Picture cannot appear

Question

The first Picture show my original program.
Example:
From Picture 2, i drag a fish and drop into the trolley.
In Picture 3, i want the fish appear in the belt again. So the user can drag the fish again.
Problem:
The fish will not appear in the belt.

If I am not wrong, i can juz take out one coding in protected function stageUp?

i have some bugs.
1. i change var t:Timer=new Timer(6000,1); to var t:Timer=new Timer(10000,1);
     the delay time still same. why?
2. First time i play, without drag any item. it will go to finish page smoothly.
     Second time i play, i try to drag a time to trolly. it become like tt
