but I found that ARM 64 bit processors aren't supported yet(https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=926772). And if my CPU is supported, how to make it work??
    Thanks

If you are running the latest kernel (3.10) your cpu is likely using the new intel_pstate driver for cpufreq, which does things a bit different and also doesn't expose the usual files for cpufreq in /sys/... Since the xfce4-cpufreq-plugin most likely uses these files it won't work with the new driver.

  • F/F Beta 4 exposes computers to virus?

I've used Firefox for years - since at least 2003. I've used the Internet since before it was the world wide web - almost 20 years now. Now, I installed the Beta 4 for Firefox to test it - and I love it. However, within 48 hours of installing it, I had 2 viruses installed on my computer. I've never had a single virus in all the years I've used the Internet - NEVER until now.
Since the websites I had open at the time were limited to Google News and an SSL'd site for my company payroll, I have no other option but to believe that F/F 4 allowed the virus through. I really hope I'm wrong, but I don't believe in coincidence. One reason I've always used F/F is that it doesn't normally allow this. It's not typically targeted by viruses and when it is, it's usually more secure than this.
In the two days I had the Beta, I loved it. I want to see it succeed but this is a critical failure. The virus even got past my up-t0-date Macafee software (another issue entirely). Please look into this and make sure that the Beta doesn't expose computers.
Unfortunately, I can't even tell you which virus files were allowed through. My computer is currently at the IT office being wiped because after two days of trying to clean it, we can't remove the virus files. They have infected all of my browsers - and I use 4 different browsers.
    Thanks.

Firefox is not an anti-virus program, it is down to anti-virus programs to scan for and block viruses.

  • Satellite A350-13B - OpenGL and Radeon HD3650

    Hi
My laptop is Satellite A350-13B with ATI Mobility Radeon HD3650.
    I found that I have OpenGL 1.1 (7/7) and partially 1.2 (1/8).
I installed latest drivers from ATI site, modded with Mobility Modder (also tried drivers from Toshiba's site - without results).
I found that modded drivers require OpenGL patch to have it working.
    You have to add:
    HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\OpenGLDrivers\ati2dvag
    "Version"="2" %REG_DWORD%
    "DriverVersion"="1" %REG_DWORD%
    "Flags"="1" %REG_DWORD%
    "Dll"="atioglxx.dll" %REG_SZ%
But after it OpenGL Extensions Viewer see the same values (1.1 and partially 1.2).
How is it possible to check highest OpenGl version available and make it working?
I have a file called atioglxx.dll in Windows\System32 and registry entries specified above, but OpenGL Extensions Viewer says:

PS: I'm from Poland, so keep it in mind ;)

I dont know how to this but please note that Toshiba supports own drivers only. When you install driver directly from ATI you are on your own and it has nothing to do with Toshiba.
It is also recommended to use Toshiba drivers only.

  • HT201304 It would be tremendously helpful to be able to access, set restrictions, and make changes from the parents device to all devices under the same iTunes account, so that I could make changes to my kids devices without physical access.

    Please help!
It would be tremendously helpful to be able to access, set restrictions, and make changes from the parents device, to all devices under the same iTunes account, so that I could make changes to my kids devices without physical access.
I understand that I can set up a different Apple ID for the kids devices, or take physical control of the device and make the changes myself. However, my teenage son is technically savvy enough to have a job in Silicon Valley, as are most young people these days. However, in order to access his devices the current way, I first have to bypass the four digit pass code. This starts a fight of why I need in the device and continues to escalate. The argument that I am the parent will gain access but the fight is simply exhausting, and quite frankly shouldn't have to happen at all. He is not yet an adult, he did not pay for his iPad or iPhone and I, as a parent, should have not only have the right to change options at will, and from anywhere, but look at history or current activity when I feel like it.
I currently have the settings where app and in-app purchases require my password to be put in, and he must come to me to type it in, but I need more control and would like, and should be able to access any of our six devices and make individual changes simply by logging in to my account, with my password.
If I can see all my devices on the "Lost My iPhone" app, this technology should be easy to make happen.
C'mon parents! I have a pretty good kid, given all things that they can get into, but I am not stupid. For everything I see has been done, there is much more I haven't seen. I want my children to be kept safe and be able to know what they are looking at or listening to. We parents are the only ones who know our beliefs and what our kids can handle and when.
Thanks for any support or information that I may be missing in order to fulfill my request.

There are mobile device management solutions that can do this, including in Apple's OS X Server system, but most parents generally find that setting this up is more work than it's worth. If you're interested, though, there are a couple that at least purport to be free (I don't know if there are any hidden "gotchas"):
    http://www.unwireddevicelink.com/features/
    https://meraki.cisco.com/products/systems-manager
    and Apple's system:
    http://www.apple.com/osx/server/features/#profile-manager
I don't think any, however, allow you to see current activity or browser history. iOS doesn't expose those to access from MDM solutions, to the best of my knowledge.

