Polymorphic read not working with an AI-100, when the VI is embedded on the controller?

I have a cFP-2100 and I am trying to set up a read VI for a
cFP-AI-100. I have built a VI and run it on my computer and
deployed to the target and in both cases the code runs fine.
However, when I build a source distribution, load everything into the
root/ni-rt/startup directory and try t o tun the VI the read fails to
work. I have added the totken RTTarget.StartupVIs with the path
to my VI that I want to run on startup. A write (to a cFP-DO-400
and to the LEDs on the cFP-2100) works fine. Everything has been
setup in MAX properly (I think) but I am assuming that there is a check
box, option or property somewhere that needs to be enabled.
Please see the attached block diagram. Does anyone have any
insight into this problem?

A problem may be that the
resource/device/item names that are configured in MAX, and/or the IAK file name
may be different on the target so the EXE may be trying to access a non-existent
item.
Also, try updating the FieldPoint
Driver, using the following options:
Product Line: Distributed I/O –
FieldPoint
Software: NI-FieldPoint
Software Version: 5.0.1
Operating System: Select your operating
system.
After doing this, make sure to update
your FieldPoint driver on the target as well.
Please try to create an example that
only reads from the AI-100 module and see if you are able to get any data from
that. Run it both as a VI and as an
executable. Also, can you please clarify
what you mean by fails to work? Do you
mean that the data is incorrect, nothing is being read, the values are all
zero?

Firefox 4 is awesome, but the main backbone addon of the same i.e.IDM cc... that is not working with it...thats the main drawback for user like me which makes us to immediately shift to the older version of firefox, and stop using the new version 4...

Try to include the IDM cc version which works with firefox 4 tooo, like the all other older versions...

You might try using the add-on 'NoSquint' which allows numerous zoom options specific to each page you visit & keeps your settings - https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/nosquint/

In most cases you can simply "upgrade" (meaning downgrade) directly from the installation. It would be a good idea to save your passwords & bookmarks just to be on the safe side.

Regarding printing PDF documents...It depends on the PDF document that you are trying to print. In general, it will take longer to print more complex and larger PDF documents.

Actual printing is handled by iOS (not by Adobe Reader) via AirPrint over Wi-Fi connection. We've heard from other users about iOS 8 Wi-Fi connectivity problems.

I had various user names and passwords registered on numerous websites.
From IE7, I could use the fingerprint reader to input the user name and passwords to these sites.
Since Windows update installed IE8, the fingerprint system does not work within internet explorer - it works as normal for all other programs and logon.
I figured out it must be a security thing in IE8, but cannot work out how to re-enable the fingerprint software into IE8.

This issue has been posted sever times here in the forum and it related to the compatibility issue between the old Fingerprint Truesuite access manager and IE8 and Firefox 3
As far as I know the newer Truesuite access manager software v3.0 or higher should solve this issue.
But we have to wait until such update will be published!

Airplay does not work with slideshows and music - get the slides but no music with iPad Air2 and ios 8.1.22

iPad Air 2 with celluar with ios8.1.2 will not airplay with apple tv slideshows with music. I see the slides on the TV but do not hear the music. This works on the iphone 5s with iOS 8.1.2 and with my other iPad which is on iOS7.
This problem was reported on Nov 21, 2014 and other people had reported it prior to me.
When will this be fixed by Apple - it worked in the past and does not work now.
Should i return my iPad Air 2 and get my money back?

5th generation iPod Touch speaker is not working with music and apps, but the alarm sound goes off fine. Why?

I have a 5th generation iPod Touch and it got a small amount of water in it around the speaker. When I tried to see if my music would play through it, it couldn't. But, when I tried my alarm to make sure I could still hear it, you could. The sound was fine from the alarm, not as loud as it used to be but I could still hear it. Why doesn't the sound work with my music and apps? Also, would I be able to exchange it if I have a warranty?

Crystal 2008 not working with outlook 2010 mapi when exporting

I recently had service pack 3 and fix pack 3.3 updated to my system ( crystal 2008) to help correct a issue with mapi not populating addresses from outlook when trying to export a report. I have a new issue. - sort of???
Now when I try to export multiple reports in a row I still have the same issue. I can send 1 report out. But if i try to send another report out i have the same issue that I had with mapi not populating the addresses field from outlook.
To get past this I shut down crystal and then bring it back up and I can send (ONE) report again before the same thing happens. Does anyone know if there is fix for this issue?
Fyi - this has nothing to do with the design of my report. The problem lies with how Crystal is communicating with mapi when trying to allowi a 2nd report to be exported. I am not using any outside programs, only crystal 2008 version and trying to export my report through mapi (outlook 2010 (in PDF format). As stated above with the above fixpack - I was able to restore exporting but now I can only export 1 report at a time.
When I select a 2nd report to export (after just sending out my 1st) the mapi function will not allow me to select addresses. So while the fix pack (from the website) restored some functionality it only allows 1 report at a time.

