PO- Output to the PO creators by email in pdf

Hi ALL,
we have a requirement is to have the PO- Output  to the PO creators by email in pdf. Format.  how can we acheive this requirement , what is the partner function can be used for person who creates PO , where can we maintian his eamil ID .

You need to do some configuration for this.
u2022     Go to NACE.
u2022     Select EF and click on OUTPUT TYPES.
u2022     Then select Output Type NEU and click on processing routines .
u2022     In that you have to add a new entry - medium 5 .
u2022     Then you need to assign a program, form routine and form.
u2022     You can use the standard program i.e. SAPFM06P, FORM routine is always ENTRY_NEU and standard MEDRUCK.
u2022     Then in PARTNER FUNCTION you need to add a new entry : medium - 5 and function - VN .
u2022     For subject of the mail go to Mail Title and Texts. In title give PO No. &EKKO-EBELN& .
u2022     Under General data -> Replacement of text symbols give programme as SAPMM06E and Form Routine as TEXT_SYMBOL_REPLACE.
u2022     Now the subject will be PO No. 1800004202.
u2022     You need to maintain your email id in tcode SU01 and also the vendor's email id.
u2022     Now while creating a new purchase order , change the medium to External Send .
u2022     Then goto Communication Method and select CS01. ALSO make sure that the Cover Page Text has value PO No. &EKKO-EBELN& .
u2022     Goto tcode ME9F .
u2022     Execute.
u2022     Select the checkbox and click on Output Message.
u2022     You will get a message MAII 00000000000001 generated .
u2022     Use note no 191470
now to get the po in pdf u hav eto go to SCOT and here in internet tab maintain SAPscript/Smart Forms PDF

    I have Adobe Professional X with Outlook 2010 and I need to create a pdf with an index of about 1300 emails that are a mix of send and received items.  For legal reasons I need to be able to sort them by sent date, however there is only one date field visible when I look at the columns in the pdf.  this field seems to be the received date.
    Does anyone know anyway to change this or to add another field so that I can see the send date of emails?

       Hi segment E1P0000 is standard segment, you will not be able to make any changes. As per requirement you need to create the z<segment> with required field and assign the corresponding data element(as per your data type requirement).

  • How do I set Adobe Reader 9 as the default to open emailed Adobe pdfs?

    I have Reader 9, and I used to have Adobe Pro XI but I let the subscription lapse. Now I can't open any Adobe pdfs that are emailed to me and all I see is a messge saying that I need to renew my subscription. Help!

    Changing the default application for the OS should also change the file type association for PDF files.
    For Windows XP
    Start-> Control Panel-> Folder Options-> tab File Types
    For Windows Vista and Windows 7
    Start-> Default Programs-> Associate a file type or protocol with a program
    For Windows 8
    Start-> type: “Default Programs”-> Associate a file type or protocol with a program
    For MAC
    Right Click (Ctrl click) on any PDF file -> Get Info -> Change open with.

  • How to send the Layout as an email..?

    Hi,
    I have a layout. How to send the output of the layout as an email..? Is it something that needs to be done in the layout(SE71) or do we need to write any coding in the print program..? I mean, calling any function module kind of things.
    Or do we need to maintain some settings in SE71 itself..?

    if u want to send the layout, n the other person also need to open it in se71 only, then simply download ur layout, send that file in email. then the other person can upload it n can open in se71.
    to download the layout, just execute the program RSTXSCRP, there give ur script name, then it downloads.

    As you have guessed, the creator_id is a string that holds the ID of the process's creator and, unfortunately, none of the send email services allow an email address to be specified as such.
    To query for the actual email address of the process creator, use the "Query Single Row" operation of the JDBC service. This service can be found within the "Foundation" category.
    The service accepts the following input:
    1) Datasource Name: This is a string value that points to the JNDI reference for the data connection you want. If you simply leave this parameter blank, however, it will simply use the default database connection for LiveCycle which has the Adobe database.
    2) SQL Statement: Opening up this parameter allows you to type in an actual SQL query. The query you want is as follows:
    SELECT A.email FROM LiveCycle_DBO.EDCPRINCIPALENTITY AS A WHERE id = '_________'
    The underscores above are where you place your creator_id variable. To do this, simply click the "XPath" button below the text field and add it. I would add that if your LiveCycle database is transactional you should append a WITH (NOLOCK) immediately after your FROM clause to ensure you don't lock the table and disallow other transactions.
    3) Data Mapping: Opening this up will allow you to map between data points returned from your query and a process variable within your LiveCycle orchestration. The index column is arbitrary but the Column Name needs to match the respective column names from your query.
    The service returns the following output:
    1) Number of Rows: An integer value representing the number or rows returned. I believe for this service (Query Single Row), it will always be either 0 or 1.
    After running this service, the email address for the originator of your process will be in whatever process variable (String) you assigned it to in the Data Mapping above.