  • Calling a Report from Form...

    Dear All
In my Form, I am running reports using the following URL without using the function RUN_REPORT_OBJECT():
    web.showdocument('http://my_domain:8888/reports/servlet?report=my_report.rep&desformat=PDF&destype=CACHE&userid=scott/tiger@test')
So, can any tell me what is the defference bewteen running a report using the below given URL and RUN_REPORT_OBJECT():
    TIA
    Aqueel.

    Hi,
RUN_REPORT_OBJECT is a server side request to Oracle Reports that doesn't expose your database password in a URL, which can run asynchronously and that is giving you feedback on the current status of its execution.

  • How can I move Logic settings from one machine to another?

I have a plugin that works find on my desktop but not on my laptop.
On the laptop, Musical typing" doesn't produce sound on a track that uses that plug, and I don't get sound when I connect the laptop to my MIDI keyboard. Works fine on desktop.
I want to avoid a setting-by-setting comparison to find out the magic difference, so I'm hoping to be able to "move" settings from the desktop (where everything works) to the laptop.
I've already been able to run the "non-working" project over the wife network from the desktop machine, and verify that the "working" one doesn't run properly on the laptop.: I can't run the -application- from the desktop, and I don't see a way to reset the relevant stuff to factory defaults.
Machines: 2010=11 iMac desktop 8 GB RAM, I TB HDD and 2 TB external drive. Both running Yosemite.

    Additional note
Note: the problem plugin is called "Hauptwerk", a set of pipe organ sounds. You change its settings in the app; it doesn't expose its controls in Logic.
But when properly set up, Logic will play its sounds either fro Musical Typing or an attached MIDI keyboard.

  • Scrolling main content in an AP Div disappearing behind other AP Divs...?

Newbie here, using CS3. No CSS power user (yet!)--general concepts, yes, but not much practice. Meanwhile two recent CS3 classes, several books, and a concerted search through online forums have failed to point me toward a fix for this prob. Any help greatly appreciated.
Prob statement: In design view the core content of my pages disappears behind my footer and a secondary box, both AP Divs, so that I cannot see or edit anything beyond the bottom edge of the core-content AP Div. Overflow for that AP Div is set to scroll. The "obscured" content shows up only as an outlined shape extending past the footer etc. (and I can see some of the obscured text "through" the footer). Down arrow doesn't get me there: it just scoots down the outlined-but-obscured section. Doubleclicking highlights everything that's obscured so that I can see the relative shapes of the paragraphs, but doesn't expose the content. This seemed to start the first time I set the content div to scroll any overflow. I've changed it back/forth since; no joy.
Rendered in IE or Firefox, all the pages with all their varying content lengths look fine. Scrollbar works great. It's just that in order to edit or compose further, I have to copy everything into Notepad or something, work there, and then paste it back into DW. Definitely non-optimum, though: can't format or add hyperlinks to the content.
I'm using AP Divs, with scroll on in the "content" AP Div, because I couldn't figure out how to create a template where the footer would slide down the page in response to varying amounts of content. Started out with a table to handle all this, but an instructor recommended AP Divs so I went that way. I'd like to resolve this, rather than just go back to using tables while leaving this AP Div oddness a mystery.
The footer is full of a Spry tabbed panels giving my legal/green/design statements and other small bits of info. The secondary box is an AP Div called "quotations" and is for friendly little bits of cute/clever nonsense at the bottom of each page.
Tried a number of different settings so far and by now I've probably truly messed things up. Can anyone suggest a fix?
The code for the template file seems long, so my apologies. However, the content type isn't allowed for attachments so I've pasted it in below.
    Much appreciation!

I hadn't looked at the code at all. I was relying on the Dreamweaver GUI to correctly guide me to a desired outcome.
I think that this is not a desirable approach to Dreamweaver, which will write perfect HTML if you let it, but it's too easy to click buttons and apply wizards without regard for the markup consequences, thereby producing a veritable pig's ear of a page.  If you are going to use DW professionally, you will have to become comfortable with code.  That doesn't mean you will have to spend 100% of your time in Code view, but you will definitely need to watch the code as it is formulated.
I'm not starting from an engineering background.
Neither did I.  But I did start with a sincere desire to become proficient, and to learn the technology.
Murray, I get the idea of redoing my template without AP Divs, and will get into that. I don't know what "image swaps and links" mean, though. Would you mind teaching this newbie on this point?
Not at all.  When you select the "NavBar" feature, you are placing elements and code on your page that were designed in the dark ages of HTML (frames).  Some of the features in the NavBar will only work in a framed page (the down image and the over while down).  The code is antique, invalid, and just wrong to be included.  My suggestion was to forego this and just place your button images on the page (in whatever container you need to use), and apply links to them so that they link to the desired pages.  Then apply swap image behaviors to them to create your rollover effects, one for each button.  The result will be modern code, that has none of the legacy stuff of the navbar, and that will work fine for you.  As you become more familiar with CSS you can investigate even better ways to do such menus (if you want a preview of this, Google "CSS Sprites).  The latter method is usually the only way I do menus anymore.  And even then, I use both text and graphics for accessability and SEO purposes.
I will say that I like your attitude.  A determination to learn and improve is a winning approach.

