Playmemories home and online software support
I have talked for 2hours today. with many phone numbers 800-222-7669...877-971-7669...855-999-7669 of which absolutly no one could help. I need a real software support tech not gonna play phone merry go round anymore.
I have playmemories home and playmemories online, of which the software is one in the same. The play memories home has a tab on the tool bar called paly memories online, drop down menu playmemores online settings,, ALL SYNC function is checked, however none of my data is being uploaded to the cloud when I was under the impression that it was. I only found out by downloading my ps4 app for playmemories online and found no pictures on the cloud. I have 10g easy. The software states per batum "turn on all sync to automatically upload photos from your computer" I am signed in to my account. I hope one of you have the knowledge to get me to the correct person that can actually be contacted or that can contact me so I can get this resolved. The support on the phone was horrable today. I have a ref. # that you can query if you would like though I do not think it will further the progression of solving this issue. bottom line, I need someone who knows what there doing in this area. ref # e60877743

What is the best home and business software program to run on a Mac?
tks.What is "home and business software"? Are you looking for a word processor? Spreadsheet? Financial planner? Calendar? Database? Your question is much like walking into your local hardware store and asking for "the best tool" without specifying what job you're hoping for the tool to do.

I have a MacBook Pro and I need to be able to access Internet Explorer in order to login to my remote work server (Microsoft server) and Online Business Banking system (Bank of America Cash Pro). How do I do it if Internet Explorer is not supported on Macs? Is there another option? Please help.
I also feel like such a moron as I am really new to Apple computers and don't even know what operating system I am using. The below is what I have. Does Photoshop CS5, Elements 8 and Lightroom 3 support Windows 7 64 bit Home Edition? Any issue installing these products on a new PC when I already have it installed on another PC? I am getting a new PC to replace XP machine I already have.
Yes, Photoshop runs on all editions of Windows 7 as far as I know.
And the Photoshop EULA does give you the option to install and activate the software on a second machine. Once you no longer need the XP system, assuming it's still functional, just deactivate the Adobe software on it and you'll be able to have the same flexibility again in the future.

A side note: Windows Home Premium may do all you need for now, but keep in mind there is a Windows Anytime Upgrade you can buy in the future that will allow you to move up to a higher edition of Windows 7 later if you should feel you need more features.

Issues with Office Home and Business 2013 Online redeem
Hi Guys,
I am wondering if anyone has experienced this issue:
We purchased some office licenses via local suppliers, they're medialess, and it's just an email with redeem site's URL and product key.
If i click on the Download link to redeem, it forward to Office Online website and request a Microsoft account to login. We then login use a company based microsoft account. Then what it shows is list of Office 2013 Home and Business items with "Install"
button underneath. I then started look for the one with the right product key, but none of them match the one I've been given from supplier's email.
If i use an installation media, then type in the product key, it will show Redeem Online button again, if I click on it, it ask me to login, once I logged in, it shows list of Office 2013 Home and Business with numbers in the () like (1), (2), (3)....etc.
No matter which way i use, if i continue the installation of selecting any of them in the list, I have to go through Microsoft's telephone activation. Often, we have customer's office 2013 installation corrupted and suddenly none of the office program can
be opened, and we have to uninstall / reinstall office and redo activation and etc.
I am wondering if anyone has experienced this, and whether this is something local supplier's issue or it's something Microsoft should be improving. Right now, we have to order the normal retail version with media, rather than this online version in order
to avoid drama, but for those computers which already installed with online version, we have having issue from time to time.
Any help or comment will be much appreciated!

Usually, you can download and activate Office with the Microsoft Account that associated with your Office 2013 Home and Business subscription on Office Online site.

I would suggest you contact your local supplier directly, they should give you the detailed instructions on how to do this.

My client recently upgraded 3 Windows 7 PCs (2-32 & 1-64-bit OS) from Office 2007 32-bit (which was actually working fine against Exchange/SharePoint Online) to Office Home and Business 2013 (32-bit)
Now, for all 3 PCs, while Office 2013 Word/Excel can open, check out/in, and save SharePoint Online files, there is ALWAYS a 2 minute delay in closing the file which is apparently waiting for the Local Security Authority call to return. This seems
to indicate an issue related to SharePoint security on the client side.