  • Send email to the Form Submitter instead of the process creator

    Hi,
    Can any one please show me how to make a process to send an email notification to the Form Submitter instead of the Process Creator.
    Here is my brief desc on my process: Form Filler (can be anyone) send the filled form for a list of employees to the one who request (the 1st employee name on the list of the form) then this he/she then submit the form (form submitter) to process to route it to the manager. Whether the mgr is approved or denied then the process is completed by sending to his/her for status of that request. I was able to have it to send the email to the process creator (creator_id) but not the Form Sumitter. Can any one please help.

    I guess I should have double checked the version with you first!
    If I remember correctly, in 8.2.1 there are a few more steps involved.
    On the Assign Task service...Form Data Mapping tab, is a field called "Completed user id".
    This is:
    The location to store the GUID (Global Unique Identifier) representing the user who completed the task. The data type is string.
    You need to create a string variable to hold that value.
    You select that in the "Completed user id" field.
    Because this is a GUID, you will then have to do a User Lookup (under Foundation) to find your user.

    You can then use those results in the To field of the SendWithDocument.

  • Settings to trigger output at the time of PGI in shipment

    Dear Friends,
    I have a requirement where an output has to be triggered from the shipment document (VT02N), when the post goods issue is completed.i.e when the user completes the "shipment start" stage in the shipment document.
    The output document has to be sent by email to a couple of users when PGI is completed in the shipment.
    Since,here we are not manually triggering the output, instead the output is triggerred automatically when PGI is done.
    Please let me know the settings to trigger a particular output when PGI is done.

    You can do this through Configuration.
    LE>Transportation> Shipments >Define and assign activity profile
    With reference to shipment type you have 7 status available. In your case Shipment begin stage you can Set PGI and Output trigger by creating variant.
    All you have to do is put the mouse on the "at shipment begin" and select maintain and you can see the PGI option and output fields where you can call the output type there.

  • Central Management server - executed a query but how to send the query output in the form of mail?

    i have used CMS in SQL 2008 R2. i have added couple of servers in its group. i have executed a query & i need to send the query output in the form of email.
    basically query is checking the rows count from couple of user tables in servers.
    issue here is how to copy the data that is used by CMS? i need to work on automate the rows count in difft user table in db servers

    I am taking the last 8 lines of a bunch of robocopy logs and bunching them together.

    I then wanted to use this as the body of an email (send-mailmessage).  It all works but the formatting is lost in the email. I've tried using Out-String and ConvertTo-HTML with little luck.
    If I look at $a in the above it looks fine in the PowerShell console it's just lost when it reaches my inbox.
    I am using v2 of PowerShell and sadly can't upgrade it.

    The issue isn't that part. It's the content of the log files that loses its formatting.

    Is it possible to config via standard SAP or we need to develop a customed program?

    External Send - Sending PO by email
    In order to send PO, your Basis team must configure the system first so that external email can be send out from SAP.  If it is not configured, no settings you do on MM will work.
    1. You must maintain email address in vendor master data.
    2. The same applies to your user master data.  For the output type for default values, a communication strategy needs 
    to be maintained in the Customizing that supports the e-mail. You can find the definition of the communication strategy in the 
    Customizing via the following path: 
    (SPRO -> IMG -> SAP Web Application Server -> Basic Services -> Message Control -> Define Communication Strategy). 
    As a default, communication strategy CS01 is delivered. This already contains the necessary entry for the external communication. Bear in mind that without a suitable communication strategy it is not possible to communicate with a partner via Medium 5 (external sending).
    3. Use the standard SAP environment (program 'SAPFM06P', FORM routine 'ENTRY_NEU' and form 'MEDRUCK') as the processing routines.
    4. In the condition records for the output type (for example, Transaction MN04), use medium '5' (External send).
    5. You can use Transaction SCOT to trigger the output manually. The prerequisite for a correct sending is that the node is set correctly. This is not described here, but it must have already been carried out.
    6. To be able to display, for example, the e-mail in Outlook, enter PDF as the format in the node