  • WeDAV Replaces FTP, but in HTTP?

My students present endless problems with FTP, principally because they use so many different clients. They are required to upload video files that are often 100MB in size, but also to maintain their own websites as Web users.
Apple suggests Goliath as a solution, but Goliath allows users only to create new folders, not to copy or move folders or files. How does iDisk achieve this? It using pure WebDAV. And how does Dreamweaver achieve this? It renames and moves files over WebDAV, as far as I can tell.
I would like to offer students the option to do all of this through a Web interface instead of Connect to Server…. But, as you know, there are issues with this. First, from the OS X Server manual:
"Write operations cannot be performed by a web browser."
So is a Web interface to move, copy and rename files a pipe dream?

ftp is specifically designed to fail in most modern networks, and further designed to expose the user's authentication credentials.
sftp is a replacement, and vastly easier to deal with in modern networks, and it doesn't expose credentials, and it can implement a secure no-password login. For the command-line disinclined among us, there are tools such as FileZilla or Fugu that can provide a GUI atop sftp.
Alternatively, get Apache going and enable WebDAV on the server, both enabled via Server Admin. Then (on the client) select Go > Connect To Server in Finder, and specify the WebDAV server via http or https as the target. The wheels spin for a bit as the connections are made, and Bob's Your Uncle.
Submissions via file pushes from client into a web server are entirely possible, but the web server has to be configured for and running some add-on pieces to allow that. (There have to be homework assignment GUIs around, or analogous.) Most any modern Content Management System (CMS) will also have file upload submission capabilities. (There are some wrinkles with homework submission schemes, such as renaming the submitted files and generally looking to keep the user from executing the uploaded file. Avoiding cases where the user uploads a file and accidentally or intentionally overwrites something.)

  • Report to forecast based on fiscal period

Has anyone done any financial reports which display data based on fiscal periods? The ProjectData service doesn't expose fiscal period (neither does the REST API under _api/ProjectServer). I saw a previous post (http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/7999cdf1-16fd-4efd-b7de-964bfeceb8f6/utilization-reports-by-fiscal-period?forum=projectserver2010general)
that said to use the BI Center in PWA.
In the case of Project Online I think what it means is that I need to use the Time entity from Timesheet actuals. Is this correct?
    Thanks,
    Roland

    Hi Roland,
Indeed I couldn't find any fiscal year in the
project odata references. Maybe other folks on the forum could give you a different answer. But if it turns to be true, you'll either have to deal with the time dimension, or to extract the raw data by day
then do a transformation with Excel formula, code, VBA...
    Hope this helps,

The article you found refers to the ActiveX viewer which is used with the COM-based tool called Report Designer Component. Since you have posted to the .NET forum, I'm assuming you're not using the RDC and therefore this article will not apply.
Recently, Click events were added to the Windows Form Viewer to get similar functionality as the ActiveX viewer. Take a look at the following link for more information....
    [http://diamond.businessobjects.com/node/2109 | /node/2109]
However, if you are using the CR Web Forms Viewer in an ASP.NET app, then this functionality is not available.

  • Extracting username and password from security header

    Hey all,
I'm writing a BPEL process that invokes two secured web services. One of them authenticates using Username Token and the other has a authenticate method in which the username and password are supplied as Strings. I have successfully propagated the credentials from the BPEL process to the web service using Username Token by doing the following:
    1) I secured my BPEL process
    2) I imported oasis-200401-wss-wssecurity-secext-1.0.xsd and from it created a variable of type Security
    3) I added the security variable to the Header Variables for the BPEL process input
    4) I added the security variable to the Input Header Variables for the web service's invoke operation
This worked fine. However, I need to be able to extract out the username and password and supply them as Strings to the authenticate method of the other web service. How can this be done? If it can't, what are some alternatives?
    Environment:
    JDeveloper 11.1.1.6.0
    Thanks,
    Bill

    Hi Sri,
If I understand your steps correctly, I think the problem I'm having rests with the second step. I don't know how to get a hold of the username and password to assign to the local variables you mention. The BPEL process itself uses Username Token for authentication. These credentials need to be passed to the web services invoked within the BPEL process. If I assign the security header variable directly to the string output for the BPEL process, the string returned will be the complete XML security header, which includes the username and password. However, the security header variable itself doesn't expose the username and password directly. In other words, I can't expand the security header variable node in the dialog for editing the Assign operation and get to the username and password. I think one solution is to parse out the username and password from the complete XML security header using string operations (substring, index-within-string, etc). Also, regarding step 4, I'm not sure if passing the credentials in the header will work for this web service. I think the web service is expecting the credentials as parameters to its authenticate method.
    Thanks,
    Bill