It works for me. I get the Allow for 1 minute box and then I export again and same thing.... works...
I'm using Windows 7 64 bit at home. It just installed SP 1 so that may be the difference also but I don't recall this being a problem before.
I also don't see this being a CR problem, if it works once then something else is blocking the MAPI permission box. Check your anti-virus logs, could be it things a trojan is taking over your address book and blocking the second attempt. The AV logs should show you if something was blocked. Or disconnect from your network/disable network cards and disable your AV and test again.
Do you have any other tool that allows you to export? If you install Winzip or WinRAR it adds a feature that allows you to right click on any file, save the PDF to disk and then test using the zip tool to see if that works for you. If not it's definitely your AV or possibly Firewall software blocking the pop up.

Flex 14 SD card reader not working with larger cards on Windows 8.1

The card reader in my Flex 14 is behaving very oddly. When I insert a 16GB SDHC card it makes the 'USB inserted' noise and the card shows up under device manager but I can't access it through file explorer. The card reader works fine with smaller SD cards that I have. I tried the card in another, Win7 laptop and it worked fine.
I see a number of other people are having a similar problem and I have followed all of the troubleshooting advice I can find, but nothing is working. Does anyone have any other suggestions?
This is what I have tried:
1. Leaving the card in the camera and attaching the camera via USB cable to the laptop: same result, noise, but can't access the card.
2. Trying to reassign the drive letter through storage controller: it shows the card but if you right click it to assign it a drive letter it says the 'file is missing'.
3. Downloaded the Win8.1 x64 driver from Lenovo website and installed. This stopped the card being recognised at all.
4. Installed the Win8 xc4 driver: this got me back to the noise but no action stage.
5. Updated Windows.
6. Uninstalled and reinstalled the driver numerous times both with the card inserted and without it and with restarting the computer after unistall and after reinstall.
7. Ran Ubunutu from a live USB: This allowed me to see the card and copy its contents to the laptop's HDD.
So it seems to be some incompatibility between the Lenovo drivers and Win8.1. Potentially it's to do with the USB drivers rather than the card reader drivers as the result when using the USB cable and the camera was the same as putting the card in the card reader. Is there a way to update these?
Any other troubleshooting steps I could take?

What size are the cards?
Another way. You can use a USB flash drive & the camera connection kit.
Plug the USB flash drive (works the same with an SD card) into your computer & create a new folder titled DCIM. Then put your movie/photo files into the folder. The files must have a filename with exactly 8 characters long (no spaces) plus the file extension (i.e., my-movie.mov; DSCN0164.jpg).
Now plug the flash drive into the iPad using the camera connection kit. Open the Photos app, the movie/photo files should appear & you can import. (You can not export using the camera connection kit.)

Dvd-reader not working with OS X

after installing maverick few months ago the build-in dvd-reader of my macbook pro has stop working
i'm not sure if this happened before the installation anyway i fastly need to use bootcamp and my computer doesn't recognize the original cd for the installation
when i insert a cd or dvd it tries tree or four times to read it (i heard the sound of the cd turning and than stopping and again) and than pop it out or just ignore it..
for some cd it seem to read it ad a empty,writable cd
i tried resetting the SMC and the Pram but didn't helped what else can i try?

ok i tryed with the card and it actually improved the situation a bit so now the comp read the dvds but still not reading most of song's cd and installation disc.
at the computer's shop there wasn't any cleaner-cd but they tried with the air and nothing changed.. i'm still oping of solving the situation with that cd (the card turn out grey from the slot O.O ) thanks for the help i was stuck in the idea of a software problem =)

Adobe Reader not working with Windows 8

I have windows 8 with Outlook. I installed Adobe Reader 11 and tried to open two different files both of which I can open with my Iphone. I received a message saying that the files were corrupted or invalid. I tried downloading Adobe Reader 8 for Touch and could not open the files with it either. Any recommendations?

Assuming that these are Outlook email attachments, can you try to download one to the local disk, then open it from there with Adobe Reader?

Sony e reader not working with lion

Since Lion upgrade I can no longer find my sony ereader as a device on my sony e reader software. Any ideas or help is appreciated.

Are the charger nd cable original Apple parts or third-party? There have been a lot of problems ith third party cables and chargers since iOS 7 - checks for compatibility with Apple specs.
Try another charger and cable to see if that makes a difference.
