PDF EXPORT EXCEL

I try to export a pdf file into excel, but the export fails, the file is 5 Mb, is too big?

Hi Raj,
This normally should work...when you try to export does it break after a particular row...
Just try inserting the below code
<MaxVisibleColumns>50000</MaxVisibleColumns>
<MaxVisiblePages>2500</MaxVisiblePages>
<MaxVisibleRows>1000000</MaxVisibleRows>
<MaxVisibleSections>5000</MaxVisibleSections>
between the pivot section an try exporting...it should work once you restart the services

    Hi,
It seems you need help from Acrobat team, please go to Acrobat forum, there is a sub-forum "Creating, Editing & Exporting PDFs" , here is the link http://forums.adobe.com/community/acrobat/creating__editing_%26_exporting_pdfs
Please copy and paste your question to there.

  • Export from PDF to Excel continually times out and fails.

I went through the steps to convert a PDF to Excel turning off the OCR feature. Tried this several times today with or without OCR and I keep getting the error message "Adobe ExportPDF could not successfully export your PDF file (file name).pdf. The conversion of your uploaded PDF timed out."
I don't think I'm doing anything wrong as there are not too many steps to follow.
If I can't get this to do  what is expected (which is convert a .pdf to an Excel file) then I will have to cancel the subscription. I just did sign up for a paid subscription to Adobe ExportPDF. There are others in my department (45 total) who would benefit from having a .pdf to Excel file converter and I have volunteered to become the "beta tester" for this.
If anyone has any ideas as to why this is happening, I'd sure love to hear them.

You are not talking about Acrobat, but ExportPDF. Check for the separate forum on that by simply selecting the Adobe Community link near the top of this forum and in the drop down box select ExportPDF.

  • I just purchased Export PDF to Excel and it does not export anything usable. Your terminology should not be "export" but paste image, which is of no value. Please cancel my account and refund my money. What a shame you would advertise this as a product.

    Hi pgrillo,
I'm sorry that you're disappointed with your ExportPDF subscription. I checked your account, and see that the order is still processing. As such, I'm unable to cancel it for you myself. However, a Customer Care agent can take care of your cancelation/refund quickly. Here is the contact information: Contact Customer Care. Click Still Need Help? • Export pdf to excel

Is anyone having issues with exporting to excel?  I am trying out the trial version Acrobat 10 X pro and I cannot get the pdf to export to excel with all the tables in tact .  Some of the tables convert to excel fine where others do not. My PDF is 45 pages and in table format, there is also text out side the tables. Any help would be appreciated.   Thanks

It is possible to export from PDF to Excel, with the format still intact, using Cogniview's software suite PDF2XL.  It allows you to define the PDF to XLS conversion layout.  You can preview, edit rows and cells, and determine the format of exported data.  Multiple page conversion is a good feature in this software, and you can also edit and convert the text outside the tables.
Open your image file  -  mark the table  - convert the table to Excel.  It is that simple.

  • Is there is way to export sticky notes in pdf to excel?

    Hi,
I'm trying to export all the sticky notes i placed in the pdf file to excel. Is there a way I could do that?

    Hi Pat,
I'm not using Export PDF. All I need is to export the comments placed in the pdf to excel.
I did some research and found out that there is an option to export the comments to MS Word  using 'export to word' option in the comments pane options on the right in Adobe reader XI. Here is the link:  [http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/export-pdf-comments-to-word.html]. But I could not find this option in Adobe reader XI in my PC. I want something that can export to excel just like this option exports to word.
Or at the least if I could get the 'export to word' option in the comments pane to appear (which I do not see for some reason now), I could convert the comments to word and later to excel somehow.
I need help with exporting comments to excel or atleast to word (if I could find that option in comments pane).

I signed out of my account, cleaned my cache, but the same error message came up on my next try too.
    Can anyone advise please?

    Hi lynnmat,
It can take a few hours for your account to process fully. And, in looking at your account, I see that it's still "pending." If you're still unable to log in in a few hours, please let us know and we can take a closer look at what's going on.

    Hi PPereira,
It can take a while for a subscription order to process fully. But once it does, you'll just need to sign in to use your subscription. You'll find the Sign In look in the upper-right corner of the ExportPDF window.
Please let us know how it goes.

  • I am trying to export a PDF to Excel but it just says loading and doesnt go any further?

When I try to export a PDF to Excel it just saying "loading" it will not go past that am I doing something wrong?

    Hi kymperez2010,
I'm sure you're doing nothing wrong. Please try the following:
Clear the browser cache, and log back in to https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf
Make sure that you're using a supported web browser (see System Requirements | Adobe Acrobat Pro and Online Services).
Make sure that the file you're trying to convert is 100 MB or smaller (even if you are working with a smaller file, if the PDF has a large number of pages, it may be too complex for the ExportPDF service to convert before timing out.
Try a different PDF to check whether you're able to convert any PDFs in general.
Let's start there. Please let us know how it goes.
    Best,
    Sara