After many hours capturing information, following the MS Office trouble shooting guides, and repairing the Office install, I've had no luck in resolving this.While Word/Excel will eventually close SharePoint Online files after about
2 minutes, this is certainly unacceptable. Otherwise, locally stored files close normally and new files were created by the Office 2013 Excel/Word for this testing.

I couldn't find the document mentioned there is any compatibility between Office365 SharePoint online and Office Home and Business 2013 version, I would recommend that you check if the issue could be reproduced on other Win7 machines installed with Office
Home and Business 2013 installed directly instead of upgrading from Office2007, see if issue is related to Office application upgrade.
I also recommend that you post this issue on our dedicated Office365 SharePoint online forum and Office 2013 forum for a better assistance with more experts regarding this issue from the following links.

Ever since I received my Macbook Pro in July 2011 I've had issues with my wireless connection at home. After software updates, Apple support suggested I reboot my router which works. But now I have to do it every other day. ???? AT&T my DSL carrier suggests I get a new router. Apparently the one I have is really old and doesn't support my Macbook Pro. Does this sound right?
If your using WEP encryption yes, Apple has discontinued that becaues it's worthless. WEP (and WPA) is cracked so encryption makes no sense.
Get a new Wireless N router, set it up with WPA2 (AES) Personal and two different 20+ randon letter/numbersymbol character passwords
One for Admin access only of the router, keep this on paper off all comptuers in a safe someplace.
One for entering into devices, computers etc for Internet Access Only.
You need the long and random password to defeat brute force attacks by GPU software that the hackers have now.
Also if you give out the password to another, they can't hack the network with the guest access password.
Computers remember the internet password, so anyone with access to your machines or network will have the password.
Since you have another Admin only password, they can't hack in. got it?
You don't need "Invisible" or "MAC Address filtering" that's a waste of time as hackers can sniff a network and causes issues getting on the network.

If I knew the future cfinkle, I'd be a rich man on my own beach in Hawai'i right now...
AFAIK, webOS will be supported for at least a year to fulfill the warranty. HP has maintained they will support the software side, but will no longer make hardware.
Who knows? Another company might buy webOS (again) and keep it alive for a good long run!

Generally, when you install Lync 2013 in the computer with Office 2010, a Lync Meeting Add-in will be installed and enabled in Outlook 2010. Please follow these steps to check it:
1. In Outlook, click the File tab, click Options, and then click
Add-Ins.
2. Please take one of the following actions:
If the add-in is in the Inactive Application Add-ins list, follow these steps:
a. In the Manage drop-down list at the bottom of the dialog box, click
COM Add-ins, and then click Go.
b. Click to select the check box next to the add-in, and then click OK.
The New Online Meeting button should now be available in
Calendar View, and the Online Meeting button should be available when you create a new calendar item.
If the add-in is in the Disabled Application add-ins list, follow these steps:
a. In the Manage drop-down list at the bottom of the dialog box, click
Disabled Items, and then click Go.
b. Select the add-in, and then click Enable.
c. Restart Outlook, and then verify that the add-in is displayed in the
Add-ins dialog box.
The New Online Meeting button should now be available in
Calendar View, and the Online Meeting button should now be available when you create a new calendar item.
3. In Event Viewer, view the Application log to see whether an error was logged for Outlook, for Lync 2013, the Lync Meeting Add-in for Microsoft Office 2013.

I have a new iMac at home and use a PC at work. My work PC has VPN/Remote Desktop software on it. I would like to be able to access my PC from home on my iMac using this VPN. I am not sure how to make that happen.
Office 2011 is not compatbile with Exchange 2003.

With the newer Intel Macs, you have to run a Classic emulator such as SheepShaver, which requires you to extract the Mac ROMs from your older Classic Mac and then install Mac OS 9.
