PLEASE HELP! How to replace *eval* in code

Question

Dear JavaScript Experts,
I kindly ask for your expertise. I am an Ebay Seller and love creating beautiful listings using JavaScripts.
Unfortunately Ebay has a set of rules that do not allow certain words within the code for safety issues.
I just want to use the following "Fade In Picture Slide Show" JavaScript in my listing.
Here is the challenge: Ebay does not allow the following words in the code.
Quote Ebay:
Your listing cannot contain javascript (".cookie", "cookie(", "replace(", "open(", "eval(", IFRAME, META, or includes) or cookies.
Is there an expert out there that will able to revise the following Script that will comply with Ebay Policies?

Sorry about the previous question. Its a bit difficult to read code without [code[ tags.
document.images.slide.src=eval("image"+step+".src");Now, if "step" is an int, you could get round it by using an array. You could store all the images in an array called image, and use step as the subscript.
so you would replace that line with document.images.slide.src = image[step].src;The rest of the fixing is left as an exercise to the reader...
(yes, I know this is NOT a javascript forum, but I like javascript).
