Please help me center this panel

Question

Hi, please see the image, its hard to describe in words.

I cannot get the AbsoluteLayout to be vertically centered. If I don't put the absolutelayout in the flowlayout (and just leave it in BorderLayout.CENTER) it won't even be horizontally centered.
Heirarchy:
Main (BorderLayout)
-- RED (FlowLayout - BorderLayout.CENTER)
----- GREY( AbsoluteLayout )
-- BLUE (FlowLayout - BorderLayout.SOUTH)
