Policy Corrupt Memory Error

Question

Anyone know if this means physical memory or the contents of it, or cache on the hard drive?
POLICYHANDLERS.DLUPolicy.ErrorInEnforcement{DLU_Hi ghend}
Additional Information: Attempted to read or write protected memory. This is often an indication that other memory is corrupt.
